Service department is SO expensive. Everything they quoted was 2x what I paid for at a local garage.
Service department is SO expensive. Everything they quoted was 2x what I paid for at a local garage.
Recently purchased a car from Woburn Toyota and had the pleasure of dealing with salesperson Keith Svenson. Extremely easy to deal with, great customer service and truly went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Would highly recommend the beautiful new facility for your next car purchase. Make sure you ask for Keith if you want the best service they can offer. Thanks again guys!
The service member we had was amazing , his name is Wens Mathurin. He made our experience at the Woburn Toyota a spectacular one. He was patient and very understanding to what we were looking for . I liked his honest opinion about the cars. His honesty sold to us and he made sure we got what we were looking for. Overall it was an amazing experience.
Good folks, great service! Mike was really helpful. Good experience overall.
Gabriel zorrilla was an outstanding help and highly intelligent with all product knowledge. I came in there originally looking for a Camry and I was convinced into a 2020 corolla. I will continue to come here an see him due to his outstanding customer service care
When I went in to purchase a car, my first car, i was apprehensive about the kind of things that would be put in front of me. I met with Lurgy Ramos, and she walked me through the steps perfectly, let me drive the car, and even lent me a phone charger so i could contact my bank and have payment conditions negotiated. She did everything in her power to get me sorted on the spot. 100% model employee. Only stop up was that I couldn t drive the car out on the day of my visit due to some registration holdups. Overall excellent experience. Can t wait to come back and pick it up!
Plan ahead! Car service can take a while, but they do a good job.
I bought a RAV4 at WFM in Dec 2009. The engine light was on during the test drive. The salesman said he'd get it fixed. When I picked up the car, the engine light was still on. He told me to drive it about sixty miles because the RAV4 had been on the lot for three or more months. That day I did drive it 60 miles; the light was still on!
I returned it for repairs the next day. The mechanic broke the sensor on the exhaust manifold (EM), so WFM had to order a new EM (a day's wait), so WFM (to its credit) gave me a loaner car for free.
I had to fight to get the front headlights replaced because I noticed moisture in them (WFM had washed the car and the outside temp was below freezing).
The sales VP told me she had a new cabin filter with charcoal filters added at no cost! (When I checked a few months later, it was full of leaves and crud, so obviously the filter was not new).
Finally, WFM continued to put those scent strips for the "new car smell." I'm asthmatic so I had to search for the strips to avoid the headaches and sore chest.
Bottom line: I don't think auto dealers have changed since day one.
Gabriel spent several hours with us helping us decide what type of vehicle to purchase .He was very accommodating and patient. Great sales person. Wally helped us with negotiations and he helped us seal the deal.Nice people to work !
Mo Naim was excellent to work with a true asset to Woburn Toyota
Great & experienced service; suggest patience when dealing with relatively less experience people as they may not have mastered alll of the things that their great service managers have; same for sales
Hi, I had to share my generally negative experience trying to shop at this dealer. Wanted to purchase a used Mercedes Benz E300. The process of setting up an appointment and test driving the car went ok. I liked the car and put down a deposit. However, everything after that point did not go well. First of all, the price negotiation was weird. I was quoted a certain price for my car, only to be told 30 minutes after agreeing to the deal, that they wanted to offer me a lower price for my trade-in than the offer I had accepted. So, when I thought we had a deal, we didn't really have a deal -- there was a fake deal and then a real deal. Once we finally agreed to the re-negotiated deal, the salesperson, Malcolm, generally did not do a good job of keeping me up to date with the status of the purchase, getting me documents to sign, and keeping me aware of what was happening on a daily basis. After a few delays in finalizing the purchase, I was told that they couldn't find the title for the car, and that it was probably lost. So, it seems like they have some issues with bookkeeping and staying organized -- they shouldn't have sold a car that they weren't sure they had the title on hand for first. I was told I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the title to come in to complete the transaction. Over those next few weeks, any time I wanted an update, it was definitely up to me to call in for that, nobody would be giving me updates. Phone calls didn't always result in answers, or calls back either. After calling in again and being told after the first 2 weeks of waiting that it would likely be another 2 weeks, it was time to move on. However, collecting my deposit has been another run around hassle. Don't do business here if you want prompt service and a sales department that cares about their customers' experience.
