Deplorable customer service.
After at least six calls, no response to my problem. Promise not required to be called back by a superior or manager three times.
Mails ignored for two months. We have to manage with the travel partner directly, and once the problem has been solved by you without any help from them, Veepee resurfaces by canceling your order and reimbursing you.
I will never order from them again.
