The process of getting a new car was very easy. They took care off all the paperwork and They offer me a good deal. And the best part is that I have a sale person who spoke my language (Spanish).
Thank you Woburn Toyota!

Lurgy at Woburn Toyota was amazing to work with. She was friendly personable and outgoing. She took the time to listen to our wants and don t wants and did not play games. She worked extra hard to get us the deal we wanted. We would highly recommend her and Woburn Toyota. Stop in for your next purchase!

Avoid this dealership until they open the new one. It s a disaster. You can t get in nor out. Guys stand out there yelling at people. It s awful. Complete mess. Save yourself the aggravation until they open new one. On flip side, the gentlemen who handles service is top notch. All around they have the best service department!! Once they open new dealership they will be golden.

Wally sabet did an amazing job getting me the best deal on our new car. We were referred to mo naim and have bought numerous cars at Watertown but Wally and mo worked so hard for us that we couldn t walk away. Please keep Wally and mo so you can keep up the great service that I experienced. Would highly recommend to all of my friends and family. Best experience ever especially thanks to Wally sabet! A true asset.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I was called by Business development person Kaylyn. After explaining what I was looking for and that I was currently upside down on my loan she described a car I thought sounded in my price range. She invited me to come to the dealer to see it in a half hour. I got there and was told by Used car manager Jose that the car had been sold and said the bank would never approved of a loan that would cover a new loan plus paying off my existing loan. I was really cheated and called the dealer from my cell phone. I spoke to Kaitlyn again who said she didn't intend to give me wrong information. This is Not a good way to do business and I might go to the newspaper about this.

This is my second time leasing a car from Woburn Toyota with salesman Robert Fahey. My experience again was great. Robert is very easy to deal with and not a high pressure person at all. There was a glitch this time with the previous lease and when I was unable to reach anyone in the finance office he was quick to step in and rectify it. Also my experience with the service department has always been great. I've dealt with Patrick and Scott during my last lease. They were always honest and upfront with anything the car needed. At the end if this lease I will be happy to return to Woburn Toyota again.

I was very tired the night that I went to see the rav4. I didn't expect to buy, I just came to see. I met Lurgy Ramos and did not over hound me like other sellers. I visited other dealers when I asked questions they ignored the question and just try to sell me. I buy from my questions, with Lurgy she followed my needs and i had a great experience with her. Which is why I bought from her. I had a great experience.

Friendly and helpful staff overall, but Lurgy Ramos, the sales staff, who was quite resourceful in guiding us to our new ride, is the shinning star from the galaxy of a star-studded sales team. She is knowledgeable, caring, vibrant and charming. If you are torn between two minds; whether you should or not buy a car, she will compellingly help you make your mind up! And nothing will seemingly stop her until you get what you need.

An overall an amazing experience! My sales representative was professional, honest, efficient and more than helpful. The financial department was equally as wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Julio Bencid. The entire process took less than 3 hours to view, process and purchase the care of my dreams. My deepest thanks and sincere appreciation. I have found my go to dealership for all future needs!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to after my recent purchase at Woburn Toyota. I ve always dreaded coming to car dealerships but the employees and experience at Woburn Toyota made my recent car buying experience a great one. The Sales Manager Wally worked very hard on my behalf to make sure that I was happy. I came away with a vehicle I love at a very fair price. I will certainly be recommending this place to friends.

Ultimately it was OK but I was waiting in the service line for a long time before anyone even acknowledged me. I get it that you're busy, but you need to give some sort of indication to the customer that you realize they're in the room!

Brought my car in for an oil change and had two kids with me. I thought the new play area would be great entertainment for them but I was very disappointed. There was two tables with chairs and a tv. Not one toy and my son was upset there was a coloring station with no crayons or paper. I struggled to keep them busy for an hour and a half. Then we got a French fry from the little cafe and they were disgusting, not even cooked through. I think I may take a break from here for a bit.

For the first time ever, I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed at a dealership. Though it was very busy, probably because it was end if the month, everyone from front desk to finance rep was easy to chat with and good spirited. My first Toyota and feel I was treated right. Walked out with a new Camry! Super excited.

Horrible dealership. Setting aside the absolutely predatory sales tactics employed by the sales manager, floor salesman, and even their front desk, we had to wait over THREE hours to pick up our vehicle a whole five days after we had paid for it. The appointments they schedule for pickup clearly mean nothing, seeing as they told us our car was still being held in Wilmington for "prep and cleaning" when we got there. Absolutely unsympathetic and untrustworthy dealership.

