It's never easy to trust a car shop, even a certified one like this Toyota, but I had nothing but great service from the moment I walked in. Trevor took care of me, explained exactly what they'd be doing, what costs (if any) were associated with each line item, and did his absolute best to be open and transparent throughout the entire experience. He took time to answer my questions, suggested things to hold back on, and overall made me feel confident that I was getting honest and reliable service. I'm considering this my go-to shop for all future auto needs, and won't hesitate to recommend it to others.