Excellent service. Went in on Saturday, was driving a new car Tuesday morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest pricing and great service.
Nice waiting area and food. I m still waiting for my car to complete it s regular service. They said 90 minutes. It s going on 2.5 hours now.
Gabriel has been the most authentic, helpful and family oriented member of the sales team.
I hope to have him again for my next car purchases, he truly is honest and provides a reassurance of lifetime of quality of cars.
NEVER BUY CARS FROM HERE !!!!
TRUST ME THEY ALL SCAMERS
Amazing experience with everyone at Woburn Toyota, Haney is the best!!! highly recommend going there if you are looking to buy a car.
Bought my vehicle with Mo! Made it simple and easy even tho I myself was picky. Financing was a breeze to go thru. Good place, great staff!
I would like to thank the entire Woburn Toyota Service team for a smooth, friendly, and positive experience on my recent oil change visit. From the moment I drove my vehicle through the service bay doors I was greeted by all with a friendly smile and a hello. Bill contacted me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick-up and when I arrived all the necessary paperwork was ready to go and I was quickly on my way. That's what customers should expect and Woburn Toyota delivered. Moving forward all of my vehicles will be serviced by Woburn Toyota. Thank you! Mike D.
Bought a used SUV. Paid $16,000 cash for it only to find out it had mechanical issues. Drove to service, they refused to work on it saying as long as it passes state inspection then they have nothing to do with it. This is all within a month. Called GM, never there or never returns calls. Call Service Director, same thing! Really difficult to get in touch with anyone. This is the most customer unfriendly dealership I ever dealt with. Called Toyota Corporate to leave a complaint. No one at this dealership seems to care. Do not waste your time and money with this place buying used vehicles. They only want your money. They do not backup the cars they sell. I will never visit that dealership again!
Me and my husband bought a work van from Woburn Toyota and had a great experience from Randy Davies! Go see him for your next vehicle you won t be disappointed!
ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! We've purchased a lot of new and used cars over the years and this place is an absolute joke. we brought my mom to test drive a 2013 Chevy Malibu. We were in the lot for half an hour and no one came to help us. We finally went up to a sales person and were sent into a different building for used cars. Multiple sales people sitting at their desks eating lunch or playing games on their computer while we stood in the lobby. I finally went up to one of the men and asked if someone could help us. He annoyingly said "we're all helping other customers right now if you go back out to the lot someone will help you when they can". Um I'm not blind what customers?!? That should have been my clue to get the hell out of this shady place but as we were walking out I think a supervisor or a boss said how are you? And I said not well none of your workers want to work today. He finally brought us to a sales person named Ivan in the "new cars" building. We test drove the cars and agreed on one we liked. My mom put down $1500 down and we returned the next day with our trade in. They changed the price they gave us for the trade. Fine, but then were completely unwilling to negotiate a single dime off the car and it had a giant scratch in the front bumper. Not even a hundred dollars. They brought in another person who was extremely rude to my mom so we left. We have yet to get our money back and it's been about 2 weeks. We filed a fraud claim with our bank and I'm warning every single person I know about this dealership. My mom has since bought an identical car, in better condition actually, for much cheaper and with a much more pleasant dealership in Boston. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!
I will never come back to this barrel of incompetence. They screwed me last time I was here for a "free" recall. I ended up having to rent a car overnight needlessly because the service rep took down the wrong information. When the service manager tried to make up for the massive oversight by offering a free synthetic oil change, which is a bit more expensive than the standard oil change, the rep refused to do it. Expense after expense in this place. The screwing never stops.
Dishonest AND Incompetent!
TL;DR: Magic happens at this dealership. Cars magically vanish the same morning after they confirm your appointment.
Well I should have read the reviews before going, but I didn't think it would happen to me. I was told by a salesperson that the used car which I went to see (which had been on the lot for months) "just sold this morning at 9". Bruh you sent me an email at 10 to confirm the car is available, saying you're sanitizing it for my test drive. I wouldn't have made the long trip otherwise. Spent $50 on an uber and wasted my day with this farce.
