CK was a joy to work with. Best experience we ve ever had buying a car! I highly recommend her, and Toyota of Seattle!
CK was a joy to work with. Best experience we ve ever had buying a car! I highly recommend her, and Toyota of Seattle!
I was at the parts department i waited 25mins before getting help worse customers service ever
Joyce Kroegen and Tyler Nuckelt were both so amazing in helping with the purchase of my new car! They were both very professional and communicative, while at the same time very caring and timely.
My former car was totaled, an experience I had never gone through before, and they did everything in their power to get me into a new car. I am thankful for everything they did for me. My experience at Toyota Seattle was stellar because of them. Thank You!
My husband just recently bought a car at Toyota Seattle and he is exited. Luis was a great representative who helped us out on the unit we wanted. He made sure we felt comfortable and gave us all the information we needed. My husband is extremely satisfied and ready to enjoy his ride. Thank you Luis and Toyota Seattle.
A poor service experience all round. Misreported brake wear during service.
Update, the photos I posted appear to have been deleted so adding the correspondence with this outfit...
"What your service rep told me on 11/20 is that the brake condition report from 10/18 service was a mistake that the engineer misreported the condition of the brakes during the regular service. Maybe they made a mistake reporting the condition, maybe they just guessed normal wear based on the age of the car (22 months, 20,300 miles) and didn t check the brakes hopefully you ll be able to provide an explanation."
"Hi Si,
I just looked at the repair orders form both of your most recent visits, and you are correct. The technician that recorded your brakes in October was mistaken. I was told this was explained to you by your Advisor Steve. There is no explanation for what he reported, because it was quite a while ago he does not remember what exactly happened. We also can t look that far back on the video cameras to see what occurred. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused. If there is anything I can help you with further please let me know."
"Thanks for the reply. Yes, when I asked about this the rep said it was a mistake hence me saying that the brake wear was misreported on the review.
Given the importance of brakes I hope you d agree that the one star review is valid. Mistakes happen, and maybe this was an isolated case, but it s fair to warn other customers about my experience."
I have been a customer for about 5 years and I must say that they are the experts. I bought a certified used Prius with a warranty that I only needed once but the peace of mind was with it. Had a challenging situation recently after doing $1000 with of maintenance where the car didn't power on the very next day. They explained it was from the aftermarket alarm that was on the vehicle when I bought it so it wasn't really their fault but they took care of me anyway, and didn't break my Christmas budget. So happy to report that the car is working great again and I will be back for whatever else the car needs because they know best and they understand how to explain things to a non-mechanically adept guy. Thanks!
Always good service. Fair prices for a dealer. Check their site for specials. Shuttle service. Latte machine.
CK thank you for all helps nice doing business w you.Thank you great service and helping me find the car o want.
Really good service except they tried to up sell me on $800 of kind of questionable service. Apparently my water pump was suffering "seepage" and they wanted to replace it before it turned into a leak. I'm not saying they're wrong but the water level I'm my car is stable so I don't think it's a problem.
Great service from CK! Showed me everything I wanted to know about my new car. I would highly recommend Toyota of Seattle for a new purchase
Such a waste of my time. Don t verbally schedule appointments over then phone if the time slot isn t actually available.
I recently bought a new Corolla from them and my salesperson was Joyce. I was initially confused as to which car to buy but she helped me finalizing my decision taking into consideration my needs and finances and she gave me a good deal on my car too. I was also impressed by their financial division who helped me get a loan at a very low rate of interest even though there were a few hassles initially but i really liked the way they handled it so nicely.
Overall my whole experience with Toyota of Seattle was extremely satisfying. I would highly recommend Toyota of Seattle and especially Joyce who helped me getting the car i wanted.
