These guys sell used cars with titles they don't a...

These guys sell used cars with titles they don't actually have in hand. You will wait weeks for your car and get forgotten about in the meantime. May not be the same for all people, but my experience at Woburn Toyota was very poor.

Update: got a loaner car, waited for 10 days, still no title (that's about 4 weeks). Found a newer model of the same car from a different dealership for the same price. Glad to be away from this money machine.

I met Robert Fahey in 2003 when I purchased my first Toyota Highlander, after having bitter experience with the largest car dealership in New England. I sought and went back to him, when I bought the 2007 Highlander. Again, I went back to him earlier this year to buy by 2015 Highlander. Robert is not a typical car salesman. I had owned four cars from four different dealerships. Woburn Foreign Motors and Robert in particular treats and respects you as a person and not as another potential victim to their sales talk. Their Service Departments do not rip you off. They give and honest diagnosis and unless they find something which could not be seen at the first look, they bill you the amount you had originally agreed upon. I had only one exception during the past twelve years with them. I would recommend Robert in their Internet Sales Division without any reservation.

I had never been to Woburn Toyota before this visit. What can I say? The showroom was nothing short of stunning. A young man named Jacob helped us right away. This young man was polite, respectful and really knew his stuff. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. My daughter turns 16 in 7 months and we will be back to Woburn Toyota and back to Jacob!

Mike from service in Woburn Toyota has never been a let down! First, being assisted with having my two tires changed out on my vehicle. To me luckily getting him the second time when bringing my car in for service and i happened to lock my keys in the car and he had to fished them out through the back windows .. Mike is THE go to guy to have someone reasonable to speak with, gets you in and gets you right out! I appreciate you Mike!

One of the worst experiences of my life, AAA tow the car in April 7 service representative call me in 8th then I've called him on 9th and 10th leaving a messages with the customer service but he never call me back i just call again she yells at me and I quote ( i don't have to listen to this and hang up ) called again and again but it looks like she block me, the funny thing is that i still don't know if any work have been done to my car i think i should considered the service before buying two brand new cars from this dealer! Will file a complaint at the regional office to follow up.

The new building is open and it is fancy. How fancy? I felt underdressed and that perhaps i should have had the car detailed before arriving. I am not kidding. You pull the car into the building and go check in. The go upstairs.
The cafe is nice and the prices are cheep and everything looked great. Lots of tables. Chairs and sofas. Sockets and usb ports are everywhere. A room for the kids to hang in with its own tv playing sponge bob. Another quiet room and an area next to the big windows (again quiet). The main area has the huge tv. Bathrooms very clean. So why 4 stars. Well it took 3.5 hours for a state inspection and oil change. No explanation as for why. I was booked. They knew what was needed. I was 20 mins early.

Fast efficient service. Better than many other dealerships I used. Update 10/13/2017: I just bought a used car from them. Highest praise to the sales person at the dealership, Sid (Sydney). Very polite, efficient, responsive, very personal approach with a service that went far and beyond expectation: for instance, when it appeared that there'd be a least a week-long delay between me paying a deposit and the car being ready for pickup, he managed to arrange a free substitute vehicle for me to use meanwhile until my car was ready.

I have serviced my Toyota Yaris at Woburn Toyota since moving up to the Greater Boston area. Over the period of time here, I have worked with many service advisors including Scott Kolacz, Chris Etter, Mike Gilgun, and Matt Arsenault. I always leave satisfied with the service, as they recommend future services and offers. And the prices are affordable for general service needs. However, I do wish the online appointment settings would make it easier to choose a particular advisor, but everything else is easy to navigate on the website.

Reached out the the dealer about a used car I was interested in and he didn t budge on the price which is fine. I told him I ll think about it and he suggested a more expensive car and told me it falls more in my price range. I was confused and it turns out he was looking at the wrong car the whole time. Then when I told him the car I wanted, he wouldn t budge on the price even after trying to sell me a more expensive car and saying that it falls more in my price range. I would have been fine with that too and thought it over but he was so rude that I don t want to do any business dealings with him. I m not desperate and there s a lot more options out there. Customer service is huge to me. Sorry Toyota of Woburn but you lost a potential customer.