I had a great experience buying a new Tundra from Woburn Toyota. My salesman Stephen Kingstad was great to work with and helped make the whole process easy. I couldn't be happier with my new truck.

Woburn Motors is where my family goes to buy cars. We have always found the sales and service personnel to be very professional. When it was time to trade in my Highlander, with 180,000 miles, I met Robert Foley. He suggested I test drive a Rav 4 because he said the size was about what I was used to. I didn't find it had the power I wanted. With Roberts guidance, I decided to trying the leasing option, for the first time in my life, for a new Highlander. He was never pushy and I felt he was just trying to help me get the car I wanted. So far so good and thank you Robert.

Wow, what a great experience we had at Woburn Toyota! We recently bought a car and a truck with the help of our expert salesman Joe Brunelle who took the time to answer our many questions and to help us find exactly what we were looking for. They certainly made us feel comfortable and important. We will be back ........

Had a wonderful visit coming in today to get my 2003 camry with 170k miles checked out as I have taken a delivery job and wanted to make sure the car could handle the now extra miles I will be putting on it weekly. Michael Marino helped me out when I walked in and made the whole process very easy and helped me understand what I would need to work on to keep the car running great. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning for all future needs for my vehicle.

I really wanted to do business with this dealershi...

I really wanted to do business with this dealership, its location is convenient, but had a horrible experience here this weekend.

I've been in the market for a Tacoma TRD Pro since earlier this year. I had an appointment to drive one (a 2020 model) there in Feb. but cancelled and put plans on hold due to the pandemic.

Fast forward to Nov., I see that a 2021 model has arrived, I arrange to come in and see it, I assumed drive it, ultimately buy it.

Met with Troy, very nice guy, takes all my info, grabs the keys and we go to the truck. He lets me start it and play with the radio but we can't drive it, we have to go talk to the sales manager, here is where it gets interesting.

Sales manager (Ricky?), epitomizes the negative car buying experience. Very blunt, seems rushed and uninterested in creating a positive interaction. I'm pretty much told that because I don't have a trade and I finance through my Credit Union, I'm not bringing anything of value to the table. I'm told that I really can't drive it because they don't want to rack up miles, though I can drive it in the parking lot, or I can drive another model (very different from the truck I came to see). It was also suggested that I was there for "joy riding", yes just what I want to do on my day off, go to dealerships and "joy ride". The kicker was that if I agreed to buy it, then they would let me drive it. Not sure but that seems a little backwards and I really wanted my wife to see it before I pulled the trigger.

Newsflash guys, its a Tacoma not a Maybach, yeah it was the only one there, but still, you lost a slam-dunk sale and a customer. I would have respected them saying this was promised to someone already and they would call me when another arrived, but not how this was handled. Overall a negative experience, take that for what its worth. I will buy a Tacoma TRD Pro, just not from them and I'll drive it first.

I honestly hate going to car dealers usually the people suck to deal with and think that their customers are stupid. for the most part you'd be right lol. I've worked in the car business a long long time and I will say that Keith Svenson was a pleasure to work with. It's not often I give props to a car salesman, but he didn't try to sell me which drives me insane. he felt me out, saw i knew what i wanted and just gave me the options and was extremely personable. All that being said I can tell he's a great asset to your company and probably one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with.his people skills were on point. I will say this though now that I like him and he made your dealership shine. DON"T GET RID OF HIM OR I'M NOT COMING BACK LMAO!!! I'm just playing but seriously don't get rid of him he's a great person and i was totally impressed by the service he provided. I will certainly be leaving good remarks with friends and family as well thanks again for the great car buying experience its literally the first time that sentence has ever truthfully came out of me and i buy a car almost every few years. thanks again have a great day!

i went there to have an oil change and they took so long to do it. they took more than 2 hours and not even that after 3 week if found that my car was leaking oil and I took it to a local mechanic to see what was going on and we found out that they forget to tighten the oil screw. I will never go back there again.

