Rude, terrible customer service, I will never go ...

Rude, terrible customer service, I will never go back again, and my family has 5 Dodges. --------- Arrigo is nothing but liars with there response to my review. I was called once by Mr. Arrigo and he was very irate and demanding i take down my review. 1. They let an employee cut the entire service line, after i waited over a half hour on line for service for my Ram pick up. When i questioned why they are taking that car in ahead of me , they said " he works here" That does not give him the right to cut a line. His car was still written up before mine. 2. I brought my Jeep in for a recall. When they returned my Jeep to me there was pieces and screws missing from my dash board. It had to go back in to be completed correctly. 3. They also damaged my new Ram pick up when it was in a different time . They did repair the damage, but who needs unnecessary paint work done on a newer vehicle. Total incompetence,. My daughter bought a brandnew Dodge Journey and brought it in for a radio issue several times. They claimed they fixed it ,but the problem still exists.Not only are they incompetent , they are also very Rude. They dont know how to deal with these issues, and they get very defensive. I have more issues with this Rude buisness, but i think you should get the point. I gave them more than enough chances to prove themselves, and they showed me there true colors. You will regret it, if going to them for anything.
