- order placed on 25/11 deliverable between 9 and 12/12
- on 12/13 I ask about it
- by return VEEPEE pretext an anomaly in its stocks to justify the delay
- on 12/16 I am notified by VEEPEE that the package is being dispatched
- on 12/18 I note that the Colissimo site still does not have the package
- on 19/12 VEEPEE confirms that my package is in the postal network and follows the stages of its delivery.
- the 20/12 questioned by phone VEEPEE specifies to me that the colissimo site is not up to date and that my parcel is well in the course of routing
- on 12/20 afternoon I went to the post office to be told that the package was still in the Genevilliers warehouse
- back from the post, I call them, They had to contact me to see if it was possible to consider an express shipment for Saturday 21 in the morning when I left
- and at 9:01 p.m., colissimo announces that my package will be delivered on Monday 23/12. TOO LATE ! I will be gone and too late to change the delivery date
Customer service is incompetent.
