I first tried to get an appointment but was turned away because they were having a Christmas party. I arrived the next day at my 2:30 PM appointment and they didn't finish my vehicle that day because the tech's shift ended even though the service department was open until 11pm. They did not offer a rental vehicle or any accommodations. Their assessment that was causing the problem was exactly what they had supposedly fixed with a recall a few years back but wanted to charge me over $600 to fix it again. Their response about the recall was to contact Chrysler. This was my third but now last Dodge.