Okay, fine I thought. Probably bad luck. There was another car on their website which I was interested in. He goes back to check, and miraculously that car also sold today morning!
I then asked him to show me a different vehicle of the same model so I can at least get a feel for the interior dimensions (the website showed 8 listings at that point). To which he replied (while scrolling through the list on his computer) that none of these were available anymore. It seemed like this salesperson was determined not to sell me anything today.
I've generally heard of such foot-in-the-door tactics by dealers to upsell other cars on the lot they want to get rid of. But what exactly were they going for here? They didn't end up getting my business. Didn't even show me any alternatives. Just seems to me like incompetence at all levels.
Funnily enough, my uber driver on the way back also commented that this particular dealership is notorious for pulling this c**p and that he wasn't surprised.
Keith was great! Answered all of our questions and didn't pressure us at all!
Great service department! Impressive dealership. Enjoyed working with the sales staff as well. Appreciate it... Thanks.
Front office customer service was excellent and friendly.
However mechanic refused to do the simple thing I asked: replace thermostat. Instead they inspected many unrelated things and came back with thousands of dollars of repairs needed. When I asked about the thermostat, they said it warmed up fine inside their warm shop, but they never bothered drive it or to remove the thermostat and actually look at it. Paid for their time, and had to pay again to have it done right at my local Toyota dealer shop where they actually listen instead of trying to make me pay for things I don't need, and charged me 1/2 of what these guys did for nothing.
Spacious place, good service is with a wide variety of models.
Very limited parking and difficult to get in. The service is great.
Great service, Manale was our sales woman and she was great. Helped us through the whole process and even held items my wife forgot in our trade in so we could pick them up
Purchased a 2015 Sienna this week. Looked at both the Sienna and the Odyssey. Love the Sienna! Incredible service provided by Shane Dennis at Woburn Toyota.
Mike was great....he was courteous and friendly...he even dud my tire patch for free without me asking for it. From now on, I will only go to Mike at Woburn Toyota
We saw an ad for the very car we wanted, a new Blue Crush Toyota Camry, at Woburn Toyota and called to confirm it was available, and then we visited to seal the deal. Robert Fahey was wonderful -- helpful, polite, informative -- just what I appreciate. The car actually had more features than I expected since the ad didn't mention the moon-roof. I was happy with other features -- Bluetooth phone with voice reader, back-up camera, and fob to unlock/lock doors, pop open the trunk. We were planning on an after-market remote-starter, but Robert offered a dealer- installed remote-starter for a very competitive price. We also wanted WeatherTech mats and found that we could get those through the dealership for as good or better a price than we could get on our own. I picked up the car with plates and registration done, and drove away in my new car with no hassle and total satisfaction with the process. It was all around a best car-buying experience. Thank you Robert and Woburn Toyota!
It's a great place to buy a car I did a shot great salesman who have personalities that's important so enjoy your endeavors
Needed a reasonably priced used car. Used hole-in-the-wall dealers before and regretted it. At Woburn Toyota, there's no hassle, no running to the RMV. No "marginal" cars. Can't beat it.
I had an oil change appointment and my service guys name was John Russo who's very knowledgeable and very helpful and answered all my questions when they found a leak in my transmission he scheduled the warranty work right away it made me feel confident in the servicedepartment and I would recommend people to have their Toyotas serviced here my whole experience was excellent in the service department
They're nice only at the beginning. Once they trap you, forget about any basic customer service...
My car buying experience was quick and easy. Everyone was so friendly.
Though it was a VERY rough start due to one of the team members on our initial 2 visits, I have to salute an establishment and its people when they show us that the initial impression is not what the entire group stands for. In the rare case where management and team members listen, acknowledge and exceed our initial expectations... they deserve to be praised for it!
Thank you, RICKY DESPRES (Sales Manager) for your professionalism in the way you handled our concerns, on our initial 2 interactions with one of your team members which didn t go so well. You went the extra mile of not only addressing the way we were treated but you further discounted the car AND threw in an extra gift!! Also, just like our 2 initial visits... ERNEST MEMMINGER JR. (Sales Rep) was once again patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our interaction... definitely consider him if you re looking into purchasing your next vehicle.
