Ryan is a great salesman and he did an excellent job helping us out.
Best experience in buying a new car that we have ever had!
Yes!!!! JP was my salesman and he did an outstanding job in finding the right size car for me and my daughter. JP made the visit smooth with no pressure which I appreciate that. Thanks for everything and I love my car...
We night drop my 14' Toyota Camry for service & this always works like a charm. We then get a call the following day from our very friendly and knowledgeable service advisor Lee S. He is informative on what service needs to be preformed and then my car is ready for pick up that afternoon. It is so efficient and almost too easy. The staff members I encounter are always friendly and helpful.
Also, the cost of ownership of my Camry in the last year and a half has been nominal, next to nothing. We were able to buy the car at 0% interest on top of that! I am a huge fan of Toyota of Richardson and would recommend them to all, you will not be disappointed. I continue to be impressed with the hassle free service and low cost of ownership of my 2014 Camry. I could not imagine going anywhere else.
Toyota of Richardson has been the best decision I made. After purchasing two cars, I can highly recommend them. Excelente customer service!!
Great sales staff, they are very well trained in their field. I would definitely recommend to any looking for their next car!
Gotta love the ol' bait and switch that this place plays. I saw an ad for the car I wanted and came in last week, with the full intention to buy and keep that car, but after a few questions from them. They wanted to add $15k on top of the MSRP and called it an "anti-flip tax". I didn't see that on the window sticker nor on your site! So where exactly does this "tax" come from? It surely isn't a real tax.
The worst service center in DFW,,,horrible mess and unhelpful staff,,,i know the manager will reply my review and will ask me to contact him to do my next experience better ....if I did he will never contact me again.
To the BEST Toyota Service Department in all of TEXAS!
Bought a used car in February, no issues. Get a flat tire in October, stranded on the side of the road... find there's no wheel lock removal tool included in the car... Toyota tells me to tow it to their shop at my expense. Unwilling to cover a tow or the cost of a wheel lock removal tool. Car was sold "as is." As is just happens to mean there's no possible way for you to remove the wheels. Don't have the money for a tow? Out of luck. 0/10 not a great time, would not recommend.
TL;DR Go somewhere else to purchase your used vehicles. Toyota does not stand behind theirs.
P.S. A wheel lock removal tool costs Toyota ~$12. Which is the price they could have incurred to make this right in ONE PHONE CALL. Instead I was bounced around departments and played phone tag with everyone who has ever worked at Toyota only to find noone is willing to help. Fantastic customer service.
We just bought a car for our daughter. TOR were an absolute delight to work with. We negotiated a price before we went, Anthony Ipanaque the sales person, was honest and upfront, we were not pushed to buy anything we did not want. Jeff Grettner, the manager, explained us how the warranty worked (because Anthony had incorrectly explained something). We got a good car at a good price. They took care of some scratches and made a second key for us at a reasonable price. Just an all and all good experience. This was a breath of fresh air after our horrible bait and switch at Sport City Toyota (see my review).
Well like everyone this time of year I got into my car Saturday with a well planned list of errands. But my car had its own plan as it indicated when I started it. The battery was weak and needed to be replaced. Got to dealership n they were already very busy but there was no hesitation to accept my car n get it fixed n back on the road. Thanks much appreciated. Cindy
Let me first start by saying that the new car sales department at this dealership is great, and I have had great experiences dealing and negotiating with them and also they sell great cars, But unfortunately that's where it all stops. Run and hide from this dealership solely because of their finance department. My family and I have purchased 2 brand new Toyotas from this dealership the last 2 years and even though we had a terrible experience with the finance department the 1st time we purchased a Toyota I gave them another chance In December 2016 and purchased another vehicle from this dealership with no problems. But I encountered another nightmarish situation with them in march when I was buying another automobile from them. Even though the sales and negotiating part went very smooth it all changed when I stepped into their finance department to sign the papers. The person handling my paperwork was so rude and condescending that I simply walked out of the dealership without buying this vehicle.
So my advice to anyone who is in the market for a new Toyota is to stay away from this dealership unless you are paying cash or they are the only ones that have the model and color combination you are looking for, and even then take an attorney with you to close.
2 out of 3 bad experiences with them in last 2 years has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I could not even convince myself to buy another Toyota.
Just bought a new truck here. Was greeted immediately by Saad. Saad helped me find the truck I was looking for, but there were a couple of dings on the body. He immediately agreed to fix these in their body shop before buying. They did a great job on the body damage and cannot tell it was ever dinged up. He was very responsive during the time the truck was getting repaired and after when I had a couple additional requests. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I came in with my friend they were looking to buy a Corolla. We was greeted by Stefanie, she very nice lady. My friend and Stefanie was out to test drive, I stayed behind and I got to look around and especially the Rav4 that was in front of Stefanie desk. After my friend and Stefanie came back from the test drive I ask questions about the car and Stefanie help me too. My friend and I told Stefanie that we need to save up for the down and will come back to buy the cars we like from her. I have so much fun with Stefanie and understand more about Toyota products and the special Toyota Care Service that offer. I highly recommend Toyota of Richardson to everyone I know, especially Ms. Stefanie she is very professional and fun to deal with.