Had a super positive experience at Toyota of Seattle and would 100% go there again and recommend to my friends and loved ones. I was in the market for a used Prius and looking at Toyota dealers all around the sound. The Seattle shop offered far and away the most pleasant, humanizing experience of pretty much any dealer I visited. I worked with Ernesto, TJ, and Cory, all of whom were kind, professional and not overly pushy. At the end of the day I didn't actually end up buying a car here (I found the exact right car elsewhere), but they still gave me a great price for my old car that I'd been planning to trade in, despite not buying a car there. Would absolutely return for future car purchases. 10/10. Great stuff.
for routine maintenance, i usually go in at 7am when they open. the service is efficient and competent. free coffee, muffin...
I had a great experience with the staff here at toyota of seattle. They were quick and Friendly, I was helped by CK and an assistant danielle , they both made the experience very satisfying and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Thank you again everyone at Toyota of seattle
it was a wonderful experience. Nothing but respectful service advisors and service porters. Service porters(concierge) greeted me, then introduced me to a service advisor who explained everything that would happen to my vehicle and what the process was. Just an overall 10/10 dealership. Definitely recommend!
Excellent Selection, Great Price, Reliable Products, "Hassle Free" Buying Process & People who care about Customer Service !!!
Great service! Suna, my sales representative, was wonderful to work with!
I had a great experience working with Tony and Pape while leasing a car. They didn't pressure me to make a decision on the spot and weren't constantly trying to upsell me things. They were really helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining the leasing process. Before I came to Toyota of Seattle I was at a different dealership in Kirkland and I had a bad experience there, but Tony and Pape made me feel comfortable and confident with the entire process. I would absolutely recommend working with Tony and Pape if you're looking to buy or lease a vehicle!
Been coming here since the old store, Jays is the reason we keep coming back, ALWAYS top notch service.
I had the best experience of my life buying a car from Rose at Toyota of Seattle! I had a horrible experience at another dealership on the Eastside years ago, so I naturally very guarded going in. Rose was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, accommodating, and honest. The experience couldn't have been more transparent. One price, that truly is what they advertise and sell. And Rose was the only person I dealt with from test drive to signing on the dotted line. No getting shifted around to different offices to speak with different people. Just Rose, from beginning to end. That really meant a lot to me, and told me that they value and respect my time and my purchase! I will refer all of my friends and colleagues to Rose and Toyota of Seattle. You won't regret it!
My 2002 4Runner had a break-in attempt over the holidays. My key would not even unlock the door to see what was missing. I could see that my glove box was wide open.
I called Burien Toyota who had been my "go to" dealer for over 10 years.
Over phone, service desk admitted that " store that makes keys for us is closed for next 3 days".
Two things 1. Are their keys then truly Toyota keys??
2. Knowing my plight, why didn't they refer me to another dealer??
Knowing Toyota of Seattle was right across West Seattle bridge on Airport Way, I headed there.
Man, it was an eye-opener as to what customer service can be:
I was greeted at door
Greeter left her desk to walk me back to the Parts Dept
Parts Dept explained they do make Toyota keys on site but....(and I love this part)
they required I show photo ID, produce current registration to match ownership with ID
Icing on cake, during 30 minute wait, they had a free ESPRESSO machine !!
There's my 5 star rating of Toyota of Seattle
I stopped in here after some unexpected car trouble on I-5, after spending time with friends in northern Washington. When I called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke with was great. She said they may not be able to service my vehicle today, but I could bring it in for a diagnostic. I was pleased when the laundry list the agent came back with had several things that COULD be fixed, same day, in order to get me back safely on the road. My wait time ended up being 2.5-3 hours after I was told it would only be an hour and a half. The vending machine wasn t working correctly, which was disappointing because I hadn t eaten much prior to my arrival. I am an Oregon resident, so I was granted the no sales tax exempt on parts only, which was nice since I hadn t foreseen this visit. All if the staff were informative and helpful, and I really felt taken care of. If I didn t live in Oregon, I d definitely list them as my go-to dealership in times of need.