While we re waiting for the title to come in so we can finish the purchase, I wanted to make sure my initial review was updated so you as a potential buyer was not deterred while shopping for your next vehicle.
Thank you team Woburn for making this right for me and my family! We ll definitely be considering you for any future vehicles and services.
CJ is the best. Worked all morning to get us a great deal on a Corolla, even put off lunch until he got us a good deal. I won t go anywhere else. Extremely pleased with our whole experience here. If you want something done right ask for CJ.
Brought my car in for an 11 am appt for oil change and to have my rearview mirror glued back to windshield. Called at 1:30 no one available to talk do left a voicemail. After no call back after 40 minutes went by to check and was told they hadn't even begun to look at my car. Ask to speak to a service manager and told the only one they had was off that day. Took my unserviced car home and needless to say won't be back.
I went in to see a corolla. Salesperson IVAN was nice at first .. when we started to talk price he would not come out with bottom price and when I did not agree with his figure, I politely asked for his business card and he point clank told me NO.
Never again, I was shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My family has bought all their cars from here so we were excited to go test drive cars for my sister. We had pleasant experience with Joe during the test drives. But towards the end, when we were leaving, his colleague Gary joined the conversation and was extremely condescending, claiming that we "didn't seem to know what we wanted" and instead of telling us more or trying to sell us the cars we were interested in just kept demanding whether we wanted to buy or not. This was an unpleasant customer service experience and has made me reluctant to return to Woburn Toyota. It was rude, it was condescending and I couldn't shake the feeling he wouldn't have spoken to us like this if we were men. The two stars are for Joe who was sweet but also seemed to think that women only care about the color of the car. Get with it Woburn Toyota, women buy car based on a lot more than the color and interior fabric.
The place is beautiful and everyone was so helpful and nice. There was no waiting to get in and a convenient shuttle to use during the time they worked on the car.
Lurgy Ramos is an excellent and professional sales consultant who helped me with my purchase. She was friendly and was easy to talk to about the process. She was recommended by a friend and I can see why now. Thank you Lurgy for everything.
At service dept yesterday and had the pleasure of dealing with MARK who was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.
I purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE on Monday 9/10/2018.
My Salesperson was Malcolm Leng-King.
Woburn Toyota charged me $249 for the Nitro Tire. I did sign for it because they told me by Law they were required to add this for safety.
1) Purchase Date 9/10/2018 Malcolm Leng-King told me it was mandatory to put Nitro Tire in all new vehicles. They attached my old plates from my 2004 F-150 (trade-in) and sent me home. The new car was NOT clean; when I got home I detailed the car.
2) Purchase Contract.
$499 Documentary Preparation.
$249 Nitro Tire (bogus)
$132.50 Title and Registration Fee (it says New Plates)
$35 Inspection Sticker
3) On 9/13/18 I got an email from my Insurance Company Geico to give them a call. They informed me the car was not registered. After over an hour of being jerked around on the phone I got in touch with Malcolm Leng-King. He assured me that everything was going through and he would mail me my registration.
4) On 9/20/18, 10 days after I took the New Vehicle, I called Geico Insurance to check my registration. The car was not yet registered. I left multiple calls to Woburn Toyota (3-hours worth) Left many voicemails and never got a response. I sent a very polite email to Sales Manager Wally Sabet asking for some help and clarification (no reply). I then emailed Ken Connor General Manager (no reply).
5) On 9/24/18, 14 days after I took the new Highlander, I called the registry of motor vehicles. After being on hold for 35 minutes I reached a human being. I asked if the Highlander was registered and they said it WAS! The man was nice enough to send me my registration and decal for my plate. Still no reply from Woburn Toyota.
6) On 9/27/18, 17 days after my purchase, I received my duplicate registration from the RMV. Still no reply from Woburn Toyota.
7) Woburn Toyota needs to mail me a check for $167.50.
