A FUIR, in the event of a dispute, the after-sales service aims to take you by boat until the return deadlines are exceeded: long response times, poor communication on the return address. And beware, returns are chargeable even if the product has manufacturing defects. This happened to me on the purchase of a bicycle, I am not telling you the return shipping costs for such a large and heavy object. Basically their return policy is all about discouraging you from returning the item even if the item does not suit you and worse even if the item has defects.

Extract from the email received by Veepee:
"All you have to do is return your package at your expense, preferably by secure shipping, to the return address you will find in the attachment. You now have 14 days to return it to us. your package."
- There was no return address attached to this email. After 14 days after several calls and sending emails I did not get the return address.