I recently have been there for the first time. Definitely not a place you would want to send your wife/partner or daughter alone here. The staff were really rude and absolutely had no idea about professionalism. They just looked like they hated to work there as well. When we walked in, there were no customers in line and we were right on time. There were about 6-8 counters, it was more crowded with representatives than customers but no one asked us why we were there. Finally, two representatives broke up the chat and one of them wanted to help us and asked several questions. We were already really irritated by their gestures and rudeness. Later, we thanked and said wanted to cancel. After, we headed to the door , I saw him make rude hand gestures.
I will definitely will not be back there and tell all the people I know about this place! I hope Toyota just renews their staff in this location really soon or give them a PD on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

And still waiting to get my car, my insurance is active as of last week as advised by Woburn Toyota representative, which is a waste of money considering I don t have the car yet. And I do not know when I am supposed to get it. A very very bad experience. I was promised Monday, then on Tuesday now I m waiting for the next promise. :)

My wife and I needed some guidance purchasing our first car together, and our sales manager, Gabriel Zorrilla, did a great job in making us feel welcome, heard our concerns, and we were ultimately confident in our purchase. Gabriel went out of his way, staying on site extra hours to make sure the car was delivered to my satisfaction - highly recommend this dealership, and my salesperson in particular.

This experience reminded us of why most people hate buying cars.
We called and made an appointment to look at a specific used car at 8pm. We arrived at 8pm (after driving 45 mins to get there) and were handed off to Gabriel Z., who proceeded to ask us loads of questions but did not listen to our answers, including telling him we had a specific window of time to look at the car.
At 9pm we were still waiting and he was working with another couple who didn t seem particularly happy.
We looked for someone else to speak with but not one of the other 15 salesmen wandering/standing around could be bothered.
I d strongly avoid this dealership.

Fabulous experience! This is the sixth vehicle we have gotten at Woburn Toyota and have worked with Robert Fahey each time. Always a pleasure! No pressure, very straightforward and helpful. This was our first lease so there was a lot to learn but Robert had all the patience in the world to educate us and work out a very satisfactory deal! Highly recommended!

Stephen even came in on his day off to make sure our car was fully prepped and ready for pickup. JC and Hany greeted us on the day we picked up the car and again made sure everything was set for us to drive our car home. This all took place during COVID where the dealership took extra care on distancing and constantly cleaned the customer area to keep people safe.

It was time to buy a new ride after beating my old car into the ground to the tune of 279,000 miles. I was in the market for hybrid SUV's or full electric, and after careful research and cost analysis, hybrid was the way to go. Now for the hard part.....finding the vehicle I truly loved. Well, after visiting several dealers I was lucky to find Julio and Charles at Woburn Toyota. Both Julio (sales) and Charles (finance) were tremendous to say the least. Woburn Toyota put together a fair, competitive deal on a 2021 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid XSE, and I couldn't be happier. I would like to thank Julio and Charles for their assistance in getting the deal done. Do not go here if you a young woman alone because they won't give you the time of day! I went to purchase TWO cars, paying cash for them, and waited over an hour to see one car and the battery was dead and I couldn't even test drive it.The salesman who I saw could answer virtually no questions that I asked and just constantly kept disappearing throughout the appointment for 10-15 minutes at a time, not letting me know what was happening. At the end, he basically sent me on my way, didn't give me a business card or ask if I needed anymore help, and I left without getting the car I needed. I've never been treated so poorly, I was there for over an hour and a half to get ONE quote and didn't ever get to discuss renewing my lease before I was basically kicked out of there. I strongly suspect this was all due to being a young woman alone. I'll be going to another Toyota Dealership from her on in!