Have been contacting them about a car. I get a salesman call, call back ask for salesman get someone else, tell me my car is essentially worth nothing but thiers is perfectly priced, which was a little high, just a no care if you buy attitude,ARE CAR SALES AT AN ALL TIME HIGH DURING COVID?
I would think they would want to work with someone and at least sound interested,I give a 2 because they at least texted back.
This place is very inefficiency parts and service horrifying the people there dont have a clue about parts, also to answer a questions they desapare for 10 mns . They staff is traying to avoid contac with costumer. this is a very fancy place to go for a good caffe but not for a good comstumer experience. So far this is the worst experience that I have in a dealership I wi recoment to take yo bussines to somewhere also, o get ready to waste a lot of time.
It's never easy to trust a car shop, even a certified one like this Toyota, but I had nothing but great service from the moment I walked in. Trevor took care of me, explained exactly what they'd be doing, what costs (if any) were associated with each line item, and did his absolute best to be open and transparent throughout the entire experience. He took time to answer my questions, suggested things to hold back on, and overall made me feel confident that I was getting honest and reliable service. I'm considering this my go-to shop for all future auto needs, and won't hesitate to recommend it to others.
Inconsistent diagnosis, I've magically had brake pads gain width between visits. They incorrectly installed an oil filter and nearly cost me my engine.
My brand New 2016 Camry hybrid that I brought with my life savings started making noises while still under warranty and when they heard the noise at Toyota of seattle they claimed it coming from the engine bay and as a customer with extend warranty purchase you would expect them to fix the vehicle instead they told me to go home and fix it myself! How rude! it is time to call out these dealerships who care nothing about customer service anymore I am heartbroken and ended up trading my car and losing over 6 grand thanks to Toyota of Seattle, don't waste you're time and money here go elsewhere!
Toyota is a good car but I was there for an hour and not a single person said anything to me
The salesman Tyler was incredibly helpful, polite and had a nice smile! He was a very well informed employee and I would definitely work with him again!
Very helpful staff. They really need to update their kids area.
Always quick service and sales people not pushy other than the usual sales pitches.
Joe sighn, went above and beyond for me, starting at picking me up from the ferry the experience was easy and great, I recommend toyota of Seattle to everyone
I used to be a Dodge guy. This place was so easy and honest to work with, we may very well only be buying Toyotas from now on. I don't know about other Toyota dealerships, but Toyota of Seattle in particular has our business for the foreseeable future.
My review is for the service center. They re super friendly and do a great job of servicing our truck. I ve had two experiences that were above and beyond. The first was when my windshield wipers stopped working. They figured out that it was just a loose screw causing a faulty connection and charged me $0. The second was when my side mirror was hit while parked and instead of booking a costly service, they ordered me the $30 mirror and even showed me how to put it on myself. Those two things earned my complete trust, and I make a point to take our truck here for all its services.
Prius owner beware! Especially if you are an older woman (maybe). Brought it in for the recall and got a load of lies about a diagnosis of a leaking timing air over gasket which they just happened to have time to fix in the time it takes to do the recall but would cost 1700. Funny cause the last mechanic I took it to did a checkover and made no mention. Said I would wait to see what they found on inspection this time. Got a call 45 min into the four hours of recall. That the inspection found the car needed that repair plus a list of others that would amount to over 2K. Said I would hold off. Brought in my guy to pick up the car (after only two hours, guess they gave up on their scam) which they were not happy about. Stopped getting the hard sell. Went home and looked up info on this diagnosis and found it appears to be one of Toyota dealerships common scams on women. Shame on you Toyota dealership shop. Shame shame on you.
This is an update to the outstanding service I received when I purchased the car..........
