Lost my home- and smart car keys, in a fire last week. Came to Toyota of Seattle for help after the folks at Toyota of Burien were awful to me. While I did end up eventually getting my car key from the good guys at Toyota of Renton, Matt Gonzales and KJ Perkins (Toyota of Seattle) were both very helpful as well as compassionate to my situation.
