FOR STORE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT.

At the request of toyota herself, who said I could send the review I wanted, her wish is my command...let's go...
Toyota is a store with a TERRIBLE service, NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE...unless you don't have work or are on vacation because you need to be prepared to wait a lot, and maybe leave without the service performed as in my case.
On the 7th I spent 4 hours inside the store waiting for a simple revision and installation of a rain gutter... which in this case were not carried out. They didn't even have the correct work order, they changed our name, (FELIX) and the correct name is quite a different one, and they even put a wrong sticker on our car. (photos) we had a very important appointment with our youngest son for the which was compromised because of incompetence and total lack of respect for us.
We felt discriminated against because our English was bad, they ignored our problem, we entered the store at 11 am and left at 3 pm.
I did a review and Mr Gary called us immediately apologizing and offering us the free rain gutter and refund of the money we paid,
Note: (this gutter has been paid for at least 3 months).
The store blamed us because we didn't inform you that there would be another service to do, but my question is? Does the service order not contain the information? Because I have the email for the service, and toyota doesn't??? More ok incompetence to spare.
On the 9th when we returned to the store We found out that the service we had been waiting for 4 hours on the 7th had not been done, amazingly they put a sticker for the next review to be carried out in 2022, only my car had only 5800 miles.. .at least strange...so on that day we released for them to do the service, and there we stayed another 3 hours for the revision and installation of the accessory.
Another observation...
another manager who attended us was doing everything he could to get us out of the store quickly.
And the manager tried to trick us by saying that we would need to leave the car there because the gutter would arrive the next day...
but the gutter was already in the store, several days ago, in reality they wanted to straighten out all the mistakes made without us knowing...but I may not have enough English but I have the wisdom to know when they want to mess with us...more in fact that day after 3 hours the service was done... and during this wait, a nice gentleman came to talk to my daughter, complimenting him and then saying that he would only return the money after the review was removed... and we were also asked what they could do to solve the problem and also remove the review, we made a simple account of the 7 hours we lost inside the store because of them...plus the 90 minutes round trip to the store... and we asked for a DVD...cheap for them next to everything I lost financially and emotionally with my son, not to mention that they scratched the two rear view mirrors of my car which in this case I don't expect them to solve either because of the position they had with us. you now.
Toyota know that I don't need your money or your DVD..it's not about money, ...it's about the respect you don't have for your customer, it's about your unfulfilled promises, it's about total incompetence and little case to which we were treated.
Know that this may not affect you today, as you yourselves said you didn't care for another review, but the law that governs the world is one EVERYTHING THAT GOES...ALSO BACK...

As far as dealing with car salesmen, this place was a lot more pleasant than dealing with Boch. Mr. Sid actually listened to what we were looking for, then found us a better car for a better deal. I would come back here for our future second car. The service area had generally been very close to it's 1 hour time frame. make sure you make an appointment, otherwise you'll be there all day.

I just purchased a vehicle,or at least i think i did!! The salesperson is horrible!! Ive gone twice to pick it up and I still dont have my vehicle!! They need to train their employees to be sure they know what they are doing!! I am going back and cancelling my purchase ,I'im fed up with dealing with a person who clearly has NO idea what they are doing!! If you're looking for a Toyota (and you should, they're the best), go to Ernest at Woburn. Ernest was fantastic. He worked with us to find the right car for me in my price range, was very patient with the 1 million questions I had, and was very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. I had some unusual circumstances due to work and he went out of his way to make the process of buying a car as easy for me as possible, including registering my car for me in MA, sending me the information so I could apply for a parking permit, and then DRIVING THE CAR TO MY APARTMENT for delivery since I had no way of driving out to their dealership to pick it up. He really went above and beyond, was very friendly and I feel really took care of me during the process. I highly recommend working with him if you're looking for a car!

This was the worst car buying experience my family...