I spent a good bit of money on a reliable car and from past experiences, great Toyota dealership services across the country. Any questions were normally answered within a day. This dealership, Toyota if Seattle is extremely good at car sales.... get that car off of the lot and forget about you. Today I was told to contact another dealer(since I live closer to another). My advice for anyone wanting to buy a Toyota in and around Seattle.... drive the extra couple miles to a dealership away from Toyota of Seattle. I ll take my business else where and continue to let my friends and anyone I know about this experience. Don t buy from this company.... they ll drop you once you sign and pay for the car.
Bought a car. The one- price system makes it easy. Joe Singh, our sales guy, was great. Would recommend.
We've purchased two vehicles from this joined Toyota/Honda dealer (same ownership, I believe), and have really appreciated the experience both times. I like their no-haggle approach. Kel helped us out with our recent Toyota experience and he was great. Highly recommend the place if you're looking for a Toyota or Honda (which why would you buy any other type of vehicle anyway?)
I purchased a brand new Toyota RAV4 last week, and I am very happy with the results. Joe Singh was professional, courteous, and funny at the same time. I was able to obtain most of the features I was looking for (except for a convertible top, but SUVs do not have that feature), and he was very helpful throughout the process. He even delivered the car to my house the next day! Now I'm just showing my new car to all my friends and family!!! It was time well spent at the dealership!!!
Always busy but they do a great job for a reasonable price. With their new location they've increased capacity and my wait times have dropped significantly.
Made an appointment to have my car alignment done was quoted a price $121 for alignment and tire rotation. However my motor to my windshield wipers went out. They end up doing an inspection charged me the price of the alignment plus. Did not do the alignment because they claim I needed brakes and the car isn't drivable. They don't have the wiper motor. They didn't do the alignment but charged $192 for an inspection which was about the price for the alignment. The last time I came here they told me I needed $500 worth of brakes. I took it somewhere else I didn't need brakes and now after two years I still according to them need brakes. The last time the inspection cost about $45. I'm out of $192 will never, ever, ever, ever come here. They stick people up without a doubt. In response to their response, he never said there was damage, he said it wasn't the original part and I would need the brakes completed prior to an alignment.
I recently purchased a used 2005 Tundra. As I was driving the truck cross country, I thought it might be a good idea to get it checked out before making a trip this long. The service technician at Toyota of Seattle was incredibly nice, looked at everything & the only problem found was a burned out license tag light bulb - which they fixed. I have not had this positive of an experience ever at an auto dealership. They were nice, honest, fast, professional and did more than I expected for less money than I expected, I would highly recommend Toyota of Seattle to anyone & everyone. Thanks Toyota of Seattle!
Friendly staff, nicely done service, drop-off/pick-up service, reasonable price.
This place has treated me SOOOOOOO well. Arvin (service manager) handled TWO out-of-warranty situations that were clearly manufacturer error and/or faulty device. He bypassed the typical boundaries and contacted corporate for me directly. He utilized common sense in the two situations and did what should be done to honor a loyal Toyota owner. THANK YOU, Arvin, I will not forget your excellent customer service, complete elimination of concern on my end, and complete 100% handling of the two situations from drop off to pick up. Communication was excellent and Arvin and Toyota honored all needed repairs. I am forever thankful and loyal to you. YOU know what customer service truly means.
I've been taking my 2012 Prius to this location for 2 years now and it's been a 5-star experience each time. Most recently, Trevor in the service care center took care of my vehicle and it was one of the top customer service experiences of my life (no hyperbole). He took the initiative the run through each service item in detail, explaining how the replacement of each was related to the symptom in the car, urgency of the fix, and how long each would last before needing to be replaced again. Trevor went above and beyond to understand my goals for my car -- which were to be able to perform as many maintenance items myself as were reasonable -- and he took the time to go through the items he thought would be good for me to try on my own next time, if I was inclined. Trevor has the rare talent of taking a stressful situation and turning it into a positive experience for the customer. This will always be the service center I take my car to!
I am super pleased about my buying experience at Toyota Seattle, Suna Mai was particularly helpful. I came thinking I've got a good deal but i ended up with a great deal and a brand new car. Thanks Suna, keep up the good work.
