Catastrophic. I'm buying a phone for delivery scheduled for September 11-14 at the latest. My package has been in preparation since September 7 and September 22, I send an email to Veepee which remains unanswered. On the 23rd I called and I was told that I must wait until October 5, but that maybe the status will change.
On the 24th, my package was still in preparation (i.e. 17 days of preparation) I called back to have my order canceled.
Amazement, I am told that it is not possible and that I must wait until October 5th. I therefore ask for a letter to confirm that I will be delivered from the telephone ..... I am told that this is not possible.
Faced with my dissatisfaction, I am told that they will call me back "as soon as possible".
Conclusion: deadlines not respected, refusal to have a writing from Veepee, I do not know if I will have my phone and I have to wait 1 month following my order to know if I can order elsewhere.
Veepee was a great company that lost its sense of customer service.
Really too bad, but you can't live on what you have learned by making fun of the customer