This was the worst car buying experience my family has ever had. It was my son s first car that we bought less than 3 weeks ago. After 3 weeks we still do not have an inspection sticker. THey owe us one and know the problem. But do not care enough to fix it. If they dispute this I will include a photo of the bill of sale and the rejection sticker. Next week he is illegal driving this. They simply DO NOT CARE and make no effort. If we did not call them every day to try to fix the problem, they would never do anything. I have logged in and will provide contact info if needed. This is not a mean-spirited, sour-grapes review. My son is driving a car we paid $11K for and we drove off without an inspection sticker. We had to go back to address it. They tried to make excuses befire they found that their own dealership failed the inspection of the car. SInce then it has been a complete mess trying to get this resolved because they simply don t care.

I went to lease my first car last week and was completely amazed with the level of service and attention that I received! I was helped by Malcome Leng-King and he was an absolute pleasure, he was very funny and polite and very attentive. I was in on Tuesday and was able to pick up my car on Wednesday morning, he was able to get the exact color I wanted and described all of the details of the car with me. He was very helpful in answering all of the questions I had and was very clear about the leasing terms and the expectations that come along with it. I was very thankful to have worked with him and absolutely love my new car!

I came in knowing what I wanted. The Tacoma setup I was looking for was a bit difficult to find close to me so I drove an hour and a half to Woburn Toyota. Hao Doan was my salesman. He is the kindest most pleasant salesman I have ever encountered. Hao made sure we were comfortable the entire process. He was extremely respectful in every aspect. I would recommend buying a vehicle here.

Furthermore, they are extremely veteran friendly. They treated me with the utmost respect and did everything they could in order to have the deal go through as smoothly as possible. My wife and I have been to many dealerships over the course of our lifetime. We just leased a new Toyota Avalon. As senior citizens we have to say visiting Woburn Toyota was the most pleasurable experience out of all of them. We were impressed by the facility, the professionalism of the sales staff, the knowledge, and the comfort level provided at a time that can cause a lot of anxiety for most people. Kal and Ken were the two individuals that help us through the process and worked with us providing a good price and options to keep our monthly payment low. You can rest assured that our friends and family will be told of Woburn Toyota as the place to go. As for the Albrecht Motor Group, we can honestly say, you made a right decision, when you hired Kal and Ken! Thank you again!

Extremely disorganized. Noone there knows what's going on. Sales staff is pushy and rude. Cannot get them to give one straight answer. I have asked if I can test drive a particular car 5 times in emails and they won't tell me yes or no. Just insist that I come in. When I have gone in, usually end up waiting for a long time and then some sales guy tries to sell you something you dont even want.

5 stars for Robert Fahey in the sales department. Best experience I ever had when buying my Toyota Tacoma.

The repair department is a whole 'nother story. Would not give me a sticker for my wife's Corolla unless I paid the about 600 bucks to fix the fog lights. Number one, fog lights are not required. Number two, I fixed them myself for less then 100 dollars. I have owned a 2 Toyota Celicas, a Tundra, a Tacoma and 2 corollas and they treat me like crap.

I spent over a month going to different dealers tying to get a car, some of them were mostly focused on the sale instead of helping me choose something that would be best for me. I would start the process at the dealership and it would be days before I hear from them. I went to Woburn Toyota and in 2 days Leon was able to help choose and complete the process, he was such a big help. It was my first time buying a car and he helped me step by step with the process. I definitely recommend going to Woburn Toyota if you're car shopping and Leon is amazing if you're looking for a salesman.