Mucho Gracias Estefanie.
helpful and friendly staff
Satisfied of their good service
This is the 2nd new car I have bought at this dealership, but I wish I did not have to waste 2 hours bringing them down to the price range that they agreed over the phone before I went there. I still ended up paying 600+ more than expected.
Nice salesperson, however, same games as all other area dealerships; i.e., they waste your time over each small line item - where they go to the sales office/pit and stand around for 15 minutes to come back and give u a small morsel of a break - lol. Rinse and repeat 5 or 6 times and u r ready to give up. All dealerships tend to do that - some more than others.
Still waiting for the premium mats that were promised to me by the sales person - as a post sale sweetner. I am still hopefully waiting :). I am going to take it to 4 stars if that happens. Lol.
I leased a vehicle from them in 2014 and recently returned it. After learning about the math behind leasing, I realized that they did NOT give me a good deal on the car. And the terms of my lease had me paying sales taxes each year as extra fees. They low balled me on my trade-in vehicle and then exaggerated warranty claims of which I only paid for a few of them. I realized my lease costs were like paying MSRP for the car.
The car was excellent, but the buy back price was too high and the state of Texas also charges sales tax (seems like double taxation to me) if you buy it back. They made claims that my buy back price will be less than the value of the car after 3 years (pure BS!).
And then to top it off they charge a $350 disposition fee at the end of the lease on a car that I treated well.
Advice: do your homework, they are just a typical shady dealership.
I got smart and used TrueCAR and got a great deal on a 2017 Honda Civic at a much better dealership. No bs leasing! I walked away happy with the purchase and especially the price I paid!
Do not expect anything special from these folks, particularly the pre-owned guys. They are misleading and disengenuous and offered to purchase my car and got me to bring it in under what I feel was a less than honest proffer.
Churn and burn high volume used car dealers nothing else, I should have not expect anything better because they are associated with what I had thought was a reputable dealership. Shame on me.
Leo worked with us on figuring out which car fitted my needs. Wasn't trying to push anything and was completely honest.
Just got into a new 2016 Tundra with the help of Lonnie Anderson and Ben Boyd. Another great buying experience and service with these guys.
It was a quick, professional and efficient experience. Would recommend.
I am currently a client here with Toyota and have had a car for a couple years . I was called by William in the use car department a few weeks back and he encouraged me to come in that I could trade in my vehicle for a new one . I spoke to him before coming in I told him of my situation of how my credit was bad because I had fallen in bad financial situation a while back . I told him look I don t want to waste my time or waste yours so please consider this before you encourage to come in ( by the way I live in Denton ) . He proceeds to tell me that Toyota would work with me no matter my credit and that Toyota had told him to contact me do to the fact that I ve had this car for 2 years and been making the payments on it . So he tells me again to come in and that he would make sure I am taking care of . Sure enough I come in they do a credit check and guess what ? He says that they can t help me . He still has the nerve to tell that the credit check was just a soft hit on my credit knowing that it was a hard hit . I surely wish they wouldn t deceive people promising things just to try to make a sale .
I traded in my car here today ! Although waiting was not so fun (as to be expected at any dealership with filling out tons of paperwork ), With all the help I got exactly the vehicle I wanted . Darrell , Vaughn(both in finance) , and josh (sales) are really nice guys to work with !
This place is a JOKE they seriously lack basic customer service and communication skills. I showed interest online and Robert Alicea reached out to me, we were communicating by email because it s hard for me to discuss via phone due to my job. Robert just stop responding all together, then the General Manager Brad Clark sent an email claiming to see how the process was going so far. I responded to Brad with my concerns and disappointment, again NO RESPONSE. I would never treat a customer the way these to professionals treated me.
Came in with my sister and bought my first toyota Rav4 from Omar Sherbi, he was the most helpful person and I wouldn't want anyone else to help me!
Sales experience was fine and the price I paid was fair, but the finance guy that we did final negotiations with lied about the extended warranty coverage (MPP) and did not provide any of the coverage paperwork prior to signing. I get the paperwork in the mail and it turns out the very specific thing I asked about is NOT COVERED, even though I directly asked about it twice. I call the dealership and talk to the director of finance and he tells me tough cookies, I can take it as written or cancel the warranty. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they are dishonest. All I wanted was something in writing from Toyota of Richardson saying they'd cover the parts, which are unlikely to fail in the warranty period anyways (hint, that's what warranties are for...).
