Ah if only I could put a big 0 !!! I waited for a pair of earrings which never arrived on the scheduled date !! I called a 1st time to find out where my order was, the girl replied that there was a delay in the order ... well ...
I called back the following week because I still had nothing ... and I am told that we will reimburse me because there is no more stock !!! The big joke!
So I wait for an article for more than 1 month I call a first time I am told that I will receive it but with delay, I call a second time and there I am told that I am reimbursed ?!
No but it is useless to make this kind of application if nothing works properly or if we receive our articles haphazardly!
Anything great !!! Run away ! For me it is to finish!
I will keep this comment regarding my refund up to date.
