From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was met with welcoming smiling faces, that offered their services immediately. Everyone is so nice. My first-time buyer nerves quickly disappeared. I met with Ernest, who was absolutely awesome! He was very knowledgeable, patient (especially with the added stressor I like to call mom), charismatic, and empathetic towards my concerns and feelings. During the time spent at this establishment, it didn't feel like a business venture, but time we'll spent with friends. I was treated like a person and not another number. For instance, my mother suffers from diabetes and hadn't eaten all day. As soon as Ernest caught wind of this, he brought her back lunch and a beverage (not from the vending machine). I am so content with my purchase, and cannot wait to buy another vehicle from here! Absolutely incredible experience. If you're looking for efficient, knowledgeable, and genuine service...Ernest is your man, and Woburn Toyota is the place!

This place has low stars for a reason. Once they take your money, they run with it and out goes the peppy customer service with it. Slow turnaround time for everything. They say they have things done, and when you show up they say it takes another 2 hours.

I had my heart set on a few cars. When I was ready to come in and put the final downpayment on a Rogue the title unfortunately was not there. I was told it would take possibly 3 weeks so I decided to look at some other cars in their inventory and set my sights on a gorgeous Hyundai Santa Fe which I might add ended up a much better deal for myself than the Rogue was. Less miles, the payments turned out to be around the same and an overall better choice from my perspective. Gabriel tried so hard to find choices that would suit me as well as keeping my price range in mind and I cannot wait to take my new car home ! Thank you woburn toyota!

We had a great deal at Woburn Toyota last time and it was that time again to pick another one for lease. We expected the same low prices as the previous years, but the numbers got changed. Those good deals are gone. We thought we will have to go to another place to pick a car, but there was a man Wally Sabet. He was honest with us about the deals, he saved us a lot of time. You know some people keep talking to you about all the options you can get, but he is the one who will get straight to the point. I was so picky about the color and the price, but he did his best to make me happy and work away with the great deal and filling from the center. Thank you so much Wally. We usually spend a day in the dealership to finish the process, in this case it took twice less time for us. Thank you one more time Wally.

I had the best experience here at Woburn Toyota. From the moment I walked in the door and met Randy I felt this was the right place to lease my car from. Patient and Kind are the top two words to describe my wonderful experience. From the beginning with Randy to Chris with the #'s and monthly costs and then finalizing and signing the paperwork with Karl it was just an amazing and stress free experience. I would definitely come back and deal with Randy again. I will also be referring all my family and friends here.

Worst experience I've had to deal with since buying cars! I had some problems from the start AFTER purchasing my vehicle and they've been giving me the run around about fixing the problem and trying to get me to come outta pocket with more money for a car I just bought a little over a month ago! This process has been draining and I'm at the point I just wanna give them their car back and shop somewhere else! They do whatever it takes to make that SALE but once the transaction is done they no longer seem to give AF!

UPDATE!!! So the problem I was having with this Dealer was resolved with no problems and I left feeling a lot better than I did at the beginning of the whole ordeal and my bumper was fixed properly! So my rating has increased and I'm a satisfied customer for now. Just hope no other problems arise in the NEAR Future.. Thank You

Woburn Toyota service department Vincent Reeves is exceptionally great!

Every time I went to service my highlander, Vincent has always put in great extraordinary efforts to get things done under tight time constraints. He was THE difference maker in coordinating working crews in person; solve difficult problems to make sure the complex service items were done timely and with the highest quality!

Base on last 3 years observation, I can see that He is truly friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, and truly wanted to help make a big difference for every customer.

He gave me and others the great reason to come back all the time and feel confident that we will receive the best service experiences in the country! Thank you so much Vincent!!

The staff has no idea how the registration process...

The staff has no idea how the registration process works in MA. After wait 2 weeks for them to figure it out, I get my title and it tells me the car has over 500,000 miles. Nobody would help me with this (or cared) they told me it was the registrys fault (it was thier fault) took me about six months to get them to resolve their mistake. My sales person Abdul was nothing but unhelpful, rude, and offensive after the sale of the car.

I used Woburn Toyota to do the repair on a Toyota recall, so I can't speak to their prices because the repair was free. However, I have to put in a good word for Franco, who works in customer service. He was fantastic! He went above and beyond to be of assistance. Woburn Toyota is lucky to have him.

If you're looking for a new Toyota to buy or lease, I definitely recommend these guys. I was able to get my new Camry leased for a very reasonable monthly payment, and everyone there was very supportive and acknowledgeable. Also, their Service Department is unmatched in both how quickly and how well they can repair your vehicle, and everyone there is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. If you're looking for a new Toyota to buy to lease, this place is pretty great.

