I was always happy with my orders on private sales...

I was always happy with my orders on private sales until one day I returned a single item of an Order .. refund confirmed in June 2019, 1 month and a half later with 4 calls to customer service and send emails .. that Nada !!! It's not normal, they answer me, they give me confirmation that I will receive my money in the following qlq days but still nothing! Still nothing until today !!
I do not order anymore on veepee I just do not trust anymore.