In dealing with the service department I scheduled an appointment for a recall as well as the 2017 Toyota Tacoma truck just started a small leak of oil. I spoke with Nick Dobb and he mentioned that there would be a charge to clean up the oil spill on the engine and replaced the old air filter that was an after market one. I noted there was a discrepancy with this, this air filter should of been changed at our last oil change. He argued with me that we must of gone elsewhere for another oil change. I replied no because this was a brand new truck and it was eligible for free oil changes when buying in 2017 for 2 years. I did some investigation and found they never changed the filter from an oil change we did get back in 10/2017. At that time I didn't realize we qualified for this promotion. We provided all the paperwork to the service manager and still wanted to charge us for their evident error. Eventually she gave in and finally waived all charges. If the oil filter was changed when we had the last oil change, this oil leak wouldn't have happened

My experience when I came was pretty good. I got a great deal a 2013 Prius and also got extended warranty for $1600, after 2 days I decided to cancel warranty - which they did and I got papers that it was canceled. I was told that $1600 will go towards my loan. I called the place many times. Noone got back to me. It has been 4 month now and the money never went back to my account . I love my car, but the tires are 6 years old the second key was never provided, the key locks were not given to me. I don;t know what to say. Recommend ? Think for yourself . I really wanted to give them 5 stars , but 4 month passed and the money were taken away by them for nothing. Iam going to report them if they do not return my money back towards my loan like I was told.

It s hard to schedule appointment online and I had to call, though the front desk answering the phone was very helpful and schedule my appointment very quickly. The location is convenient but the entrance is so confusing. Fast service and the staff were very friendly and keep me informed. They patch my tire as they found a nail without charging me extra. In compare to Toyota watertwon service, the only thing I miss is complimentary car washing.

They gave me the run around with no answers and told me i would have to pay and maybe it will be covered.. Before I start, No, we did not get turned down for a car because of our credit. Our credit is very good. I'm just making a review based on my horror story with this hole in the wall dealership. Absolutely DO NOT go here to buy a used car. Very shady dealership with the worst taste of professionalism I've EVER come across my whole 42 years of buying a car. We went to test drive a car they had. We liked it but needed to think about the deal overnight. We decided to go with the deal the next morning. We spoke with our Sales person, Jeremy and he said he would take care of everything, put a sold sign on the car, and send over all the paperwork to our credit union. This was Saturday. Today is Wednesday night. My husband has left multiple messages on Jeremys voicemail with no call backs, not even from a manager, Rick I believe his name is. I called there myself and asked to speak to Rick tonight. He finally spoke with me and said he had NO PAPERWORK with our information. (Im guessing by the disgusting mess of a dealership, if that's what you want to call the little room they work in, they might have lost it?) I left our phone number and made it very clear I expected a phone call back. They called back and said they no longer had the car.
Now I'm not the person to ever leave negative reviews on places unless absolutely necessary and this was necessary. I cannot believe how UNPROFESSIONAL this dealership is. The managers excuse for not receiving a phone call back for 5 days? "Oh....well....he was sick..." Now its my turn to show some unprofessionalism...Grow some B*LLS!
If I were you I would do my best to keep looking for that car you want somewhere else unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy. This place is not only a dirty little hole in the wall but the people that work there make it that much more sickening.
I'm actually glad we didn't get the car from them. I would rather invest in a dealership that's professional and treats me like a customer should be treated these days, with respect. If I could give this place a negative review, I would, they don't even deserve 1 star...

As someone who has financially struggled I was hoping to purchase a used vehicle to rebuild my credit and have a reliable vehicle. Edwin, Jesus, Ahmed and their team literally worked for for hours to find me the best deal and have me drive out of the lot with a NEW car. It is more than I expected. In addition to this incredible service with the purchase, everyone I came across was kind, pleasant and on my side. In addition to my purchase experience I look forward to spending more time in there lovely cafe and waiting area when I have my car serviced. I highly recommend this dealership!

Clean, friendly, good service. The service team immediately greets you. They listen to the service you want and are low pressure on recommendations for additional services. They got the job done quickly, but it was a nice wait as they have a spacious waiting room with a great priced, delicious cafe.

Called about used car. Said they still had it. Made appointment to test drive. Showed up 2hrs later. Sat around for an hour to be told by junior salesman that they had already sold it day before. Complete waste of time. Dealership is unprofessional and a disaster.

Absolutely HORRIBLE - disorganized, poor communica...

