HORRIBLE. Went to see a 2011 Yukon XL. The sales staff was sending me email on this truck. Setup a appointment. They confirmed it several times. Even called me on the road to for my arrival. Got there the salesman was getting the truck. In the meantime while was sitting at the salesperson desk the sales manager called me on my cell!!. Asking me where I was, i told him, in the dealership. Salesperson comes back after all this time and informs me the truck was NOT THERE!!!!...... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME...NEVER RECCOMEND WOBURN TOYOTA.
