A shame ... Can not return a coli, no commercial service (automatic email instead of a planned call), to believe that they make it too complicated to dissuade us from doing so.
SAV much better on other sites, and especially possibility to return his coli easily and customer service to listen!
I lost confidence in this site, yet a customer for 10 years ... Lamentable.
