Went back to Woburn Toyota to purchase another vehicle, a used one this time around. I was lucky to have Manale assist me with my purchase. Manale is a gold star! She is just amazing! What a sweet and gentle soul. If you need to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend that you go see Manale. She is honestly magnificent. She made me feel valued as a customer and I really appreciate her devotion to helping her customers. She is on top of her stuff and I never had to call her for an update during the purchasing process because she always beat me to it. Toyota Woburn, you guys have a treasure in Manale so make sure you do everything you can to keep her around. She is sweet, calm, honest, super helpful, and personable. Malcolm at Woburn Toyota is great! I just purchased a 2020 RAV4 from him and had a great experience as a buyer. He is very responsive via text and phone and did his best to resolve an insurance issue that I encountered. Malcolm is very friendly and easy to talk to. He patiently showed me all of the features of my new SUV and I never felt rushed.
