Unreachable customer service, no response to my emails. Order placed in April, 3 out of 4 packages were delivered at the end of June (the main angle of the sofa is missing ...) therefore the sofa cannot be used. The VIR carrier cannot find the package after having planned 3 appointments without honoring them or notifying me, they think they have misplaced it. Veepee doesn't care, a litigation file is going to be put together it's been 10 days that we have to call me, still nothing ...
