A poor service experience all round. Misreported brake wear during service.

"What your service rep told me on 11/20 is that the brake condition report from 10/18 service was a mistake that the engineer misreported the condition of the brakes during the regular service. Maybe they made a mistake reporting the condition, maybe they just guessed normal wear based on the age of the car (22 months, 20,300 miles) and didn t check the brakes hopefully you ll be able to provide an explanation."

I just looked at the repair orders form both of your most recent visits, and you are correct. The technician that recorded your brakes in October was mistaken. I was told this was explained to you by your Advisor Steve. There is no explanation for what he reported, because it was quite a while ago he does not remember what exactly happened. We also can t look that far back on the video cameras to see what occurred. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused. If there is anything I can help you with further please let me know."

"Thanks for the reply. Yes, when I asked about this the rep said it was a mistake hence me saying that the brake wear was misreported on the review.
Given the importance of brakes I hope you d agree that the one star review is valid. Mistakes happen, and maybe this was an isolated case, but it s fair to warn other customers about my experience."
