I have been a customer for about 5 years and I must say that they are the experts. I bought a certified used Prius with a warranty that I only needed once but the peace of mind was with it. Had a challenging situation recently after doing $1000 with of maintenance where the car didn't power on the very next day. They explained it was from the aftermarket alarm that was on the vehicle when I bought it so it wasn't really their fault but they took care of me anyway, and didn't break my Christmas budget. So happy to report that the car is working great again and I will be back for whatever else the car needs because they know best and they understand how to explain things to a non-mechanically adept guy.
