In outline and in detail, VEEPEE does not care about their customers. That their carrier had a problem with the package does not justify that I have to wait more than a month and still without any news. If the package is in the hands of the carrier it means that it is not in my hands and there is no need to wait to process my request for return or refund.
And despite phone reminders where an employee graciously takes my complaints and renew promises that do not engage them, still no package or refund
