I had a great experience working with Tony and Pape while leasing a car. They didn't pressure me to make a decision on the spot and weren't constantly trying to upsell me things. They were really helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining the leasing process. Before I came to Toyota of Seattle I was at a different dealership in Kirkland and I had a bad experience there, but Tony and Pape made me feel comfortable and confident with the entire process. I would absolutely recommend working with Tony and Pape if you're looking to buy or lease a vehicle!