Bad experience from the moment we walked in. Spent over 10 hours there throughout this process plus email and phone time. This is review of sales and finance areas -not service dept. I made an appointment in advance and not only did they not have our appointment on record (even though I had the text and email confirmation on my phone for that location), the person we were supposed to meet with wasn't even there...so they certainly didn't start off well. We were then immediately discriminated against by the salesperson that first met us at the door, who had confined in the salesman he handed us off to that he thought we would be difficult.... Apparently being a young couple prepared with what we wanted and were willing to pay was too much of a challenge for him. So the tone was not set very high from the start. The salesperson we did end up seeing, Hany, was fortunately able to smooth over the initial bumps and help navigate towards the SUV we had come in hoping to purchase. An additional manager was brought it to try to negotiate after a long while of back and forth. When I say a long while... we were there for almost 3 hours JUST to negotiate and locate the vehicle. So again, unless you are willing to pay their high ticket price, don't plan on making this a short trip. They located the vehicle the following week which I have no complaints about and thought things were looking up. We were asked to come back in to do the additional financing paperwork. After waiting over an hour, after being asked specifically to come in, my husband questioned the wait time with the staff. They became defensive that they were short staffed that evening rather than apologetic and accommodating to us (we were the only ones in the waiting area the entire time). We tried to be patient but when it started to become closer to 2 hours of waiting my husband had had it. When they finally realized how ridiculous the wait was, they had us hurriedly meet with Jay. At this point we were told that because we had opted to use the military rebate Toyota offers, we would have to add my husband on the car and use Toyota's financing - which was a ridiculously high rate...So needless to say we were upset that we weren't told that by taking the military rebate we would have to go through the extra hoops of putting my husband on the car and filing more paperwork for a rate we would end up paying more in the long run for than the rebate was worth! They did inform us we could cancel that bank once it was filed, but at this point we wanted to get out of there as fast as we could - so we declined the military rebate (after all the wasted time) and therefore now had to carry the cost that we were losing from the rebate. By the time Jay had finished with our transaction it was after 9 pm business hours and there was no longer a cashier available to take our cash and check deposits.... once again, a result of their error. We were therefore asked to come in a third time to make the down payment. The third time I came to make the payments I waited an additional amount of time to complete the transactions. I then also had to return a fourth time to pick the actual car up. Again, what we thought would be a short trip turned into excessive waiting only to receive a car that still had wire clippings on the floor from the starter install and dust/dirt in the interior as if they didn't clean it. Since they lost the second set of keys I had to go back in again for a fifth time to wait for the key to be made. I was told that we didn't sign our draft check on the front and back (something a finance person should have probably known), so I also had to resign the check. It has been a month now since starting this process and they still have not been able to organize themselves enough to cash my draft check. I can't understand how anyone has a smooth experience here. Even our sales person and mgmt recognized how poor of an experience we had - but I can't imagine this is new to them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I have warned others to do the same.

I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla and am happy to share my experience. My salesman s name was Leon and he did his best to make my experience stress free.
Leon went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle, and he never pressured me to make a decision until I was ready. He has years of experience and he is very personable which makes him a good salesman.
I love Woburn Toyota for all my vehicle needs.

Thanks Leon,
Cidalia

My salesman, Hany Fares was fantastic!! I found this dealership very good to work with to get the fairest deal! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars was because of the process that you had to go through! ..After my deal was made, I was sent to another process of going through more paperwork, and of course the old warranty insurance that they all want to sell you! ..It was quite a time consuming thing! ...other than that, they seemed like good people to work with!

Rubbish.

Rubbish.

Very disappointed in the treatment I received. I expressed interest in a vehicle from out of state and the sales representative I spoke to was very unhelpful. So unhelpful in fact that he did not answer my emails, for over a week, and subsequently the vehicle I was interested in had been sold I ever received the pictures I asked for. I reached out the day the listing was posted. Matheus Silva should do a better job at responding to customers.

I arrived at Woburn Toyota for service not sure exactly where I needed to go. There was a sales man outside so I stopped and asked him where I should go. Troy Adam's guided me in the right direction he was so helpful and a pleasure to speak too. I would definitely recommend Woburn Toyota.

I must give this business five stars. I purchased our new car here eighteen months ago and it has always be a great experience going in there. The scheduled maintenance on the vehicle is very easy in their new building. Drive in, they take the vehicle. you can either go to their cafe for free coffee or have great food, or roam around the 100 plus vehicles inside the building. Everything is very modern. Hardly ever see staff carrying papers. They all use E tablets. It's just a great experience all around !

The sales man is really helpful and so is the tech guy, however after I bought my car I had to go back 4 more times for things that were supposed to be done when they gave me my new car. Extremely stressful because they are very bad at communicating.