They are wonderful and will do whatever it take to get you a vehicle.
Omar was an amazing salesman, he had no problem finding the perfect car for me and staying in my budget! I'd definitely come back for my next car
Best car buying experience I've ever been apart of from beginning to end. Please let your sales team, finance, team, and service team know there making a difference in the car buying experience!! I will recomend any, and all potential buyers to toyota of Richardson.. Respect, honesty, and loyalty mean the world to me.
Thank you, Brandon Newsom

Our family had gone to another local Toyota dealership the evening prior, and we were especially wowed by the difference at Toyota of Richardson. From the initial phone call with Shawn to being greeted by our friendly sales rep Randall upon arrival, and great customer service by all employees that we encountered during the wait times, Toyota of Richardson has earned our loyalty for the long haul. They are honest to work with, no shady or aggressive sales tactics, and they gave us a very fair deal on lease trade-in. They were extremely efficient for a busy Saturday. This is exactly how purchasing a vehicle should be. We are so very happy with our decision to go with Toyota of Richardson!
They serviced the vehicle, I can't complain about the work. However, the customer service was terrible. Left the car at Toyota service station at 9 AM on a Saturday. Advisor told us that they will call on my cell phone when done. Since they didn't call after 3 PM, I called the advisor. The front desk picked up and put me on hold for 5 min. Then she said your advisor will call you back. They never called my cellphone. so we go back to the place at 5 and it's already closed. The website says they're open till 6. We had to miss work on Monday to go pick up the car; I complained at the service center and they said go talk to the cashier. Cashier says pay here and I can't help you with your complaint (with some bad attitude). The guys around are just standing there watching him tell me get out of here. there's no one there, other than a few customers and way more employees than customers at 8AM on monday, so this happened not because they were busy, they just didn't care. This is disappointing for a place that boasts Presidents award for customer service.

Update 5/30/2017: I called James Hollowman based on the reply that I got on this review. He investigated the issue and called me back to apologize about the miscommunication. They had dedicated staff to call the car owners to let them know about the status of the service, however in my case they dropped the ball and didn't call us on the number provided to let us know the status. James said he will fix this issue so others wouldn't have this problem and offered a complimentary oil change service. I'm updating the review to 3 stars, and will report back after my service in November 2017.
Toyota Cars must be selling themselves, because the sales staff is far below par. The person I met was rude, indifferent, and snooty as I inquired into the cars I wanted. Well, Toyota, you need to get your sales staff's people skill up a notch or fifteen(!) before I venture into your den of idiots again!
Talked to Mr. Glasscock - still has not changed my view of this establishment. Apparently they don't sell cars here; or maybe they just don't want to sell a car to ME. Either way, good news for Toyota Burleson.
The employees were super friendly and our salesman Hector Santiago was such a gentleman. Best salesman I have ever met!
A great buying experience. Respect to customer's time, politeness and accuracy. Very pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the buying process and with the absence of unpleasant surprises. Would definitely recommend!
I had brought my vehicle in for a regular service and a "Zaktek" finish and my early experience was VERY frustrating and unsatisfactory. This was mainly due to one of the shops service managers at the time. I did however come in contact with Vance and James who happened to somehow find a way to make everything right and brought me exceptional customer service. They went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied with my service and my visit. Thank you for that. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location seeing as how they always find a way to provide great service no matter the circumstance.
Glad to have Thomas back at Toyota if Richardson and Kevin is doing a great job as well!
Not responsive and poor management. I called them more than twenty times within 3 hours and every single time they were putting me on hold for 5 to 10 mnts so eventually getting disconnected.
Finally I decided to never go to this location plus would never going recommend this Toyota of richardson to anyone. Seeking help from here is waste of life.
If I could give my experience 0 stars I would, this had to be the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The salesmen here are not too bad they aren't pushy but they will try to confuse you on your first pencil. The first go around they didn't even have the car I wanted whenever I came to test drive they gave it to a porter to go pick up someone so when I finally go to see the car it was in pitch dark, so of course in sunlight this vehicle had probably the worst cosmetic damage I have seen on a vehicle it had chips up the hood with touch up paint splattered all over them and there was a heavty amount of hail damage on the roof. (which of course they didn't want to mention) The worst thing about this dealership would be the FINANCE department they are a bunch of crooks especially CHASE, he was so incredibly rude to my boyfriend and I and including my mother! My boyfriend and I are not stupid and we like to pull out the calculator to make sure that the payments are correct and chase had a snarky comment saying " Oh you people and your calculators it doesn't work" I got into finance and they said I had an approval but of course they said for me to get the approval through this bank I had to buy a bunch of warranties... DO NOT BELIEVE THIS PEOPLE I CALLED THE LIENHOLDER AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL NEVER MAKE YOU BUY ANY WARRANTIES FOR A "SECURED LOAN" plus there is no such thing as a secured loan the loan is secured when the bank gets the collateral (TITLE) ...after I agreed because I had no idea to call the lien holder first they said that we agreed to do 60 months looked at the contract they did 66 months they do NOT want to help you in any way possible all they care about is the money they make.. believe me because I heard it come out of the finance directors mouth {BEN). Please go else where if you can!! I bought my vehicle from Ewing Buick GMC and it went great they even got my interest rate down 6 points from what Toyota Richardson was giving me! I love my new Toyota Camry... This place was a nightmare and I will warn everyone about this place before they ever decided to shop with them. BEWARE OF FINANCE!!!! I ended up trading back in this car.. and am so happy I decided to! Please go else where.