Just returned from Woburn Toyota and I must say that I am pleased with the service I received. The sales rep Ernest Meminger was terrific as was the sales manager Wally Sabet. They were patient, courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They explained the ins and outs, pro and cons of car buying and were willing to negotiate what I believe was a fair deal.
I would have rated my overall experience 5 star but for the long wait time I experienced while waiting for the guy from the finance dept. No fault of Ernest or Wally.
If you need a car go see Ernest and Wally Sabet at woburn Toyota. You'd love them and the experience of car buying.

My Family recently Purchased a 2011 Used ford Rapt...

My Family recently Purchased a 2011 Used ford Raptor for $33,000. The financial department did not do a good job and lied to us in multiple occasions. We have tier 1 credit and have never had a problem being approved anywhere. We ended up just going to our bank the next day after playing games and having our credit run through 5 different banks. We got approved right away it only took 15 min at DCU. NOW FOR THE WORST PART! We had been told the truck had been through the service department and checked out fine. We took delivery of the truck and immediately noticed the heat did not work on the ride home and neither did the drivers heated seat. We took the truck back a few days later for them to fix it. It took them over a week to get it back to us and the job seemed like it was done by a back yard mechanic. There was multiple scrapes, bends and gouges in my dash from screw drivers, the carpet was pulled out. They took the center console out while doing the job and set it on the back leather seats and indented the seats (Its been multiple weeks now and the marks are still there. The best part of all of this is that the heat still does not work properly. The heat will only work on one side and you can hear something constantly rattling behind the dash like something broke off and is just bouncing around. Other safety parts that we found with the truck are a worn out outer tie rod end and 3rd brake light assembly. The sales department does not care after the sale they still have not sent me my spare key and will not return our phone calls. I now have a 33,000 dollar truck with safety problems, heat that doesn't work and a really upset buyer. Please go somewhere else when buying a vehicle, save yourself the headaches.

Mighty unorganized, probably because they're just starting to make the transition to their new building. We went there to look for a used car, and were at first told that it had already been sold. Then we were told they had it, and we went for a test drive. Then we were told that it had to get a brake job before we could drive it again. Why didn't they discover that it needed a brake job if they had already done a check up on it? To be fair, they were horribly crowded when we went but we had made an appointment to show up at that time.

Terrible service at this place. I will never go back again. The manager at this place is extremely rude and ignorant!! I don't even know how this man still has his job. Trying to sell me a car that had the wrong rims and lug nuts on it and the rims were trash! Very unsafe, they thought I was some stupid girl. nice try pal ... watch out for this place .. there all full of crap!

I had a wonderful experience with Woburn Toyota thanks to salesperson Robert Fahey. This is the second car I've purchased from Robert. I had just paid off my first car when it was totaled after an accident and Robert helped make this frustrating situation easier. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Robert did not make me feel pressured into anything, but answered my questions to help me make decisions on my own. He is exactly what you want in a salesman- honest, helpful, and low pressure.

Imagine how disorganized a company must be when they book a time for you to show up at 9 AM (first appointment of the day) after you called TWICE to verify the car is there and then you show up and they take your info and come back to tell you that the car is sold :)
If they can not get their act together on a simple appointment and a sale of a car then it might be an indication on how the rest of the company is running......
Manager didn't even bother to get out of his chair to come over and give a simple apology ...basically just brushed us off .....kind of shows how much they think and care about their customers does it not ?
This is the kind of dealership that people get anxious about when buying cars and they make the whole experience worse than going to the dentist.
Go somewhere else that shows a little respect or at the very least pretends to and take a quick look at the other low rated reviews about this place if you have time.......you will see that this has been done many times before so its obviously a sales pitch to get you in to the shop.
That is a terrible and dangerous strategy during a pandemic.....