I tried purchasing a used vehicle for my daughter who is 17yo and 11 months paying cash. They told they could not sell her the car cause she was under age. No explanation why they couldnt sell her the car other than she wont be 18 for 1 month. They tried telling me i had to purchase it. Register and insure in my name. This was all after i left there for 3 hours to go retrieve the cash and old plates and registration. You think they would of told me when i left to go retrieve all this stuff. Not to mention the salesperson Cal and the young manager made me feel as though if i wasnt in the dealership we would have fought on the sales floor. Just rude all around. When you tell someone no there has to be a reason. They couldnt give me one. Thats what got me upset. I didnt know your sales people were mechanics too.

told Gabe that I wasn't looking to make a decision today and that I was looking to maybe do something early 2020. He didn't pressure me one bit and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I will be back for my 2020 Highlander- see you then Gabe!

I had terrible experiences at two local Toyota dealers while shopping for my 4Runner 18 months ago. After deciding to drive several miles further, I had great luck with Robert Fahey. It was quick, easy, and pleasant. I still have the services done there too, and they are the best I've experienced. Very articulate, and attentive.

I came in here to get my Toyota Highlander fixed t...

I came in here to get my Toyota Highlander fixed three weeks ago because the message on the dashboard said there were 3 issues: brake malfunction, check SRS airbag and ABS, and to take the care immediately to a dealership and get it checked out.
I mentioned all of these issues to the service agent Mike, trusting that they know what they are doing being a Toyota dealership. A couple of days later I was told that Woburn Toyota technicians could not resolve the issue and are waiting to hear from Toyota themselves on how to resolve this issue. At the end of 1st week was told that its the junction block is the issue and Toyota stands by this solution to the problem that I faced. I paid $2,000/- took the car home on Friday and Monday morning back to square one same issues- same lights go on and same messages on the dashboard.
I brought the car back on Thursday the same week and was told they will re-look at the issue which is on them. Also my husband and myself insisted that the technicians check the battery and do a cold start - when the temp. dips really low this problem shows up. After our insistence they found now that the relay line is bad and that we have to pay again $250/- and we were told that they are doing us a favor by giving us at this price.

At this point both of us were extremely disappointed and aggravated at how this is being handled. Why should the customer pay for a faulty diagnosis which does not resolve the same problem ? why should the customer pay for a part of the car to be replaced that's not the solution to the problem ? why should the customer pay for second diagnosis and parts to resolve the issue that was not solved the first time around ?

The best part is that now this time around its not a guarantee it will be fixed but a choice of how far we want to keep going to find the issue and fix it - says the service agent and Service Manager Kathy. Because this is the way it is when they do a diagnosis. Customer should keep paying for Woburn Toyota to learn how to find issues and fix them for their customers!

We were old by the service Manager that she was going to talk with GM and revert back in a day. Today is 4th day, and I understand that Thursday was thanksgiving but yet to hear back even after leaving her voice messages and mails. We are without a car now. Very poor customer service.

I am hoping that the Toyota brand image is upheld and customers are treated justly when I talk with the GM of Woburn Toyota today. I hope they the waive the $225/- Having said that if the problem is not fixed I think Toyota should refund this entire amount. If the discussion with the GM is not fruitful planning to take this with Toyota.

Update: Kathy called us on Saturday and she waived us the $225. We picked our car back. Hoping the fix that they did this time really works.

Update: Today Woburn Toyota earned back my business and found me a car today. Michael Quigley worked diligently following up with me, contacting me when appropriate regarding new cars that came in that may suite my specs and budget. He followed up with me on his day off and this morning to ensure both cars were on the lot for me to look at and test drive. Management worked with me to get a new set of tires for the vehicle and financing worked with me to get a reasonable rate on the loan. No sleazy sales tactics or gimmicks - they got me what I needed at a price I could afford. Appreciate all of the follow up and the accommodation after the last visit and happy to say that the vehicle is exactly what I was looking for.

Very annoyed with my experience here. Had a 4:00 appointment to test drive a specific vehicle I had found online, which had been confirmed as still available. Received a call in the morning to confirm the appointment, which I confirmed. Arrived at 4:00 and the car had been sold (after 45 minutes of the salesman trying to find it in the lot). No call had been made to me to cancel the appointment. I spent $50 in Uber rides getting to and from the dealership to view the vehicle and they seemed unapologetic on not calling me to inform me that the vehicle I was looking at had sold. The explanation was there was too much inventory to keep track of... I've spent the last 5 years without a vehicle and this was supposed to be an exciting experience; instead I'm annoyed and frustrated that a business would be so inconsiderate in their sales tactics. I know they did this in the hopes I'd find something else on their lot and still get my business. And now any future calls I get regarding cars I may be interested in, I'm going to wonder "is it worth another $50 Uber and will a car be there when I arrive?". Spent two hours on workday getting there, an hour on the lot, $50 in Ubers, and I didn't even get to test drive a car. My guess is that the next call I get regarding a vehicle will have to be well worth the price to trust this dealership ever again. You lost my trust and my business and it would have taken a one minute phone call to keep both.