Just for the record NO ONE from Woburn Toyota ever discussed this issue with me. The response from the owner below is FAKE NEWS.

Last year I bought my car from here and the service was fantastic. I was able to pick up my brand new Scion tC from there the day after I purchased, and they even gave me an excellent trade-in deal for my old crappy Chevy. Mr. Nicolas Fisher was a great help and he even sought me out when I took my car in for its free servicing to make sure I was well taken care of and happy with my service. Since then I have recommended a few of my friends directly to Mr. Fisher as I have never had better service while shopping and purchasing a vehicle. My advice; if you are looking to buy yourself a quality vehicle for an amazing price, visit Woburn Toyota and specifically ask for a Mr. Fisher, as I have yet to be disappointed.
Alex was super amazing today. He helped my sister purchase her brand new 2021 RAV4 . I recommend Alex all day any day
I've leased 3 cars from Woburn Toyota, I would tell anyone to go there to purchase or lease a car. I'm about to lease my 4th car from them. Scott H. is a wonderful sales consultant. John Russo/Service Team is awesome. I like leasing because when it's time for maintenance a message appears on your dashboard, service appointments are very prompt, and takes less than an hour, It's so Easy and Prompt. Go There.
Excellent car buying experience at this Toyota dealership in Woburn, MA. Very spacious location, friendly staff, and plenty of inventory used & new. I was in need of a new vehicle and traded in my older model. I am very pleased with the new car. The sales associate, Alex Chuprakov, was very helpful & professional during the whole car buying experience. I ll definitely be back when I need another car and recommend to others as well, thanks !
Chris at Toyota Woburn was so great and he made the whole process painless and easy. I appreciate how patient and informative everyone was. Thank you for my Ford Fusion!!
Great customer service, and can-do attitude. We got the best deal. We did all of our research on the web, and it led us to a cat they had, and they not only had the best price, but they totally made the process easy and no pressure
Randy Davis was so helpful, and had a great attitude that made us feel more like we were talking to a friend, instead of a salesperson.
I am giving 5 starts for the sales agent Ernest Memminger Jr. Giving me very helpful advices and showing perfect patience. Thank you, Ernest. Keep it up.
We just bought a Rav4 Hybrid with Troy and had a great experience. He didn't make us feel pressured and helped us find a car that worked for our needs. He also worked hard to get us a great deal. Thank you!
Manale was very helpful, pleasant, patient, accommodating and a complete pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to get us the deal we were hoping for. The same goes for Ricky Dupree, very fair, very nice and a total pleasure to work with.
Within forty minutes of arriving my car was serviced and ready to go. The staff was beyond friendly and amazing. Usually I go to Rockingham Toyota but now am going to be going to Woburn
I bought a used 2015 last april least than a year is given me problems . It's been in the mechanic 3 times and now is the third time and I have to spend 3000 to fix it and still paying for the car. So angry and what a mistake I made. Me vendieron gato por liebre. HDP!
A great service from Victor Chaves, a great help and advice to be able to get my new car out, he is a person I recommend, very efficient for his work and solutions. Thanks
HAVEN'T HAD A CAR FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS NOW, BUT WHEN I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO GET ONE. I WENT TO WOBURN TOYOTA AND MET THIS LOVELY GUY NAMED PRINCE HE HELPED WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY 201 COROLLA. ITS BEEN GREAT SINCE THEN. HE DIDN'T PRESSURE ME OR ANYTHING AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO TO HIM
My previous visit Even if i scheduled an appointment the wait is insane for a oil change and multi inspection 3 hour+.
Yesterday i went just to fix the inner fender linner and i waited 4 hours and i scheduled an appointment this is ridiculous, the service consultant didn't listen what i really wanted and rush to sell me a wheel alignment very poor service.
Went back to Woburn Toyota to purchase another vehicle, a used one this time around. I was lucky to have Manale assist me with my purchase. Manale is a gold star! She is just amazing! What a sweet and gentle soul. If you need to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend that you go see Manale. She is honestly magnificent. She made me feel valued as a customer and I really appreciate her devotion to helping her customers. She is on top of her stuff and I never had to call her for an update during the purchasing process because she always beat me to it. Toyota Woburn, you guys have a treasure in Manale so make sure you do everything you can to keep her around. She is sweet, calm, honest, super helpful, and personable. She is easy to talk to and most importantly, she treats her customers with respect. Manale, thank you so much for all of your help! You are one of a kind!