Bought a car from here. A 2018 Subaru wrx and everything was fine until I took it for an oil change. Before I headed out after I purchased it, I asked if they had done the oil change and they said yes. This was on December 15th 2018. Today March 14th 2019 I'm getting a oil change and they told me that the oil is way over full and that it could have damaged my vehicle. Super unprofessional of them. All they did was add a quart of oil and told me they did the oil change. I will never purchase another car from them. Not just that, they tried charging me a "nitro fee" which is something they add to the tires and I fought it and told them I didnt want it and when I checked the carfax, it said that it was done a few months prior to being sold to woburn Toyota. I'm taking further action against them.

The sales manager kicked me out because I was negotiating. Said he didn't want to go back and forth over price, he said it didn't show "loyalty." Returned after shopping around a bit to find out our salesman, nicknamed "Hannibal Lector" by another salesman, had been fired. This place was every stereotype of sleezy salesmen all rolled up into one. It was great for entertainment, but don't get suckered by their high pressure sales tactics. Do some research, shop around, and take your time. Watertown Toyota blew their price out of the water. Why anybody would buy a car from this place is beyond me!

Worst experience ever. My cousin and I went in to view Toyota RAV4 w/o an appointment but it wasn't a problem and waited a couple of minutes for a sales rep. The issues that I had is that the sales man wanted us to sign a finance application before viewing the car stating that it's a "RAV4". We're not interested in applying because your credit score will be impact, we told the sales rep prior about our credit score which is awesome and we had a huge down payment. Anywho, we kindly left after 15mins due to the rush of the entire process. You've been warned.

I was leased a vehicle. When we sat down to sign the peperwork, it was incorrect. We signed an addendum to change the milage agreement from 12 to 15k. The dealership conveniently "lost" the addendum costing us thousands. At the time they had the old dealership trying hard to rebuild. Funny how they screwed us and however many more to get the numbers to get Toyota to help with the new building.

I have purchased a car in 2008 from this dealership before. It was a very pleasant experience. Went in to buy another car this week the sales guy was very good. He was able to find what we wanted and we were happy. He took us to the finance person. I have never met anyone trying to close a sale behave in the way he did. Smug and arrogant. He did not even have the common courtesy to give us his name and shake our hand. I sat with him for 15 min but eventually I felt insulted and I walked away. I will not be coming in to buy a car from this place unless something is done about your finance dept. I am a Toyota person but I am sure there are more dealers in the area with better mannered ppl. Women are out in this world doing all the things that were considered men s job. Learn to talk to them and understand what that are saying and not to the man sitting next to them. If I am telling you something try to listen and hear and understand don t look at the man to explain it to you.
UPDATE- I spoke to the GM Mr Ken Connor he has assured me this is not acceptable and he will address the issue. I will go back there in Dec and see if I think there is any improvement in how they talk to me.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2015 rav4 at Woburn Toyota. My sales person was Sid (Sarwar Siddiqi) Sid went above and beyond trying to get me the exact car in the exact color that I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the different functions. I love my new car and I would highly recommend going there. I was given all the time I needed to make a decision and then Jared in finance helped me to make all the right choices for coverage. This is my third Toyota that I have purchased from Woburn Toyota. This is a wonderful dealership with a tremendous staff. Go in and ask for Sid. You won't be sorry.

I needed a new glovebox for my 2013 Toyota RAV4 so I checked out a couple of service departments and I am beyond glad that I chose Woburn Toyota. Mike Gilgun in service was extremely helpful and kept us up to date on what was happening. The parts department manager Chris Johnston was able to get my new glovebox within two business days.

I am seriously considering having all my service work done at Woburn Toyota even though it is a little further from my home.

I did not come to Woburn Toyota in the first place...

I did not come to Woburn Toyota in the first place because they did not have the vehicle I am looking for, a 2016 4runner sr5 with 3rd row seat. In stead, I went to IRA Toyota Danvers because they had 2 in their lot. IRA was a turn down and I did not get any deal from them with my best offer. Meanwhile Woburn kept calling my phone trying to get in touch with me. I thought to myself, why the heck not since they were like 5 mins away from my work place. I talked to Richard, the sale manager, on the phone and I clearly told him how much I would pay for the vehicle even though they did not have in their lot. I would not want to waste any of our time since I already test drove it at IRA.

