They have 700+ vehicles to choose from including the popular make and models. The sales agents are courteous and on business. Like every other dealership, they will offer a competitive price and try to make the most money out of you. It s up to you how much you can negotiate. They also assist to learn the features of your car after they sell it to you. I would recommend this place to my friend.

If I have any advice for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Woburn Toyota, I suggest going somewhere else. I went to Woburn Toyota to lease a vehicle, and had a very negative experience. Firstly, I was working with a salesman that had zero knowledge about the vehicle I was leasing. In fact, since I had previously leased a similar vehicle, I actually had to show him the features when we were in the car looking at tech specs. In the negotiation phase of the lease, I was told "every time I go back to the finance manager he gets mad at me." But, I was not about to overpay for a vehicle that I knew I could get for a certain price. Once I finally drove the car off the lot, I was inundated with texts from the salesman about leaving him a good review, he sent several texts about how I was going to fail him if I didn't leave him a good review. A few days after I had the lease, I received a phone call saying I needed to drive back and change out my license plates - they didn't have a reasonable answer why I needed to do this, just some very arbitrary information that did not make sense to me. It has now been almost 2 1/2 weeks since I signed on the dotted line for the lease, and I am still dealing with the hassle from this dealership. Every time I call I'm put on hold for several minutes, I speak with someone who doesn't know what's happening...

If I can offer any advice, avoid this dealership!

I'll try to keep this brief as I feel no one reads the long reviews anyway.

I bought my car here and I totally and wholeheartedly regret it. Yes, they were somewhat helpful before they got my money and now that I have the car they're no where to be found when my check engine light came on 3 times in the matter of an hour. Cool, things happen, I understand. They were "out of rentals" when I needed one most. They were bouncing me around from person to person and I feel weren't helpful in the least bit. The person I spoke to when I called about the check engine light came on said "turn your car off immediately if you can & when it's safe if you're on the highway", she then proceeded to tell me to drive it home. I asked "am I supposed to get by on luck and prayer" She said "kind of". What kind of answer is that?

So, yeah....save your money and time and effort and go somewhere where they don't rob you blind. So much for a short review....

Found myself suddenly in need of a new vehicle. This was the only place I visited that wasn't a high pressure hell and genuinely helped me through this process. Sydney Vandyck was the most laid back and helpful salesperson I've ever dealt with.

I have purchased a car from them that I was supposed to have picked up this afternoon. I have called every single person that I have ever met in the course of purchasing the vehicle and not one of them is answering their phone.
After getting incorrect information on more than one occasion that made us take unnecessary trips over to them only to return without the car, this is the last straw.
I will be driving there shortly and if the car is not ready I will end the transaction..

Bought a car here Memorial day weekend, Ralph was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was not there when we came back to pick up and they were pretty far behind with deliveries...

C.J. the salesmen, realized that there was a problem and jumped in to assist and I'm grateful he did. The "delivery specialist" couldn't find our car, C.J. found it, brought it to us, made sure everything was good and we were satisfied. Top notch human. Working outside his area, making sure the customers were not getting upset and everyone was being taken care of. Make sure that man is taken care of. He turned a frustrating situation back into an exciting car delivery.

THANK YOU C.J. we are grateful for your passion and professionalism.

So far this is the worst dealership I ever dealed with!
I spend the whole day to just buy the car. Then I came to the dealership for maintainance on the day they told me, but noone was there. I came second time and needed to wait 4 hours to get my car serviced and then to get rental car instead. After I checked financing papers I found 3600$ charges over what we talked about! 3600$ they put into my contract hoping I won't find out. Scam and fraud! This is what you will get from this guys. Never ever come here to do business. Again this is the worst experience buying car i ever had!

My salesman, Joseph, was great. He worked with me on price, and was in constant communication after the purchase regarding the registration and inspection as such. He gets 5 stars.

