After being a real fervent customer, I declare forfeit. On 3 orders received in a few months, the first contained a pair of shoes that had nothing to do with my order, the second received yesterday contained the bag ordered but torn and today a pair of shoes of a different color from controlled. Formerly a private sale was a very serious little box, it has become a factory where we don't care about the customer. So done for me.
