I denounce a malfunction in the so-called easy return of defective item ordered on Veepee. My order has never been updated as delivered, I did not have access to the good return of the site since for them not delivered. Can not find a customer service contact on the site. It is by doing a search under google that I could have the phone number. after informing them of the malfunction I was told that I will be contacted by email to arrange the return. nothing since 2 days and the 15 days of delay for a return will be exceeded!
