My wife and I purchased our Sienna XLE from Woburn Toyota and since we're in Woburn almost weekly, decided to check out that sparkling clean new dealership to consider a new possible car for my wife. Her RAV4 XLE lease was expiring next month and we were interested in replacing it with an upgraded 2018 model. By chance, we met Joe Raposo, one of the Sales Associates near the reception desk and proceeded to his desk to discuss our requirements and pricing considerations. Joe was friendly, attentive, professional in his demeanor and was knowledgeable about a variety of feasible options for us. We went upstairs to the 3rd floor where an extensive selection of their inventory was kept and looked at a few RAV4 Limited cars in a variety of colors. To my wife's sheer and utter delight there were a couple RAV4s in a 'Black Cherry' color - closest in tone to purple which is one of her favorite colors. Joe Raposo suggested that we take a test drive in the neighborhood and he shared all the new safety and improved features of the car. After returning to the office and some further discussion, Joe presented a document with pricing information. The prices offered three different down payments and the related monthly payments. Frankly, my wife and I weren't in a rush to buy on Wed. and wanted to look around at other possibilities, but Joe introduced us to Wally Sabet, his Sales Manager to further discuss the pricing. Wally was friendly, courteous, personable and highly professional in our interaction. As we were former customers, Wally was very eager to keep our business at Woburn Toyota and presented highly favorable leasing options that would help to close the sale. After some further discussion, Wally presented an outstanding leasing arrangement, one that was simply too good to pass up and we shook hands and 'closed the deal'. Everything that followed, up to picking up the car yesterday afternoon and some further conversations with Joe Raposo were highly favorable, professional and pleasing. We enjoyed a friendly rapport with Joe and are rather confident that we got the best deal in town - so favorable that there was no further reason to shop around. My wife is thrilled with her new RAV4 Limited and feels completely confident and pleased with this purchase. Needless to say, we'd surely return to Woburn Toyota for our future vehicles and would recommend people to Joe Raposo, our stellar Sales Associate.