I recommend CJ Gagnon 100%. He is enthusiastic and willing to work for you to find exactly what you want. I had a few miserable weeks searching for a Rav4 at the right price and dealing with shady people/dealerships and Woburn Toyota not only gave us a great deal, but they were great to work with. I will definitely come here for maintenance on the vehicle and recommend that people go talk to CJ if you're looking for a new car.

My wife and I purchased our Sienna XLE from Woburn Toyota and since we're in Woburn almost weekly, decided to check out that sparkling clean new dealership to consider a new possible car for my wife. Her RAV4 XLE lease was expiring next month and we were interested in replacing it with an upgraded 2018 model. By chance, we met Joe Raposo, one of the Sales Associates near the reception desk and proceeded to his desk to discuss our requirements and pricing considerations. Joe was friendly, attentive, professional in his demeanor and was knowledgeable about a variety of feasible options for us. We went upstairs to the 3rd floor where an extensive selection of their inventory was kept and looked at a few RAV4 Limited cars in a variety of colors. To my wife's sheer and utter delight there were a couple RAV4s in a 'Black Cherry' color - closest in tone to purple which is one of her favorite colors. Joe Raposo suggested that we take a test drive in the neighborhood and he shared all the new safety and improved features of the car. After returning to the office and some further discussion, Joe presented a document with pricing information. The prices offered three different down payments and the related monthly payments. Frankly, my wife and I weren't in a rush to buy on Wed. and wanted to look around at other possibilities, but Joe introduced us to Wally Sabet, his Sales Manager to further discuss the pricing. Wally was friendly, courteous, personable and highly professional in our interaction. As we were former customers, Wally was very eager to keep our business at Woburn Toyota and presented highly favorable leasing options that would help to close the sale. After some further discussion, Wally presented an outstanding leasing arrangement, one that was simply too good to pass up and we shook hands and 'closed the deal'. Everything that followed, up to picking up the car yesterday afternoon and some further conversations with Joe Raposo were highly favorable, professional and pleasing. We enjoyed a friendly rapport with Joe and are rather confident that we got the best deal in town - so favorable that there was no further reason to shop around. My wife is thrilled with her new RAV4 Limited and feels completely confident and pleased with this purchase. Needless to say, we'd surely return to Woburn Toyota for our future vehicles and would recommend people to Joe Raposo, our stellar Sales Associate.

LOVED my experience at Woburn Toyota. Edwin Abreu was solicitous, personable, and wonderful to work with. While very knowledgeable about the Sienna I was interested in, he didn't hesitate to say "I don't know" to some of my questions and sought out the answers quickly. The managers Mike and JC (Jamon Caswell) were also fabulous. With the same goal of getting me into a Sienna, the negotiation was fun and jovial and resulted in both parties leaving very happy. Maybe one side more than the other ;) I highly recommend doing business with Woburn Toyota!

Woburn Toyota provided the worst service I've ever experienced. Bought a Certified Pre-owned Rav 4 on May 31st. Brought it in for my first service appointment. I had the car for less than 5 months, had driven less than 5000 miles. IT NEEDED A TOTAL BRAKE JOB. Specs say a CPO vehicle will have 50% or more life in the brake pads. NO WAY the car should have needed new pads AND new rotors. I walked out with almost $1000 in repairs done on the car. After complaining, I was offered a small discount. I should not have had to pay at all for this repair -- it should have been done prior to my purchase of the car. Every aspect of my service visit was handled poorly, but the real question is, Why doesn't Woburn Toyota stand behind their Certified Pre-Owned program?

Service sucks..... Too long time for simple work... Can u believe they take 5hrs for just tire change and every time i ask status they say give wrong information..... Bad communication with customer waiting at service center... If they just inform properly we can plan accordingly

6th hr running and it's one Hr since car was taken for test drive.