Malcolm at Woburn Toyota is great! I just purchased a 2020 RAV4 from him and had a great experience as a buyer. He is very responsive via text and phone and did his best to resolve an insurance issue that I encountered. Malcolm is very friendly and easy to talk to. He patiently showed me all of the features of my new SUV and I never felt rushed.
I am really happy with my purchase and will return to Malcolm for another purchase in the near future!
Building new dealership I recieved a great deal during the construction sale
Great service. Very friendly staff. Easy process. Lurgy ramos was great. Best sales rep they have. Went in to ask a few questions. Came out with a beautiful car
We had a great experience with Robert Fahey. Very straightforward, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured!
Mo Naim, Heidi, Robin and the Team treated us like all-stars. Service is quick, friendly, and no detail overlooked. Love our Rav4 Hybrid!
Prices are not good and they are Very slow at delivering. I would not waste my time going there.
Manale our sales person was outstanding! She is kind and fair and communicated our needs to get us the right deal. Also a big shout out to Ricky Dupree for the final second slam dunk to earn our business! Our second deal at Albrecht - Woburn Toyota and we well definitely be back.
This was was my second car purchase with Woburn Toyota. Was a great experience. Working with JC made the experience so easy and seamless. Customer for life !! Thank you JC!
I went to Woburn Toyota today with all intentions on buying a vehicle, a 2009 Pathfinder that they had on their website.
I emailed with the sales person, and then spoke with him on the phone to set up a time to view. When I got there, another sales person said he was going to help me and we went over to his desk where he proceeded to try to convince me not to buy the car that I came in to see.
Instead trying to upsell me on vehicles that were 3, 4 and $5000 more.
A classic bait and switch.
I stated repeatedly I did not want another vehicle I told him it was not what I was there for, I nor was it in my budget but he insisted the one that I came in to purchase was not any good.
This was such a scam. A classic bait and switch!
I will never ever shop there again and I will make sure to let everyone know to never ever purchase there.
A waste of my time! They are deceitful & despicable exactly what you think of when you think of a used car salesman.
Stay Away
Recently brought my car in for a maintenance check for my 2016 corolla. The man came back with a quote for 910$ worth of work. New breaks and everything... on a car with 50,000 miles. Obviously I felt sketched out especially since my breaks felt fine. Brought it too my family s regular machanic of 7 years and he told me nothing was wrong with my breaks... almost got ripped off for a grand. BEWARE.
Can't say enough. After pricing a rav4 online several times and making an appointment to purchase. I arrived only to be told car I searched for was not in inventory. Well salesman Julio Bencid went above and beyond searched and searched , we found the car burried in snow in the storage lot and along with help of John Moraites: Sales Manager was able to complete the purchase. Not impressed with e/online dealings, felt like bait and switch. In house sales is awesome. John Moraites, and Julio Bencid are outstanding and deserve recognition for a job well done.
Posted above day or so after my purchase. Got email today from the General Manager asking for a review. No problem, please read above and be reminded that no one should hesitate to shop and purchase at Woburn Toyota. With a sales manager like John Moraites and sales rep Julio Bencid you can not do better anywhere else. Thank you
From inquiring about Tacoma s models available through to getting a great deal on the color we wanted it could not have gone better. Chris O. And Matt were great!
I enjoyed a very good car buying experience. Salesman was great and I was satisfied with the transaction. Had issues on the delivery of the vehicle, annoying small issues, but after discussion with sales manager my problems were resolved and the team worked hard to show their commitment to keeping the customer happy. Good location, very convenient.
Victor Chaves help me to make the right decision to buy my new car. He is super nice.
Vinnie is the BEST sales person to deal with! He is extremely knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help. Honesty is difficult to come by (especially in the auto industry) and we trust him and recommend him to all our family and friends.