I visited them the same day, late around 7pm. Within 15 minutes, I sealed the deal with Hany Fares (that Egyptian guy!). Everything was straight up and it was very pleasant to deal with him. I could not believe how easy it was since my offer was way below the vehicle invoice! Woburn got my blue (first choice of color) vehicle in their lot for me in less than a week! I just picked it up today.
I highly recommended this dealership and Hany.

I brought my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation (I've been going here since 2011 when I bought my car). During my tire rotation, a bolt snapped on the upper "arm" underneath my car which led to essentially having to "rebuild" the front of my car. A normal oil change costing about $50 ended up costing $800 (after discounts) and I was left car less for multiple days. After the service desk explained to me that this is normal wear and tear and tends to happen over the years because of corrosion and salt from the winter I decided to take it for what it was. Well, within two days of getting my car fixed the front of car started to make a loud squeaky noise. I called them back and told them I thought it was from "rebuilding" the front end since my car never made that noise before everything else happened. I then had to drop my car off to be worked on AGAIN. After inspection, I was told that I now needed new breaks. I found this very odd considering when I originally dropped my car off for my oil change the service tech went through everything with me (tire treads, break pads, fluid levels, etc.) and I was never told I needed new breaks, in fact, I was told everything with my breaks were fine. I didn't want to take the chances and felt like I had no other choice so I had my breaks replaced, costing ANOTHER $600+. After getting my car back for the second time, it's still making a loud squeaky noise. Long story short, I've never felt more taken advantage of from a dealership. I will NEVER be going back here.

I should also mention this...

My sister bought a car from Woburn Toyota and used to bring her car here to get worked on as well. After endless visits, and constantly spending money because the staff kept telling her she needed to fix "x,y and z" she brought her car to another dealership in Danvers for a second opinion. In fact, through doing this she found out that she was being told by the Woburn employees that certain things were being fixed AND charged for and they actually weren't. She even went as far as looking back at old invoices from Woburn Toyota and found random blank $20 charges. She called and raised the concern, apparently they were already aware of this and fired the guy responsible.

Even after hearing this, I continued to go their giving them the benefit of the doubt, shame on me. I will never go back.

Everyone waa readily available to help and I couldnt be happier with my choice of who to work with and plan to return in the future. Came here on a Monday to get my car inspected for a state inspection. Unfortunately my car's engine monitors had not fully reset from the last time so they were unable to complete the inspection and gave me a full refund with no hassle. Came back on Friday after driving my car more and I was in and out with a new sticker on my car in 20 minutes. They also fixed some drooping interior panels that were missing pressure clips for free! No hassle, honest service, A+++

Some of the worst service I have ever received. I called to make an appointment to test drive a particular vehicle. I received an email confirming the appointment. When I arrived, nobody knew about it. First, they told me the car must have been sold then tried to sell me a car costing $5000 more. Finally, they located the car. It was in a lot they own in another town. I waited an hour for them to get it. All in all, I went in, ready to buy this car and it took 4 hours to get it done. Finally, the car was delivered without my warranty paperwork. I emailed the sales person 3 times with no response. When I called, the salesperson said it was "in the mail". Still not having received it, I left 3 voicemails for two of the sales managers 5 days ago. Still haven't heard from anyone. This has been going on for 6 weeks and NOBODY, including management will return my call or email. Stay away from this place!

I understand that this place has multiple departments. My review is for the used auto sales. First I would like to say that the initial salesman who we talked to, Bill, was superb. However, he was more or less taken from us and everything was disastrous from there.
Our first problem came when we spoke to a thin, white male, with black hair who often wears sunglasses and chews gum. After Bill offered to hold the car for us, this man came to tell us that this isn't normally something that is done. He said that he would hold the car for us as long as we call them the next day with a decision about whether or not we want the car. We called and left two messages, but they sold the car anyway and never put the car in our name in the first place.
This was obviously a mistake, but mistakes happen. We were told that we could meet with Christine and the manager Jeremy. We scheduled a meeting with them, and they did not come to our meeting. We received no apology. Mistakes happen but people should own up to their mistakes. Instead we got avoidance, adding to the general lack of professionalism at this place which is characterized in many of its reviews.
We end up still going with Woburn (mistake) and getting another Corolla with similar miles but more scratches. We had to fight to get the price down to the original one which we were going to buy. After purchasing the car, a whirlwind of information is thrown at us and they tell us that we cannot legally drive away with the car. It turns out that this was also a mistake. As we live an hour away from Woburn, this meant more and more driving and inconvenience for us. In fact, our second representative (not Bill) in general did not really seem to know what was going on or about the processes there. It seems that some serious training and leadership change is needed.
Additionally, as we paid for the documentation and registration through the dealership, we needed them to complete the registration. We were given the line many times, "I'll call you." They never called us. We had to call them again and again. It's just more evidence that the place is a slow paced, lazy environment atmosphere.
While our experience with Bill was great, and the financial manager was nice (although wrong about several items), integrity violations are absolutely unacceptable. The people here robbed me of a significant amount of time an energy which I need to be putting into my work and studies. They created a large amount of unnecessary stress in my life as well. I expect honesty and recognition of mistakes from any human being, especially from an organization dedicated to customer service. I will not be bringing my business back here, and I hope others do not either until we see drastic change in the way the department functions.