I purchased a Preowned 2015 F150 from this dealership three and a half months ago. The buying experience was pretty chaotic and disorganized but it didnt bother me a whole lot since I liked the truck and the sales guy was friendly. But, since, I have had issues with the brakes that cost me close to $1000. The dealership said this was bad luck and there was nothing they could do for me which was disappointing since I've only had the truck for three and a half months. I also discovered that while the tires looked fine when I bought it, the insides of the front tires are completely bare due to an alignment issue. Now I am going to have to spend more money on new tires for a truck I bought three months ago. Again, the dealership refused to help. Perhaps I just have really bad luck but I can't say I am impressed by the inspection the service department does on these vehicles. Would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership

Worst customer service on the planet. Car started having serious problems only a few months after purchasing it from there. Called to see if I could bring it in to have someone take a look at it and was told the service garage is open until 7. Came by around 6 after I got out of work and one of the guys in the garage said all the technicians already went home. He said I could come by tomorrow instead, but everyone leaves by 6. So what is the point of saying your open til 7 then? Terrible hours for the people who work 9-5 jobs. Then I try calling to set up an appointment and get attitude + hung up on.

Brought my 01 Avalon into Woburn Foreign motors for a check Engine Light. After they looked at car and diagnosed the problem, I was told it was a vacuum value switch and would cost 420 dollars to repair. I said to do the repair. I picked up the car after the repair and drove it for a couple of days, The Check engine light came back on two days later. Brought the car back for the check engine light again and was told it could be a leak somewhere in the fuel tank. I just paid over 400 dollars for a part and repair that was not correct for the issue that I was having. Why could you of not properly diagnosed the problem correctly the first time instead of having me pay for a repair that did not fix the issue. I am basically out 400 dollars with a check engine light that has not been fixed yet. I have been doing business with Woburn Foreign Motors for over 30 years and am not very happy about the way this turned out. I brought my car to Woburn Foreign Motors because I figured that the Toyota repair facility would know how to properly diagnose and repair this check engine light for one of their own vehicles., If I wanted to have someone just shot gun the repair and change parts without knowing what the real problem was I would of taken the car to the gas station down the street. Very Un-Satisfied customer who will be looking elsewhere for Toyota repairs and car purchases.

In July of 2019 we purchase a vehicle at this location with the GAP insurance package. Within a week we opted for cancelling that insurance since we had purchase the same elsewhere for cheaper amount. I contacted the Toyota financial department on the GAP contract to obtain the details needed for the cancelation and they sent me back the dealerships way. I called the finance department in hopes to get the forms filed within the time frame they needed to be. 2 weeks went by after numerous calls and emails and no response. on the third week i was able to get the form from the finance person that sold me the insurance. After the form was sent back i did not hear anything from them ever again, Ive called the dealership and left numerous voicemails, emailed the GM and the finance managers, called Toyota corporate and nobody can seem to solve this issue. I've called and left numerous voicemails, and i have sent emails after emails with no response from managers as well. Goes to show that after you've made a purchase they could care less, they care even less when you decide to cancel a package their finance personnel would have made money on.

It has been a pathetic experience with Woburn Toyota sales team while buying my Highlander. As of this writing I didn't yet get my vehicle. The sales team never picks up the phone or responds back with any updates. I have to constantly follow-up with them and their manager. It is exactly the opposite of customer first tag they have.

I am here for a cheaper price which I regret now with the service I offered. If the difference is not much, go with other dealers. You can have a better nights sleep.

As soon as I walked in the door a salesman CJ came right over and took care of me, no bs around he was straight forward and nonsense he told me what his plan was for me and got me my deal on the truck. Highly recommend going through CJ.

I just purchased my 2nd Tacoma from Woburn Toyota. I had a great experience. The salesman, Thanh Nguyen, was extremely helpful and patient. He priced out numerous models with various options to help me find the one that best fit my budget. I would definitely buy from them more often, but Toyota quality is too good. I got 13 years and 250k miles out of my last one. Thanks!