What I find disappointing is that Woburn toyota automatically signs you up for Autopay Plus. Autopay Plus is a company that "helps" you pay off your loan faster, by debiting you every two weeks and applying additional payments towards the principal. Seems reasonable. What they don't tell you is that they take charge $2.45 for each debit, and $399 for the service entirely. $2.45 every two weeks for 4 years (208 weeks/104 debits) is $254.80. So Woburn Toyota signs you up for this service that charges you $653.8 to pay off your loan faster and save on interest. Guess what? You can do that yourself by making principal payments to your lender without the per-debit fee or the $399 enrollment fee. I find this to be a slimy business practice, and I won't be returning to Woburn Toyota for any future cars or service. I will also cancel my VSA and extended service contract, because I will not reward poor behavior with my money. I am quite disappointed.

My wife and I just recently purchased a Rav 4 from Woburn Toyota. Our sales consultant, Amine Ramdani, was very patient with our questions, knowledgeable of the models and overall was great to work with.

Scott Hoffman, another Sales Consultant, also went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience.

Be sure to see these two if you want great customer service.

Robert Fahey was incredible! Very helpful, and made buying my first car easy and stress free. He doesn't apply a lot of pressure on you to buy a vehicle and is simply there to help you and ensure you find the car just for you. Robert was very honest, and guided me in the right direction to the car that fit me the best. I highly suggest if Toyota is the car for you to contact Robert Fahey.

24k out the door after your rollover, fees, ect 24k sign and drive. Via "Jim."

I found a nice looking 2014 Toyota Tundra. Wicked nice truck. I live in NH. I was pre approved and am ready to buy. All set and ready to go. Over the Last few weeks I have talked to many people at this dealership and a ton of others. I'm ready I call back. I get passed around to 2 people. They read back the tundra for 24 out the door? I said yes. I'm coming down tomorrow. See ya then. I just wanted to go over everything before hand. Then all the sudden she's ( forgot her name) said the transaction must happen over the state line on Friday not Thursday but you have to come here to do paperwork. Then on friday we give you the truck. ( shady as hell sounding) see starts going over the deal and starts questioning everything and getting a bit pissed off with the tone of her voice. I tell her I have financing I'm ready let's make THIS happen 24k out the door at 84 months nice long term low payments. Then the lady states I don't think we these conditions I'll have to call you back. Before I can say anything she hangs up.. seriously hung up.... I wait for her to call back 2 hours later Nothing.. I call. I said what's the problem. 24 grand on the truck. You take my car squash what's owed and I sign and drive 24 grand then you come get my old car. Simple. Done. What's the problem???
She tells me they own it for 28k and they already are losing at 27k. Online price. I said you said you'd do it for 24..........
She tells me no and goes on why and then refused to even talk about it. I said I guess we're done. That sucks. And she hangs up and here I am.
My point??
They are liars..
Don't go there...
Bait you with a wicked nice deal.
The screw you when your ready to buy.

Do yourself a favor and go else were . This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. It s been 2 years am we still have not resolved issues with my vehicle that we re supposed to be resolved before I picked it up. I knew Toyota was a few steps down from my BMW dealership but wow now I see what I pay for Over there. I was planning on purchasing my lease but I will gladly hand it back over and continue business else where.

It's a scam place. Don't recommend anyone to waste their time here. Agreed to buy Toyota Camry for $16,500 and put $500 deposit. Didn't hear back from them for about a week. So, went their a week later in person to get an update about the car. But, they demanded another $3,800 extra for the same exact car (with no extra feature). Otherwise, they wouldn't sell the car to me. I left the place with huge disappointments. They wasted a full week of my time. Lost my faith in dealership places.

Wally and Amine took care of what i needed fast to get me in and out and back to work. Recommend then any day!! Since then. Wally and were a great help. The engine blew and they helped to make a deal for a new one, not their fault it was an old used car. After that to get the new car and get it registered insured and inspected was a complete nightmare. Delivered 5 later, 2 days late and it took 6, yes 6 phone calls between 2 days to find out if the car was ready for pick up only after i had to raide my voice did i get somewhere. no registration transfere for a week after that until my insurance agency called directly and forced their hand. They didnt email it like they said and i had to drive back down there again to picknit up. then inspection failed. Thats where i sit now. This was a car bought to help a couple guys get to work and it has been a headache from the start!!