It was a pleasure doing business with Cj and Woburn Toyota. They really did a nice job. I actually got my car even sooner than I thought. I was very happy with the service.

Don t ever buy a car from them! EVERY step of the process was messed up!! It took 3 extra days to get my car, needed immediate service on the vehicle, the service department rescheduling me multiple times and then didn t have a loaner car when previously promised, and now I ve called 6 times in the last 4 weeks and can not get a response from the manager of the financing department (Mike Hannah) after he swore that he would personally help in the situation. It s impossible to get a hold of anyone via phone if you have issues after.

Totally infuriating, and I ll never do any business with them ever again.

Horrible dealer. First, I showed up to drive a car they said they had on the lot only to find they couldn't find the car. I left. I liked the car so I persisted and eventually bought the car after agreeing to an alignment and trade in. When i picked up the car, it was clear they didn't do an alignment. Two days later the car died on the side of the road from a dead battery. They had me drive into the dealer to get it looked at, and when i did, the dealer told me the couldn't do anything because the battery had a charge (of course it did, i charged it and drove it there). In the end, I had to buy my own battery and pay for my own alignment (not at their shop).

If that wasn't enough..I'm now receiving letters in the mail telling me that they didn't pay off my existing loan on the car I'm trading in.

I would think twice about buying from this dealer. They don't have their act together.

My experience at Woburn Toyota was overwhelmingly positive. Got an excellent price on my trade and a very solid deal on a used 4Runner. Can t say enough about my sales rep, Micheal Quigley - no hard sales push, very knowledgeable, and was easily the most upfront car salesman I ve dealt with. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking at vehicles in the area.

I just negotiated a 3 year lease for a 2016 Toyota Camry with Bob Fahey at Woburn Toyota on March 28. I have always known that Bob was a competent, intelligent and friendly salesman who really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to assist you in every aspect of the deal. The registration and insurance aspects was taken care of in an especially professional way. This is my fourth 3 year lease through Bob and I intend to use him again in 2019 when I will be 84 in November of that year.

I bought a Mazda 6 out of the preowened department and I was initially happy with the service because Jay is very nice and so is Jesse and of course, Ernest. The up front customer service is great. But They sold me an extended Toyota Care Roadside assistance for which I pay a lot of money for but have never used and can't use because Roadside is terrible (I once was told hat I would have to wait 90 minutes for a jump start when I legitimately was down the street from a tow provider who was 5 minutes away so my friend's neighbors jumped my vehicle instead). I cancelled my coverage on 2/23/18 and was told that I need to send a cancellation letter to a certain address or fax it to a certain number when I called the Roadside number that I got off of the agero website since I work for Agero now. I called this 800-444-4195 on 2/23/18-- I was transferred multiple times and finally got a guy that told me where to send this letter. I called this very same number today and yesterday 3/14/18-3/15/18 and was transferred to multiple people who legitimately could not find my coverage (even though I looked it up in Roadside Connect off of Agero's systems and can find it easily) and could not find that I had filed for cancellation or that I called on 2/23/18. These people today and yesterday, Jill and Arturo were out of the headquarters for Toyota. SO each time I called today and yesterday-- Toyota Roadside assistance, everyone was transferring me back and forth to each other and couldn't tell me anything. This is ridiculous for your coverage. Do not sell this to people anymore-- it's a crappy service and it's never what you need. This is ridiculous.

was quoted over the phone for replacing the brake ...

was quoted over the phone for replacing the brake pads, rotors and calibers for $1100 asked if that included parts they said yes. They said bring in the car and we will give you a free brake inspection. Brought the vehicle in left it there they called and said we had to replace those parts said it was $1170.00 I said okay went there to pick it up they told me the total was $1773.51 had no choice but to pay cause they already did the work. Will never recommend them to anyone
