Though it was a VERY rough start due to one of the team members on our initial 2 visits, I have to salute an establishment and its people when they show us that the initial impression is not what the entire group stands for. In the rare case where management and team members listen, acknowledge and exceed our initial expectations... they deserve to be praised for it!

Thank you, RICKY DESPRES (Sales Manager) for your professionalism in the way you handled our concerns, on our initial 2 interactions with one of your team members which didn t go so well. You went the extra mile of not only addressing the way we were treated but you further discounted the car AND threw in an extra gift!! Also, just like our 2 initial visits... ERNEST MEMMINGER JR. (Sales Rep) was once again patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our interaction... definitely consider him if you re looking into purchasing your next vehicle.

While we re waiting for the title to come in so we can finish the purchase, I wanted to make sure my initial review was updated so you as a potential buyer was not deterred while shopping for your next vehicle.
