It's been 3 months since you "delivered" my order to me but I never received anything, neither did the relay point. I sent 4 emails to date, I still don't have an answer, I called ten times, I don't have an answer.
In addition, in another order I received the wrong item. In total so far we are talking about almost 200 of errors.
I am a bit at the edge. Scale up unicorn etc, we should probably have taught you how to better manage your current customers and invest in your customer service and quality of service in general rather than to burn budget pub in the metro.