Absolutely HORRIBLE - disorganized, poor communication and in general misleading (if not down right intentionally done) efforts to get a sale. Here's the path I hope you never go down as we did:
1) We identified a used car from the website and called to confirm it was there to evaluate.
2) Prior to heading to the dealer (45 minutes away) later for our scheduled appointment we again called to confirm car still there.
3) We were on time for the appointment and Jackie told "a few minutes" and "yes car is here." 20 minutes later we're told many sales people had called out and the wait would be longer.
4) Nearly an hour later Kevin, who was congenial enough, met with us. We were ready buy all we need to do is see the vehicle. he comes back and says "Actually it's in the shop, repairing the door...Won't know if available till end of the following week."
REALLY - how come no one else could have determined this.

Now, we're the foolish folks, because we gave Woburn the benefit of the time, and Kevin's commitment that he'd call us when it was available and "make sure we got to see it first due to the inconvenience." You can guess what happened next.
1) On Friday we contact Kevin "hey thought you said you'd call us" His response - "sorry, will promise to do that"
2) Sure enough Saturday around he call says to he's check an not available.
3) An hour later he calls say's it's available and we make time to see it. Since we had family commitment that kept us from coming immediately. And he then informs us someone is already considering the vehicle NOTWITHSTANDING the commitment he previously made.
4) 1 hour before our meeting we let him know we're on our way. Only to find out the car is sold. To add to the disregard for customer attention, we get a call a few minutes later from the Woburn internet group who told us the call was available as it had just come out of the shop.

They are obnoxious in their own way. Check out the name of the person who answers your call with the name on the recorded message. Great way to undermine confidence when those don't match. Did I mention the underlying attitude of framed by snippy and sarcastic answers?

Like Abbot and Costello, they don't communicate. We have shared this with Woburn Management with no response other than another survey. Just ridiculous!

Stay away unless you are prepared for such treatment.

2 stars for competitive price, but sale person was rude and acted not caring about customer. You wont know your interest rate until they run your credit even though you say if your score is excellent. Internet inquiry however is quick and reponsive. Not sure about after sale service because they already dont respect you while you are buying. Ended up buying from other Toyota Dealer.

I had a terrific experience at Woburn Foreign Motors in 2005. Robert Fahey, Internet sales, was a pleasure to work with. He knows the cars he sells and is the most unsalesman-like salesman I have met -- and I mean that as a compliment. The finance department was well prepared and the paperwork completed efficiently. The car was ready as promised. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I've just bought my 2015 Avalon Ltd.Hybrid from Woburn Toyota. In nearly 50 years of driving and having my cars ('69 Cougar, '73 Celica, '79 Supra, Cressida, '07 Avalon) serviced in several locations in Boston, I've never received anything like the quality customer service I've received from Woburn Toyota. From start to finish: from choosing the vehicle to driving it away, this is a dealership that I would recommend to all of my friends - without hesitation. I would like to thank Robin Duquette, Floor Manager, for greeting me and making sure that I met with the folks that I needed to. I Especially thank Nema Heshmatpour, Sales Consultant for his wonderful, welcoming and outgoing attitude and his professionalism in guiding me through the car-buying process and ensuring that I was conversant in the operation of the car before I finally drove away. I took my daughter here to buy her very first car,used,cheap,reliable as she is in college. Wally and Sal were actually very pleasant in dealing with them. Ive been around the block,bought new & used and I figured they would try to BS us,but I was so wrong.These people seemed to bend over backwards for my daughter and it was a used car. Tires,brakes and even headlights I pointed out were all replaced w/new!!! I cant say enough about these guys.A very pleasant experience.

There is little communication between the sales reps and associates - had a miserable time when trying to purchase a vehicle. It felt like the staff did not know any information and expected the customer to have the answers. In the end of the day, a vehicle was purchased and we were greeted by a smiling face, Brunell, who gave us our vehicle and was very nice - the only positive part of our buying experience.