Horrible service experience. Had made an appointment for a recall repair and transmission drain and fill. Service advisor was incredibly condescending towards my girlfriend, trying to force some entirely unnecessary BG branded flushes. Service director did not care, totally backing their behavior, only apologizing for them not having the part to do the recall repair. I give him credit for owning that mistake and finding the part from another dealer to complete the work. At one point he said to my girlfriend, "we didn't try to pressure you, we even said you could call your husband". From this comment, he clearly doesn't get it.

Til this day (1 year later) I have not received a call on my experience I had with the service. The complaint I had regarding my final issue was never followed up with my motor work. In the beginning it's sweet and dandy (what dealerships doesn't do that) and after they seal the deal, shake your hands, and pick up your car? Forget about it.

I walked In the day I was picking up my car, which was 2 days later, the finance manager didn't even acknowledge me, nor my wife, and my new born (Typical).

I give it to Andy (Sales) which tried to get some of the things taken care to the best of his abilities. It's a waste of money purchasing the interior protection. You'll never end up using it.

Would I ever purchase or trade a vehicle in the near future? You figure that one out. Thanks, but no thanks!

Updated review 11/25/20:

I'm providing an update to the my original review down below; within 20 minutes of posting the original review below I received a call from Kathy of Woburn Toyota and I agreed to have the car re-examined by their technicians. I brought the car in on Saturday morning 11/21 and after re-examining the car they called stating that they found a problem with the air bag ECU which resulted in the fualts to the two sensors. After a call with Kathy clarifying what had occured during my first air bag recall visit and my second air bag recall visit, to her credit Kathy worked with her team and rectified the situation and got the issue resolved. The part was replaced and the air bag is now functional again just like it was when it was brought in for the first air bag recall. As a parent I can't help but to feel nervous whenever my teenagers drive, but I feel a little better knowing that my twins are driving a car that has a functioning air bag and a good safety record. I want to thank Kathy Kidik, Phil and Rich Alessi for seeing this through and making this right.

Original review :

First I'd like to say that I'm a customer of Woburn Toyota who purchased a 2016 Corolla there and I have had both my 2016 and my 2008 Corolla serviced there in the past.

I brought my 2008 Toyota Corolla there for an air bag recall, the car was fine and all of the service and air bag lights were out when the car was brought in, there wasnt any indication of any problems.

On the day I picked up my car from the air bag recall which was a partial repair because they didnt have all the parts for the recall, when I left the dealership I noticed that air bag light was on. I recieved a letter several weeks later stating that the needed part for the air bag recall was in and to schedule an appointement to complete the recall. I did this last Saturday on 11/14/20 and they completed the recall and called me when the car was ready.

I asked them did that fix the air bag light? They said no they didnt even notice it. Phil the service representative said it would cost around $1000 dollars to repair it (mind you this is prior to doing any diagnostic to see what the problem is) when I asked him how does he even know what the issue is with out doing a diagnostic? He then said yes it would need a diagnostic first and he said that would cost $134 /hr to do that. I was conviced that they caused the problem in the first place as the air bag light was out prior to going in for the air bag recall. I took my car to my local mechanic and had him do a scan, the scan resulted in codes B1610 and B1615 which are faults in the right and left front air bag sensors.

My local mechanic Nick who has been working on cars for the last 30 years said that its highly improbable if not impossible that both sensors would fail at the same time. In his proffesional opinion he said its most likely an installation or programing error caused when they worked on the air bag recall. I relayed all of this information to Phil and his manager Kathy last evening with the hope that someone could call me back and resolve this issue. Kathy's kept saying that these sensors fail all of the time and I told her that both my mechanic and I highly doubt that two sensors would fail at the same time without something causing them to fail. At the time of this writting I'm still waiting for a call back from them, all I'm hoping for is that they examine the car and see what the issue is with their repair and how it affected these sensors, and get it resolved.