Rose Matteson was very helpful and knowledgeable. She got us into the perfect Tacoma!
Techs left tools under my hood!
Sad-looking staff and eerily negligent GM;
Go elsewhere if you care about your vehicle.
Saul was one of the greatest salesman! He explained everything so well to me and made sure I understood all the details about the new car. Service was great and I would defiantly recommend this place. I'm so happy with my purchase! Thank you so much!
I bought a Prius from Toyota Seattle 2 weeks ago. Just a couple days after my purchase, I have gone to get it inspected by Lyft for my driver application. Even though lyft inspection point was very lacking of professionalism, they were still able to tell me that all of my tire pressure set off as lower than standards. I thought that they may not be right about it and kept driving as is. Eventually last week my tire caught something and gone flat while driving. After changing my own tire, next day I've taken the vehicle to the service department of Toyota Seattle. From the service department, Trevor, said it would take about 90 minutes, and I've started waiting for it to be done. If you've been there you'd know that they have windowed area for you to watch and wait your car. That's where I have seen my car being pulled into the inspection spot after 90 minutes. The technician guy, whose employee code 2306, was walking around, tossing down my stuff from the vehicle's trunk and not paying attention to the work he was doing as I was watching. Eventually I got to talked to Trevor and was told that they can't repair the tire due to puncture's location. I was told to buy a new tire and given two options as one being 180 and other one 150 bucks, plus it would take couple buss. days. So I asked to see the tire and I didn't believe the situation and had them put my spare back on. Eventually I've left after 2 hours with no legit work done or any solution to my problem. Right after them, I called a couple local tire shops, and went to one of them, told the whole thing. 2 young men fixed my tire for 20 bucks, and saved my from being ripped off by Toyota Seattle service department.
Do not get Toyota Auto Prepaid Maintenance. I was told that it could be used on multiple cars. This was a lie by the sales representative. Please be careful and avoid misleading up sales.
Very nice staff, facilities are clean, and no pressure in regards to making a sale. They also have a very good selection of cars available on site.
Worst experience in dealing with a dealership ever. Going to keep it short. Called about a truck we wanted to buy, set up a time to close the deal, drove from job we were working in Oregon, got there to look at truck, got the run around once we got there, and they sold truck from under us the night we got there. Fortunately for us we had positive experience with another dealership the very next day and bought a beautiful Toyota Tundra that is perfect for us and our business. Thank you Toyota of Seattle for the worst experience and customer care. We won't be back and will never recommend to anyone to buy from Toyota of Seattle.
Worked with C.K. who was the BEST. Extremely straightforward and no-nonsense. Super great conversationalist and funny. Got the deal done and fast. Highly recommended.
I am so pleased with the service I received from Toyota of Seattle. Carlos was so very informative on what needed to be done on my vehicle. He even helped me get completely situated with my kids. Thank you for the amazing experience!
The workers are nice, but the quality of work did not meet my expectations given how much was charged. Communication was also awful. Would recommend going somewhere else for maintenance and repairs.
One of the best Dealers around. Be sure to ask for Tyler as your sales person.
Came for a recall service. Great service from BJ, really friendly and helpful. Got me out of here sooner than they estimated, no pressure or upsells. Comfortable waiting area, wifi allowed me to work while I waited. Overall a great experience.
CK was very helpful for our purchase of Toyota Corolla. We are very satisfied with her service and the car as well. Keep up the good work!
I ve had to head over to this dealership a couple of times for my FJ cruiser. I ve dealt with Trevor and he s an awesome, ethical guy. I ve tried to go with non genuine parts and not dealership repairs on my car, it s been a super bad decision. I really trust these guys and they have my 150k Fj cruiser running like new!
