I scheduled to go in with my mother and requested to view a specific car, Jaileen said that she would get it ready, and will meet us. When we arrived we were transferred to another salesman Abdou, and had to wait 15 min for them to fetch the car. The car came wrong color and had a cigarette burn on the driver side interior of the car. My mother asked for the lowest price they could bring it down, and Abdou refused to give her. We waited 20 more minutes and finally stormed out. Customer service was horrible. A couple days later I got a call from Wallie Sabet, telling me things about the car, and asked me to give him time to do some homework and will call back - for got the call back 3 weeks later. Also got an email from Jaileeen saying "Hi I'm Jaileen, how was the meeting with Jaileen and end sincerely by Jaileen" like if they pay more attention to the customer service it would be great instead of wasting my time.
Finally today I got a call from Wallie Sabet saying that I've written a complaint, however he didn't even know or have the time to read on what happen, he seemed to forget what I told him about the experience I faced walking into the dealership. And lastly he said "well I'm glad you have good prices from other places, it makes no sense for you to talk to me about the price, we will not go that low to match. And I said what do you mean???? You are the one who called me. Horrible services, lack knowledge of the vehicle. Every time I asked something about the car on the phone they always say "well the informations are online" even when we were at the dealership. Would not recommend any car buyers to even step in this dealership.
Went to Woburn Toyota for my sticker yesterday. Was greeted by a friendly employee who smiled and was very courteous. My wait was quite short which was nice not having to have a long wait. Total experience was great, thank you. Have been a customer for many years and hopefully many more.
I purchased a used 2012 Lexus CT200h from this dealership. The sales person seemed nice at the beginning and the test drive was fine, but my issues started with the finance manager who pushed really hard to get me to buy the extended warranty, as well as the tire/wheels warranty. Then when I finished signing the paperwork my salesperson was already engaged with another customer and I had to ask multiple people multiple times about when and who is going to handle the vehicles swap. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for someone to help me. I was never given any paperwork to indicate what kind of service was done to the car prior to the sale, and when I called their service department the next day I was giving an attitude by the person on the phone and she couldn't even tell me whether the oil was changed or not! It took them days to fax the paperwork to my insurance company, and I had to call several times to ask about my registration so I can get an inspection sticker. The biggest problem is when I decided to cancel the extended warranties I had purchased. It was a huge challenge, the same finance manager told me the cancellation is underway but when I called Toyota financial services, they said the dealer never send any cancellation documents. and not only that they informed me that the extended warranty had never been activated because the dealer made a mistake and sold me the incorrect plan! Be Extremely Careful with this dealership, especially with their finance office.

The people at Woburn Toyota really know what they're doing. I've compared them to a number of other local mechanics and you really are getting a better deal here. I regretted the one time I took the car somewhere else as they used cheap parts and the cost ballooned quickly to over what Woburn Toyota quoted me. So far so good - this is the one dealership I've ever taken cars to and now I won't take mine anywhere else.
^^^MORE UPDATE^^^ called one last time when I got home from work at 6pm. A gentleman named "Matt" answered the phone with his mouth full. He then proceeded to say he would go out and check the truck I was interested in and call me back. So... he did. And then I discovered HE WASN'T EVEN AT THE SAME LOCATION AS THE TRUCK I WAS LOOKING AT. You can't make this stuff up . Suffice it to say, this dealership doesn't do face to face customer service, or honest service at all. You're welcome for the heads up!
***UPDATE: ITS NOW 4:51PM the day after I made an inquiry and the same day I called twice and I still haven't heard back! I guess I should thank them for the heads up that I won't do business there and wouldn't like it anyway.***
Its 2pm the day after I made an inquiry online about a pre-owned vehicle. Im ready to buy, but want some details before driving 1.5 hrs. And I called twice today. Still no callback & the woman answering the phones seemed to think I was asking too many questions and annoyed her. I guess Woburn Toyota doesn't want my money. Thank you anyway.
What a worst car buying experience . My family bought several vehicles from Woburn Toyota, past two years we had to buy from other dealer because of the same salesperson call himself an Egyptian Guy. We decided not to go back. Recently my sister wanted to buy a Highlander, the moment we walked in we were trying to avoid him because of the past experience with my younger sister, he came back to us saying do you remember me ?
We simply walked out. He was calling frequently my sister to go out, and meet him some time to have **** ****. Absolutely inappropriate behave. We decided not to go back there.
We wanted to complaint to some one buy decided to get out of here and send a letter to the owner and we will!