I just purchased a 2019 4Runner TRD Premium from Woburn Toyota. Wally Sabet in Sales and Robert Fahey in Customer Relations were absolutely amazing. They helped me every step of the way and made sure that I left not only with a great vehicle but with a smile! I have already begun to recommend Woburn Toyota to friends and colleagues. Thanks such a great experience!

I came in knowing that I was upside down in my previous car not expecting much but either way Keith and the manager Leon were not pressuring me. A lot of people think that because a manager is coming over it means they are trying to make a quick deal off you which if you go to it s Toyota of Danvers is true. However, at this dealership I did no feel that way at all. Great people over all and great atmosphere. Drive the extra distance and go to Woburn Toyota.

Woburn Toyota has always been good to us. I m sharing this because in the past, we ve only used them to service our vehicles bought elsewhere. We were in need of a 2nd vehicle and took a drive to check out a new car. We were preparing for moving and were short on time. My wife, daughter and I arrived and were connected with a salesperson, that s when we met Amine.
He knew we were tight on time, showed us a car we were looking at and made the buying experience the best one we ve ever had. Bringing a kid to the dealer is tough but we felt like we were in good hands. Amine and his team were absolutely amazing, so much so that I wanted to take a minute to share that you can bring your child to the dealer or be short on time and be OK.

Amine treated us so well, was respectful of our time and kept us in the loop every step of the way. As a result, we ended up trading in an older vehicle with more options and getting something that better fit our changing needs. In the past week we stopped in to buy a new car, and replaced an older vehicle with a new one with an amazing payment. We liked Amine right away, and due to Covid, my 3 year old has seen more of him than anyone else. She talks about him and he just gets it.

After negotiating, if that s what you want to call it. I never got the vibe that I had to manipulate or play hard ball. We were in need of a vehicle, we did our research and felt the price was good. After that we made our way upstairs to sign the final paperwork and met another wonderful man who made sure we had the protection we needed regarding maintenance and GAP insurance. I used to think these were gimmicks and upsells but for us it s gives us piece of mind.

Initially, we planned on stopping in to check the size of the Highlander for our growing family and after a few hours over 2 days with Amine, we feel like we really are part of the Woburn Toyota family. We never felt pressured and I have been telling everyone about my experience. In 2 days we ve been getting comments if we hit the lottery because we bought 2 vehicles, when in reality Amine structured deals that worked for us, gave us new reliable vehicles that in return gives us less unexpected maintenance for awhile.

I wanted to get a Rav4 2020 and nearly explored all of the dealerships around Boston. I can firmly say Woburn and specially Mr. Julio Bencid were so honest and fair and nice that I decided to do business with Woburn and forget about other dealerships. The whole process took a couple of hours for making a contract and I got the vehicle in two business days. That was a pleasure doing business with Mr Bencid and I would strongly recommend him and Woburn Toyota to anyone interested in having a new vehicle.

I bought a new Prius at Woburn Toyota three years ago and this year I leased one on the advice of Robert Fahey. A great suggestion which has really, in my circumstances, saved me money. I have never had a problem at the dealership from Sales, to Finance to Service. I love my Prius, it's the fifth one I've owned and I expect to return to Woburn Toyota for a new Toyota when my lease expires.

Excellent service dept, I called last minute needed an oil change an unexpected service light on in my car needed to be fixed. I got an appointment right away. The waiting area is clean everyone is very polite. They explain everything being done and even showed be what was wrong. When it came to my oil change they asked what grade of oil I wanted I obviously had no idea what they meant. They took the time to explain the difference and gave me recommendations and explained why. Ill keep going back very happy ... they also told me eventually I'll need this and that and how long I had before it needed to be done instead of pushing me into doing it right then and there.

The service I received today at Woburn Toyota service department was exceptional. I Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with bright smiles. Very professional and pleasant team. I will continue to go back.
Thanks everyone!