Service people lost our car key in the service bay, said going to always offer a discount , but no really
Went to get my car serviced and received fantastic service. It was an efficient and very helpful experience. Christian, the representative who helped me, was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and carefully explained each of the services that were performed on my car and why they are important to have fixed. Will absolutely continue to use them and would recommend to any Seattle Toyota owners.
the layout of the service writers is a joke. they dont have any room to organize things at their workstation. how about a regular desk like what people used to go up to instead of these confusing things
I recently brought my 4runner in on short notice to fix a couple of sudden problems. I found the service advisers prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. The waiting area was comfortable, providing free coffee - good coffee - and muffins. The shuttle service was a life saver, and both shuttle drivers were great, delivering me to and from home in difficult traffic. My car runs fine now, and I came away feeling that it was in good hands.
Extremely Happy with Toyota of Seattle. Wife wanted a very specific vehicle in color and mechanical attributes. It took a three vehicle/dealer trade with the salesperson driving 3hrs away (one direction) to make it all happen. It's exactly what we wanted. Dealership is clean and well staffed. Plenty of seating. Thank You to Pape Moraga for the large extra effort to make it happen.
Purchased a used vehicle from here, and was told it was mechanically sound in every way. They also spoke very highly about their service team and attention to detail. When I brought the vehicle back for its first service they hit me with a list of repairs that totaled 6k and said the vehicle had more rust than most vehicles they had seen, which I did inquire about before purchase but was told their mechanics had checked it out and it was nothing to worry about.
When I told this to the service team they said there was no way the sales team didn't know about the issues with the vehicle at the time of sale and advised me to speak with the sales manger.
After speaking with the sales manager I was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and the service department was just trying to sell me unnecessary things.
I then too the truck to get looked at by an independent shop and they came back with the same list the service department at Toyota came at me with.
I know I should have gotten the vehicle checked out by a third party, but I got played by the great talk of their amazing service department and wonderful customer service.
Do not purchase a vehicle from here. They will say or do anything to get you to take the vehicle off their hands no matter what condition or hidden issues it has.
Buying process was a breeze. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Very nice staff. Didn't have the deal we wanted. Not pushy.
Toyota of Seattle got me in for my appointment early, got out early and had a very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle as well as for maintenance & repairs.
Got my car serviced there today for the first time- all the service related reviews had me worried but I got helped by Whitney and she was amazing! Got helped right away, given an accurate wait time and they were very honest about what was going on with my breaks vs unnecessarily charging me for further inspection. Whitney was super friendly and gave me a great overall experience!
Asked about programming tpms on my winter set of wheels. I was told they would have to charge me for a full hour (its 20 min of work). After waiting 3hrs to get my truck back they have me a bill for $350! Also the truck started shaking badly because they decided to remove a tire and not rebalance. I decided to just go to les Schwab to fix it. Waste of time and money! Go someplace else.
I worked with Mike in parts today. My 2007 FJ Cruiser has a broken key FOB and a bent key. I m one broken key away from not being able to drive it. He was helpful, worked quickly and was super friendly. I got a new key and a new FOB handled on the spot in less than 20 minutes and under $100. I am really impressed with Toyota of Seattle Lake City and the staff in parts. Thanks Mike!
We purchased our vehicle from Toyota of Seattle and were pleasantly surprised with the great experience we had. Much different than the stressful nature we've come to know when car shopping. Omoh was so wonderful to work with and we will be repeat customers because of how great it was to work with her.
Great car buying experience! Would highly recommend this dealership.
The salesman I worked with was fine I have 0 complaints with him. I don't know if this is a dealership thing or if I just got the shaft after spending 27k on a 2010 4Runner. I work at a dealership and we make sure every car once they're sold are filled full of gas they only gave me a 1/2 tank. I had to have my detail shop go over the whole car because it was only lightly washed (they may not have a detail shop idk but its bad service imo). I mean for being a dealership that doesn't budge on price not giving me a full tank, no detail, and no mention of a first free oil change like almost every other dealer I have worked with or worked for makes me raise eyebrows. The finance guy was really nice too. Now I did buy my car towards the end of the day so it may have been a fluke due to end of day but usually that would issue a "W/O" for work to be performed.