Very hidden place and atmosphere is not really nice
HORRIBLE. Went to see a 2011 Yukon XL. The sales staff was sending me email on this truck. Setup a appointment. They confirmed it several times. Even called me on the road to for my arrival. Got there the salesman was getting the truck. In the meantime while was sitting at the salesperson desk the sales manager called me on my cell!!. Asking me where I was, i told him, in the dealership. Salesperson comes back after all this time and informs me the truck was NOT THERE!!!!...... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME...NEVER RECCOMEND WOBURN TOYOTA.
Fred Lovejoy and Anne Sullivan had an extremely positive experience today with CJ at Woburn Toyota. He is a great Salesman. Very thorough and patient. We are very happy with our new purchase.
Be careful buying a used vehicle here.
I recently contacted this dealer to view a used vehicle and am left wondering how safe the used vehicles are. I called to confirmed availability and set up an appointment to view it. I arranged to leave work and drive 1.5 hours to the dealer. I hit traffic so called to let them know I was running late and it was only then they notified me the car was no longer available. I guess they were OK with me taking time out of my day to drive to their dealership for nothing...? Common courtesy could be to alert the customer as soon as possible if the vehicle status has changed.
Most concerning is the reason why the car was unavailable; it was unable to pass a routine safety inspection and the issues were so severe they didn't feel comfortable selling it to the public. This begs the question: why would the dealer take this car in as trade with such severe damage?
That can't be good for business.
To his credit the manager did call me back and gave me a long-winded explanation of the buying/selling used car process. I still don't fully understand how a vehicle can be cleaned (waxed, wheels dressed, vacuumed, etc.), photos taken and posted for sale on their website, autotrader, etc. without first passing a safety & mechanical inspection.
Most dealers claim to perform a 150-point inspection on used vehicles to provide confidence in your purchase. Based on my experience it doesn't appear this dealer inspects their used vehicles to the same standard so I would caution others shopping used vehicles here.
Bad experience. Father in law dropped off sister in law car for maintenance. Upon completion father in law picks up the car and tells Toyota it s the wrong. The mechanic insist that it is the right car. It wasn t. Toyota calls Sister in law at work while she is performing surgery leaving multiple voicemails that they need their car returned and they have notified the state police. Our extended family bought three cars there. We will no more. At a minimum we will go to Honda of Reading! They still never called back Sister in law.
Great service team. New check in kiosks are cool too!
CJ was great today! He is one of the most badass sales people we have ever worked with!
Hank & Ahmed you two were also GREAT! Thank you so much for your help and support today. You guys made our process smooth and truly went above and beyond!
We will continue to recommend all of our family and friends here as well as continue to make our purchases here! Thank you so much for all of you guys help today!
This was my first time visiting a Toyota dealership. I ve only heard good things so i thought, why not go for a visit. After only wanting to browse and test drive a car, I walked away with purchasing one. The customer service was amazing. Went in and spoke with Vinny and Rick, who ended up selling me my car. Vinny is not just a sales guy that s looking to make a commission though I m sure he wants to. He wants you to be happy with what you purchase and that s it. He made the whole process super easy.
If anyone is looking to buy a car or just wants to test drive a car, Vinny is your guy.
I came in for service for my tire pressure light and Mike was super efficient and outstanding. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back for service and will recommend to all my friends to come here!
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here a few weeks ago. The staff was friendly and helpful. They new building is huge and has a great waiting area. Our sales person was Gabriel Zorrilla who was awesome. He made sure we got a fair deal and got us what we were looking for.
They have a great sales people. I went to the place looking for a second hand cheap car and Victor Chaves convinced me to get a brand new one. Victor Chaves gave me all the tools I needed to finance and I really appreciate the shop and the seller.
Everything is wonderful except the new bathroom has nothing to hang up my jacket and purse, not convenient.
Great experience with Manale.
She knows how to take care of her customer's needs. I will, when the opportunity knocks, refer other potential buyers to Toyota, especially Her. However I think she worries too much about others' needs and complaints. She is very a sensitive person. She seems to go behind her job. Certain people will take advantage. of her. She will go far in this company. GOD LUCK to her. KUDO
