My room is very nice a well kept. I am on the 16th floor with a pretty nice view of some of the city. The staff is nice and helpful. A few downsides is that you pay so much for your stay. Not only do you pay for your nights stay, but you also pay for your car to park, and have to pay for the continental breakfast. There is a bit of unwanted noise due to construction right outside the hotel, but things need to be fixed. Overall my stay is pretty nice.

A little different than other hotels I've been to in the past. More emphasis on being quiet and not disturbing other guest. Doors get locked at 11 pm. No delivery allowed to your room but they did cal me to come down to the lobby to pick it up. Rooms were nice and spacious with microwave, mini fridge and cups (heard from others there were utensils as well but didn't look or need them). Overall nice place to stay close to downtown Toronto.

Rooms are all very nice. The location is also okay, not too many restaurants, but everything is a short walk or even shorter uber. My room had a thermostat which was located right next to one of the hot air outputa, so I would get cold at night because the thermostat was always warm, but the rest of the room was not.

The suite is a pretty spacious. The room was ok as well some some stuff needs to be modernised a little (tub). The front desk staff was good but they have a strict policy about guests having to leave by ten. They sent a guy up cause of a noise complaint from the tv being a little up at 1130 on a Saturday night. This policy should be on conveyed to all patrons on third party sites before booking. Also, we paid 27 dollars for parking at the hotel and still got a 70 dollar infraction.

I don't know how anyone can say a negative thing about this hotel. Right downtown. Parking plentiful and underground. We rented a King suite for the weekend. Just lovely, clean and so roomy. Room on sale booked in advance. Now my favourite place to stay in the city. My wife and I loved the place.

Stayed for one night and the hotel was excellent. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and king bed was comfortable (not too firm and not too soft). The hotel itself is in a great location and a short walk to many great restaurants and the mall. Overall, great value and I will happily stay there again.

My new favorite hotel in downtown Toronto! For $150 plus tax I got a King Suite with a pull out couch in the livingroom. Very professional front desk staff. Roomy rooms, nice makeup area, very nice. And what a location! It is 2 blocks from the Elgin Theatre and the Eaton centre! Breakfast is $15 per person and has a decent selection... great sausages, multiple juices, and look for the chocolate croissants. Scrambled eggs were meh.

One of the nicest tone I've ever stayed in. The restaurant was very good I really enjoyed the nachos chicken was smoked perfectly the only thing is the salsa was bland add some lime and salt you liven it up

Far and away our favourite place to stay in Toronto. Good location, excellent value, huge, well appointed rooms that were very clean, and nice helpful staff. A great attached restaurant was a bonus too. Look forward to returning!

Overall hotel is very nice, the suite is like a one bedroom apartment, very cosy and the view from the 20th floor is amazing. There is construction right next door that begins at 7am, the temperature in the shower fluctuates wildly. Staff is friendly

Excellent hotel. Staff is very helpful. Great location near Yonge St and cheap parking compared to others. Super clean. Just got here last night and I was very lucky to get a corner suite on the 19th floor with a nice view of the city. The Wi-Fi is kinda spotty but that depends on the room. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is just off Yonge St.,& about a 5 minute walk to the Eaton Center. The rooms have a bedroom & living room. Breakfast ($) in restaurant. Which is also open for lunch & dinner. Breakfast ends @9:30 sharp ,though. We've stayed here many times.

Was only there for a night, but had a nice stay. Service was excellent. The room, very clean. I was impressed by the handicap accessible bathroom. I am not handicap, but have a family member who is and was nice to see that it would be an option at this hotel. Only downside was no floor length mirror in the room. Made it difficult when getting ready to go out. Otherwise, wonderful visit.

The room was beautiful and the front desk staff were very nice. The hotel is very clean. I stayed two nights and had a good sleep and stay. I just gave 4 stars instead of 5 because when I needed a room on a separate occasion, for an emergency situation, they wouldn t let me book for the same day. Even though, I was a registered guest, as I had just stayed a week before. Perhaps they had reasons because of the pandemic (Covid 19 circumstances), but, I found it odd, because they didn t explain why that was their policy. Then, when I called a second time one evening at 8:45 pm they said the reservations desk was closed. But, I was able to book again when I phoned in the next day, as I liked the room and they had the best value for a particular date. I also like their no party policy after 10 pm, as the location is right downtown in a high traffic area of the city.

When arriving to the hotel there were police at the from of the hotel, apparently a room was broken into after the front desk gave a stranger a key to someones room. This was extremely unsettling and were told be a member of the staff that this does not usually happen. However, after arriving later that night another toronto cruiser was at the hotel for another incident. Very Unsettling. Didn't feel too safe.

Very friendly and efficient service. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quite, and well equipped. The hotel is at a great location - downtown making it very convenient within walking distance. I ordered from the room service menu and the chicken and salad were fantastic - fresh, well cooked chicken breast without being dry. I would love to stay here again and definitely recommend.

This hotel is in a great central location close to transit, shopping, and restaurants. Super friendly staff at check-in. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The hotel has a strict no partying rule which ensured a quiet stay for us. Would definitely stay again!