If there was a zero star, they would have well-earned the zero star. Not only was a parking attendant rude and disrespectful, they actually try to keep you prisoner while they claim on their website they have all these vehicles. What they do is they have a shuttle bus to a different facility and then won't let you look at things and then bring cars to you. Not a even reasonable way to do business. Totally ridiculous. The guys with the red shirts with the red checkered Flags in the corner all of them just as rude as the one before. I have the displeasure of speaking to three of them too bad really because there were two cars that they actually advertise that I was interested in test-driving. Oh well their loss several different dealerships right in that area

If you drop off your car for maintenance and get the shuttle service, they will push your car's que to the end. If you want faster service you have to stay there and keep on top of it. The phone customer service is not very helpful since they don't have accurate information.

I phoned ahead so vehicle would be pulled up and ready for me to test drive...I walk in had to find someone to help me who brought me over to a gentleman on phone so I waited about 10 min for him to hang up then another 15min for him to locate vehicle online then he says I'll go get keys I waited 15-20min walked over to where I spotted him standing for him to tell me they are trying to locate keys! I'm sure you all know what I did at that point..walked out..so my advice go somewhere else:)

I just want to share with any potential Woburn Toyota customer that JC and Chris Costa were excellent to deal with. They took the time to understand my transportation needs and fulfilled that requirement. Woburn Toyota met the competitions challenge and beat two other dealers. My family has bought from them in the past and will continue to buy our vehicles in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend Woburn Toyota/ JC & Chris to deal with when your family needs a vehicle.

My partner and I went to sell our car at this deal...

My partner and I went to sell our car at this dealership. Neither of us are car people but quickly suspected we were being taken advantage of with a low offer. This worry was confirmed when the next dealer we went to offered double what Toyota Woburn offered.

The Toyota staff were nice, talking about how generous and trustworthy other people at the dealership were, but it felt like a boys club. And actions illustrated a lack of transparency in their quoting process, rather than generosity. For example, after a manager test drove the car around the lot, we were told the car had serious, unexplained noises and issues, despite long-time mechanics inspecting the car before and after our visit to Toyota Woburn found nothing (the dealer we sold too found no issues either). The offer we received from Toyota was well under the KBB price, even for a car in ok or fair condition. Luckily, we had done our research before the meeting and declined Toyota s offer.

The rep was nice and seemed more genuine than others but you go to a dealer because they are honest and fair, not just friendly.

Note, one reason this dealership has so many five-star reviews is because each rep is paid $20 if they get a visitor to leave a review, and they ask you to leave a review before they give you an offer, regardless of whether you re a customer.

I am currently looking into purchasing a new vehicle (or a newer used vehicle) and have been talking with Randy Davies at Woburn Toyota. Randy has been helpful and knowledgeable and professional throughout the experience. I will continue to work with him and look forward to going through Randy and Woburn when I find the right car--the experience thus far has been a pleasure and I'm sure that will remain the case once I'm ready to buy!

I had scheduled an oil change ; all points inspection & rotate tires . When I arrived I asked to do my inspection sticker. This was a mistake because it being the 1st of the month It took longer than it usually does....... I should have scheduled my service a week into May. All in all they are very good.

Excellent service with the new car sales group. I was dead set on the Colorado but Shane Dennis got me behind the wheel of a new Tacoma. It was a clear cut choice at that point. He's easy to talk to and no bs. Great experience all around.

The service is extremely bad and slow. Particularly, the financial manager is very careless. When asked about the interest rate, she didn t know and made up the answer. She said she told me the answer last time but she did not tell me anything when I previously met her. When I provided her my documents, she lost them, which is completely unacceptable. This financial manager lost the information of the customer. It is unbelievable. When I called to schedule to pick up the car, they scheduled around 2 - 2:30 pm and when I went there they made me wait for an hour and kept giving excuses about the car not being ready for pick up. I waited from 3 pm until 6 pm and they did not have the car ready for me to pick up. This is very disappointing and the staff members are careless even when the customer already paid for the service.
