It is not like it used to be. The service is deplorable and no one bother to notify you when your order is delayed or canceled. During my previous order I received 2 straight feet in my shoebox. I returned the package and during the private sale control did not see the problem !!! Customer service doesn't care about your request. I bought a 1300 sofa which supposedly cost 4000 so an impeccable quality. Except that frankly we are far from the account. I am terribly disappointed with the fabric and the very poor finish. A tip avoid this site if you don't want to be disappointed and angry.

I ordered 3 items on May 17, 2020, when the order reached me none of the 3 items received did not match my order. I returned the package in early June, June 23, 2020 no news of my refund, I am obliged to call them back to get a refund. On the phone, counselors make no effort to articulate, communication is chaotic.
This will be my last Veepee order