My two teenagers drive this car and I need the air bag on this car to be functional and to the same condition it was in prior to bringing the car into for the recall, but that all fell on deaf ears to Kathy and Woburn Toyota...All I understood is they wanted $1000 plus to correct a problem

Sincerely,

Raymond Di Tucci

I own a 2017 Tundra. I was dreading my appointment because I had a full afternoon of work ahead of me and several urgent things to attend to. I was forewarned by the staff that the service I was receiving could take up to 4 hours due to several items including a remote starter. The staff realized I had a lot on my mind and told me they would do the best they could for me. I sat down and took care of some neglected emails and voice messages. I enjoyed a complimentary coffee and pastry. I was tapped on the shoulder 55 minutes (seemed like 10 minutes) later and told that the service was complete and my Tundra was were I left it. I hit the remote starter and walked out to my running Tundra. This dealership is awesome. I've met at least 6 people here and they've all been outstanding. I wish them the best of luck with their renovation.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I leased a vehicl...

I would give 0 stars if I could. I leased a vehicle from Woburn Toyota in October of 2016. I brought a very experienced car buyer with me to avoid any sort of misunderstanding or potential issues with my financing and paperwork. Both my friend and I were extremely clear that I was not interested in any sort of warranty on the vehicle. The finance manager Hank said he completely understood, and because I chose no sort of warranty, he decided to throw in 'free environmental protection' at the end of the day. It was a nice gesture. I signed off on that.

Yesterday I went through my paperwork and realized that Hank signed me up for a 6 year warranty on my 2 year lease. I immediately reached out to the dealership and calmly asked to speak with a finance manager so we could review the terms of my lease and apparent warranty. I was transferred to voicemail and disconnected the first 3 times that I called. On my 4th attempt I was transferred to a woman at the front desk who bluntly notified me that nobody was available to speak to me, and that I could decide to wait 1 hour+ to speak with someone or call back tomorrow. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Today I reached out to Hank to ask him why he signed me up for a six year warranty on a 2-year lease. His response was 'i figured giving you 6 years instead of 2 in case you keep your car at the end of lease.' He thought he'd not only sign me up for a warranty that I did not want and did not sign off on, but that he'd extend it for 4 years beyond the life of my lease 'in case' I keep the car? Not only that, but he admitted that he overcharged me for my lease and needed to put the money somewhere. I never saw this paper, never would have signed off on it if I had, and can now see why I was asked to sign an electronic signing pad instead of actual paperwork. Not only was I fraudulently signed up for a simonizing package, but I was charged almost $1,500 for this. As a first time car buyer, this was my worst nightmare. I was hoping Woburn Toyota would be different, but they took advantage of me and perpetuated every stereotype there is.

My thanks to the team at Woburn Toyota, particularly to sales consultant Gabriel Zorrilla, who went above and beyond to get my family and me into a new Toyota. Our transaction went smoothly, we got a very reasonable price without the typical back and forth, our young kids were entertained (and FED, even!), and sales manager John Moraites helped close the deal. Both gentlemen were impeccable, respectful, helped minimize the paperwork and waiting, and made for a great experience buying a car. No one tried to upsell me, either!
I will be returning to this dealership again, and certainly recommend it. Stars for:
***** The awesome sales staff that made the deal
***** Great service team who prepped my purchase
***** The cafe, which is pretty cool, too!
Bonus stars: A nice business center is available if you want a super quiet place to do work while you wait.

My brother took the car to fix a flat Tyre. Someone showed up and told him it might take 2 hours - (insanely slow). After 2 hours my brother did an inquiry why no update is provided and found that the car was sitting and nothing has been done, took another 1.5 hours to fix. Charged $200 to replace a Tyre. Most horrible thing - they kept the jug and tools which were in the trunk, while my brother asked about the tools - they denied and tried to convince that there were nothing in there. COMPLETE Insane. While my brother forced to return those tools then they contacted their technician and bring back the tools which an excuse that they forgot to put those back.
I strongly recommend not to be there if you think time and quality service is valuable to you.

Worst worst - worst is an understatement for this car dealership service and personnel. So far i have bought over 8 cars in lifetime and this one is worst. Bought a used 15 sienna xle and the car wasn t ready on the promised time and have more scratches then when i saw the car. When i came to pick up the car they didn t do state car inspection , and when confronted the manager ; he is like we will mail you a check for $35 and you can get the inspection done somewhere else.I was shocked by this statement from the manager .I will NEVER EVER buy from this dealer and top of that i will make sure my friends and families are AWARE of this dealership.
Honestly this commission hungry managers are worst person to deal with. I guess it all starts with owners.
