Hi, I had to share my generally negative experience trying to shop at this dealer. Wanted to purchase a used Mercedes Benz E300. The process of setting up an appointment and test driving the car went ok. I liked the car and put down a deposit. However, everything after that point did not go well. First of all, the price negotiation was weird. I was quoted a certain price for my car, only to be told 30 minutes after agreeing to the deal, that they wanted to offer me a lower price for my trade-in than the offer I had accepted. So, when I thought we had a deal, we didn't really have a deal -- there was a fake deal and then a real deal. Once we finally agreed to the re-negotiated deal, the salesperson, Malcolm, generally did not do a good job of keeping me up to date with the status of the purchase, getting me documents to sign, and keeping me aware of what was happening on a daily basis. After a few delays in finalizing the purchase, I was told that they couldn't find the title for the car, and that it was probably lost. So, it seems like they have some issues with bookkeeping and staying organized -- they shouldn't have sold a car that they weren't sure they had the title on hand for first. I was told I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the title to come in to complete the transaction. Over those next few weeks, any time I wanted an update, it was definitely up to me to call in for that, nobody would be giving me updates. Phone calls didn't always result in answers, or calls back either. After calling in again and being told after the first 2 weeks of waiting that it would likely be another 2 weeks, it was time to move on. However, collecting my deposit has been another run around hassle. Don't do business here if you want prompt service and a sales department that cares about their customers' experience.