Edit 12/7/20 Tony got in contact with me and had the car detailed and the gas filled. I appreciate them making it right.
High pressure sales! Went in to test drive a Corolla hybrid, this dealer wouldn t even ballpark payments until I d completed a credit application. When presented with the payment and financing info I stated that the numbers didn t remotely work, and my salesman s response was to draw a line on the bottom of the page and tell me Sign here. When I asked what I was signing the reply was You re buying the car!
Graham tag-teamed with the finance manager Pepe who carries a binder with what looks like stock photos of kids and dogs on the front, to point at and say Hey, that s my kid to build rapport.
Ultimately offered the choice to buy a very different model at the same price, and about a dozen Come on, pull the trigger! Let s go, let s wrap this up and you can drive home now! type comments before finally letting me leave.
Maybe it s a Toyota thing. My last Toyota experience was equally obnoxious. Either way, I ll never set foot in this showroom again. Took my money elsewhere and bought a car with far less pressure and manipulative sales techniques.
Good service. WiFi was a bit flakey, but definitely nice.
CK and Ryan were extremely helpful and friendly. Made my vehicle purchasing experience the best I ve ever had! Anyone would be lucky to land either of these two to help navigate your vehicle purchasing procedures. Thanks Toyota Seattle!
I just bought my second car from Toyota of Seattle. (Actually bought the first one and leased the second.) The help and service I received from Chanthinda Kounphom (CK) and Travis King was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, smart and nice. I fully recomd this team and dealership.
Lost my home- and smart car keys, in a fire last week. Came to Toyota of Seattle for help after the folks at Toyota of Burien were awful to me. While I did end up eventually getting my car key from the good guys at Toyota of Renton, Matt Gonzales and KJ Perkins (Toyota of Seattle) were both very helpful as well as compassionate to my situation. See those two if you can. They'll fight to resolve your issue, and take great care of you!
Service department is truly 5 stars. Even half way through a busy day they were able to get my car serviced the same day. The service department went above and beyond my expectations helping my vehicle out of a tough repair. I felt some of the sales pressure I've read about from their sales staff, but not enough to warrant a loss from 5 stars. Great job Brie & the rest of the service department
Great customer service! I dropped off my car without an appointment and they had it done the same day. The coffee and muffins were a nice touch and the shuttle to work and back was really helpful.
I so proud to work about car purchase with vehicle specialist CK. She has helped me from the first my step at Toyota of Seattle to the last step of purchase. She listened carefully about all my needs and requirements, offered a lot of options, was supporting, absolutely positive and friendly, detailed in purchase proceed. Looks like she understands the customers from first glance. I am really happy with service, assistance. She even have organized my New car transportation! Thanks for great service!
do not do business here!!!!! do not buy a car here and don't bring your car here for service!!!!!
the rich owner of this store thinks she can rip people off.......she gives a few dollars to charities and keeps stealing from the poor
she will brake your car on purpose just to make more money on you so she can live the tra la la lifestyles of the rich and famous.......pay for mansions and foie gras
yeah she ripped me off....brought my car in they put new front brakes on when the noise was the motor mounts, they did not road test the car when the noise was as loud as a heavy metal concert, they did the motor mount inspection, i made an appointment to bring it in to pay money hungry foie gras 1450 for saturday, but as i left the dealer my hybrid battery was out, the service advisor drove my car and knew that the hybrid battery was fine until the motor mount god touched the car, asked to speak with the mechanic, gold digger said that's not going to happen, and she said she's not responsible and she has to put her kids through harvard
rich stealing from the poor...............what else is new?
do not buy a car in this toilet and do not bring your car in for service!!!
i'm a poor food delivery driver that can't work because of this gold digging thief
