I bought a Prius from Toyota Seattle 2 weeks ago. Just a couple days after my purchase, I have gone to get it inspected by Lyft for my driver application. Even though lyft inspection point was very lacking of professionalism, they were still able to tell me that all of my tire pressure set off as lower than standards. I thought that they may not be right about it and kept driving as is. Eventually last week my tire caught something and gone flat while driving. After changing my own tire, next day I've taken the vehicle to the service department of Toyota Seattle. From the service department, Trevor, said it would take about 90 minutes, and I've started waiting for it to be done. If you've been there you'd know that they have windowed area for you to watch and wait your car. That's where I have seen my car being pulled into the inspection spot after 90 minutes. The technician guy, whose employee code 2306, was walking around, tossing down my stuff from the vehicle's trunk and not paying attention to the work he was doing as I was watching. Eventually I got to talked to Trevor and was told that they can't repair the tire due to puncture's location. I was told to buy a new tire and given two options as one being 180 and other one 150 bucks, plus it would take couple buss. days. So I asked to see the tire and I didn't believe the situation and had them put my spare back on. Eventually I've left after 2 hours with no legit work done or any solution to my problem. Right after them, I called a couple local tire shops, and went to one of them, told the whole thing. 2 young men fixed my tire for 20 bucks, and saved my from being ripped off by Toyota Seattle service department.