First time at the building. Nice, as with other updated dealerships. Not a big deal, but previously they offered coffee and pastries while you wait. Now the coffee is there, but they have a snack shop where I purchased a $3 bagel. Although I had a scheduled appointment, timing was an issue. Two hours to have the oil changed and the tires rotated isn't reasonable. Won't go back unless its warranty work.

I went in a few weeks ago to get my filters changed and my brakes redone. I was nervous about the feedback about the car because I don t know car technologies or the language. I went to Mike Marino as the service advisor and I will say I m only going to him from now on! I was there again last night for a purge valve repair and he was amazing! Some of the best customer service I ve ever seen! He explained everything to me so I d understand, gave me his card and he related to me as a human being and didn t treat me as just another sale. I will be telling everyone to go see him! He s the best of the best! I cannot thank him enough!

Honestly, every employee at this dealership is amazing.

Hank and Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted. And honestly, if you re tired of stale boring experiences at dealerships. I promise, you can t find a more badass salesman than CJ. Ask for him, you won t regret it.

This is our second purchase here and we will continue to come back.

Y all, avoid avoid avoid.

My husband and I bought a used car a year and half ago from this place, and we are 80% sure we were sold a lemon.

At the start, it was rough. We went in with a listing and test drove it. It was fine and we were completely content. The sales person told us to come back with the check and the car is ours. I followed up a few days after, to make sure everything is right, which much to my surprise, the sales person didn t pick up the phone. When my husband and I made accommodations in our work schedule to pick up the car, we were told we couldn t drive off with the car. In reality and what our sales person failed to tell us, we drop off the check and pick up the car a day or two later. Hmm, that should ve been a warning sign. When I spoke the manager at the time, I told him I called and left a message to the sales person, the guy said he never got it. So, the sale guy is now playing us for a sale. Needless to say, I was infuriated but also frustrated at the possibility of starting the car searching process over again. So we bought the car.

Recently, after owning the car a little over a year, our front right wheel stopped working, it actually fell off. When we took it into the shop, the mechanic was like someone put in the wrong bolt on the wheel axis, had this happened on the highway, it would ve been deadly. This explains why our tires were always low on air as well, a warning sign that my husband and I weren t aware of. Not two weeks later, we needed to get the shock mounts replaced, which isn t an usual repair but definitely not uncommon. NOW our check engine light is on, and I can t believe to image what else is going on.

A few things within the first year we noticed, there was some weird asphalt on the driver side which we stupidly missed during our test drive. Then after all of these hidden problems are arising, I ve come to the conclusion that the previous owner probably had an accident, got it fixed without it ending up on the report and this dealership did nothing to guarantee the car s safety. We have definitely learned our lesson next time we buy a car, but I'm incredibly disappointed I could've easily ended up in a terrible accident because this place didn't check if all the parts were correct for the next owner.

This is why I don t recommend this place. They accepted and resold a car with faulty parts that in turned made this car extremely unsafe to drive. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I never thought I d be buying a car during a globa...

I never thought I d be buying a car during a global pandemic but here I was. Found what I wanted online and researched safety at the dealership. My appointment was set and when I arrived the car I was interested was ready to go and sanitized, I was greeted by CJ. The whole experience was fast, safe and friendly. CJ got me an amazing deal on the highlander platinum I wanted in less than 2 hours door to door. I am so happy with my purchase and experience. My daughter is having surgery and CJ made sure I could get my car all settled with out stress and in a hurry. If you are looking for great service and a new Toyota, head to Woburn and ask for CJ!!!

What a joke of customer service! Found a vehicle I liked online, (I'm 4 hours away) called and spoke to a customer service rep who themselves are very inept. After multiple calls they send me to a used car manager named Eddie who assured me the car was available and will take a few more photos and send them to me. I told him I'm ready to purchase and will come immediately to purchase and offered to put a deposit down. 5 days goes by and I'm constantly calling and texting eddies personal phone and NOTHING! Finally I called and asked to speak to another manager who informed me the vehicle sold. A simple text back saying the vehicle was sold would have been sufficient. Ignoring a customer is poor service that reflects on Woburn Toyota as a whole. This place is a joke and they must have extremely low expectations of employees especially their managers. Toyota corporate is my next call, and they should consider associating them selves with such trash.