They posted car online and after I make a call they told me is still a available on getting there they change the story that the car have been sold or is in another location .they make me drive an hour for nothing blaming internet rep..0 star for them

Very bad system!!! Called wrong person to say car was ready ! Dropped car off for an oil change... was not needed # 1 ..,, waited 10 minutes to check in with an associate after dropping off car .... with an appointment (5 associates) there not doing anything to be told you don t need an oil change...but will do service ...

Visited this dealership for a test drive and inquiry. The sales consultant Gabriel Zorrilla was friendly, helped us find the information we needed, and facilitated the test drive well.
Just before I and my wife were about to leave the dealership, we heard someone (don't know who this guy is, seemed pretty senior there; must be Gabriel's supervisor) yelling on Gabriel on top of his voice, without the decency that customers on the floor can hear it. The supervisor's behavior was very unprofessional and seemed like he wanted us to hear his yelling on purpose to try and intimidate us.
Although I am not satisfied with the whole experience, I do appreciate Gabriel for keeping his calm and acting professional with us even after returning from the heated argument.
My husband went in Woburn Toyota and bought a new Tacoma and CJ took care of him. CJ had the car ready to go in about 3 hours time and he even had accessories installed on it too. CJ works very hard and quickly for his customers. He provides great customer service. He is also very easy to get a hold of via text or call. Thank you CJ, my husband is very happy with his new truck!

Watch out. Brought my car in for an issue that they created through a recall repair and they needed me to pay for a diagnosis fee.
We brought our current car from here years ago and have been consistently coming back for routine maintenance. The staff have been professional and the prices do not seem extraordinarily expensive for a dealer. I like that they check the car out for potential problems and don't seem to push unnecessary work. The waiting room has free WiFi and snacks.
Will try to keep this short. I ve bought from them twice - brand new cars each time. Unfortunately ran into some issues and realized they not only won t take care of loyal repeat customers they lie! For my latest car purchase I had asked the sales guy for some add ons with additional fees. One of the add ones were alloy wheels. I accepted the fees without any negotiation ($1000!) The sales guy did not inform me they were going to be aftermarket wheels, or that Toyota branded wheels would be of better quality because these aftermarket wheels started to have problems after three years. When I took my car to them to see i was immediately met with comments like these are aftermarket wheels we can t do anything about them and well since they re not Toyota wheels that may be why they re having issues sooner than usual . I have since tried to file complaints with the bbb but even on there Toyota lies saying customer was aware of aftermarket wheels. For the last time I repeat, the sales guy that sold me the car failed to mutter anything about giving me aftermarket wheels. I am not dissatisfied because they re aftermarket wheels. I am angry because Toyota refuse to acknowledge its their mistake now that there are issues with said add on products. Products that they asked for $1000 for and I had no qualms to pay for. It s their mistake their sales guy didn t inform me the type of product they re selling to me, failing to explain there apparently is a difference between aftermarket versus Toyota brand, that I would be treated differently when issues arise with said product, and for lying about it afterwards. I also wanted to add that the Toyota dealer that has worked on my car for the past few years have even tried to help me get in contact with Woburn Toyota but their manager and even director refused to respond. I kept getting the run around too and now they don t even return a call. The last time I spoke with someone in charge was in the summer.
Worst service ever!!!! I went to get a car, I test drive some of them. I finally decide for a Ford Focus and the only problem was a damage on the chair. After talking with the sales guy and the manager they agree with fixing the chair. Today, I went to do all the paperwork and the manneger came out, being so rude and told me that he can't fix it. when they told me before that they will. They lied to me, they weren't straight with what they promise. They are not worth it. I will spend my money in a place where people care about the client.

It was my first time getting a car from a dealership and I can honestly say I was pleased by the experience. Alex Chuprakov the sales agent who attended to me was super-helpful and cordial. I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to sell me something, but I got the feeling that they understood my concerns and tried to balance it with their own interests.
Alex helped me negotiate with the sales supervisor, Weston, to get the best deal possible for me, and after spending about an hour negotiating, I am convinced I got the best deal on the Prius I purchased. I also got to meet Chris Ojatabu, a fantastic guy who made the experience worth it. Thanks Alex, Chriso and Chris

I recently went to the new Woburn Toyota. I was immediately met by two very personable ladies at the reception desk, who got me a salesman right away. He was very nice, and didn't use the hard sell on me. On the contrary, he was quite pleasant and guided me through the process of buying a car. I had the most wonderful experience here. This place is amazing, I can t believe how well they treat their costumers. It was the best experience my parents or I have ever had when dealing with cars. Painfully slow service for my vehicle...told me it s like be done early and then they didn t even pull my vehicle into the bay until AFTER my pick up time. Cmon...I came in for a simple oil change