My mom's car was making loud noise anytime she was breaking or backing up. I brought in the car and Mike Gilgun was really helpful Mike explained all the possible scenarios that could result in the noise and then he brought the car in to one of the techs. Turned out she needed breaks and rotors. They took care of it fixed and the price wasn't ridiculous either. I've always been skeptical of dealerships but I've found the one.

Building is exotic but the people working in there not so much. Wait time in that place is extremely high. Gary was very rude. I don"t know why and who gave him the finance manager post. Extremely unfriendly person. Not going back to this place again and I am not going to recommend anyone else either.

NOTE: If you don't have to, Don't bring your car in for service at the Woburn Dealer... I waited for 8 hours for an 3 hour job... because they had to wait for a delivery on my car's equipment... Made the appointment 2 weeks prior.. figured they knew the problem knew what I drove, you think they would have the needed equipment in house... Got home, scratches on the whole back end of my car..
Didn't notice it when I drove away... Grease all over the seat belt, mats and my driver's side seat...
Amazing.... I call to complain, Diana is more of an idiot then the service guys..
Can see why I had problems.. DON'T BRING YOU CAR DOWN IF YOU DON'T HAVE TOOOOOO....

We originally were a Honda customer, until one day...

We originally were a Honda customer, until one day we went to turnover our lease and they basically pushed us out the door saying they did not want our business!! Three cars later, we are still at Woburn Toyota. We were looking for loyalty and we got it and in return we are loyal. Awesome customer service from our sales rep to the service department. Can't ask for anything more!!!

Slow, slow, slow..........
Returned a leased car back to Woburn Toyota at 5/31/2016. 20 days later, got a call from Toyota asking if the car was returned and got a letter from my car insurance, the leased car is still under my coverage.
When will Woburn Toyota notify the parties that the car WAS RETURNED.
Calling Woburn Toyota this moment, and have been waiting for over half hour now, still waiting...

Great experience at Woburn Toyota! They replaced my radio at no cost, as a good will gesture, even though they didn't have to. As I am a loyal person in general, this gesture will make me a customer for life. I've owned 5 cars in my lifetime, my best experiences with Toyota, and now with this experience in Woburn, it solidifies my allegiance to the brand. A big Thank you to Cliff and the service techs who worked on my vehicle!!

I had a great car buying experience when I went la...

I had a great car buying experience when I went last weekend and purchased my vehicle. Although the initial price was above my expectations they worked with me on my trade-in to come closer to a reasonable price that was still lower than comparable cars at other dealerships. My sales associate Malcolm Leng-King was professional, pleasant to work with and didn t try a hard sell on me which I detest. Also, I appreciate that he wasn t patronizing to a female customer or talk over me and to my male friend who joined me on this trip. That has happened before and I swore in advance that I would go elsewhere if that happened here.

I also think they did a commendable job creating a safe environment as we are still in the midst of Covid. I will recommend Woburn Toyota to others.

I visited Woburn Toyota for an oil change on August 11. My appointment time was 8:30am. There was no line to check in. The associate was friendly and quoted me a wait time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. He let me know up front what the cost would be, and he didn't try to upsell.

The waiting area was comfortable, and offered coffe, tea and an assortment of complimentary baked goods. There was a section with a tv, as well as a counter with chairs for those using laptops.

My car was ready in 1 hour and 30 minutes and check out was quick and easy.

I have to say I was so impressed when I walked into your dealership. I was just out looking at vehicles and this gentleman introduced himself William Goulette but he said we could call him Billy. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. No pressure at all. Talk about Customer service. My husband was also very impressed and he hates looking at cars haha So if anyone is looking for a car or has questions he is the guy to go too.