I had a wonderful experience as a first time car buyer at Toyota of Richardson. Waleed Khan was a wonderful Salesman. No tricks or gimmicks. It took a while waiting for the financing dept, but overall it was a great experience! Definitely recommend.
Love my service guy Thomas! Super polite, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would go back to this location only because of the service he provided
We bought a new Tacoma here on Memorial Day. It was a very hassle free experience. We came in looking for a specific model, we found it, test drove it, some small negotiations on the price and we were out the door in a couple hours. They have an excellent service department and gave us a full tour so we know what to expect when we come in for our regular maintenance. Lonnie Anderson was our salesman and he was great. He didnt' try to upsell us and gave us the space we needed to make our decision but was always there for any questions or just providing excellent customer service. If we are ever in the market for another Toyota we will be back and will be looking for him!
They kept me waiting for 5 hours and forgot I was there. Ended up telling me the warranty did not cover what I needed fix, wasted my time and money.
One of the dealers was very impatient, he didn't care about the customer at ALL but only the deals.
Such an disappointing experience.
Fantastic service - fast, friendly and professional. Always know the job is done right and always satisfied
Very bad sales man and I have to wait and wait!! Until I going to look for a salesman.
I can't describe how wonderful my experience today was at Toyota of Richardson. All thanks to Megan Montgomery walking me through the process after having lost my old car in an accident. She found me the perfect car that had everything I wanted and needed. I had my last car for 10 years... I know I'll be as happy (or more with the extras) for the next 10 years!
Best car experience I have had so far! Adrian and Tracy made it feel so easy without feeling pressured and helped find every option to work with financing. Would definitely recommend going here if you want to feel comfortable buying a car.
I bought my 3rd car from Toyota of Richardson yesterday - another Prius.
I mentioned upfront that I wanted a hassle free car purchase and it got it for the 3rd time.
Thanks Waleed :-)
I politely told Elvin (Sales) over the phone when he called for a follow up that I have already purchased a vehicle, and no longer need one...he hung up on me. May I recommend in the future simply saying "thank you, I appreciate you letting me know." before scoffing and hanging up the phone. I was going to have see about having some minor service repairs done on another vehicle...but I think Elvin kind-of ruined that for you :/
Wonderful experience! Leo is very friendly and found me exactly what I want! I love my Pruis! Definitely recommend Leo and Toyota of Richardson!
I just purchased a used 2013 Tacoma. Omar Dibbeh was the friendliest and most helpful Sales Associate I dealt with in a month searching for a new truck. He was very informative, educated, and most importantly seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for me. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a new vehicle and am thankful I was luckily able to work with him. He truly deserves extra recognition for how great he made this entire experience for me! On the finance team, I have the exact same things to say about Nick Williams. Very helpful, understanding, and again, seemed genuinely concerned. I am proud to own a vehicle from Toyota of Richardson where these two gentlemen were the BEST I came across in over a month of searching. Thank you guys for everything! Give them both a raise!!
When I went to go get an oil change, the person said that your car does not need an oil change. And then they forced me to get a bunch of stuff, even though it wasnt even necessary!! After that, he came and he said make sure you give me 5 stars on the survey!
What a great experience! Buying a used vehicle is difficult to say the least. But these folks made it easy. A great car at a great price! Thanks Garry!
Just left the dealership after spending 40 minutes being told by TWO different sales staff that my wife and I weren't a priority because we weren't ready to sign papers today. We came to test drive and get information about the vehicles of interest and both sales persons told us to call and schedule some time during the week because they are more interested in "maximizing their Saturday profits". Most focus was being given to making a trade-in offer for our own vehicles than on the fact that we came in with the potential to be sold two cars.
Frankly, I understand why everyone in the metroplex recommends Toyota of Plano over Toyota of Richardson any day. This dealership was a complete let down and I doubt anything could convince me to do business with a dealership that told me I'm not a priority and that I need to schedule a day later in the week because my mind isn't made up. Complete waste of my time, and of anyone not ready to sign a contract without even test driving. Worst dealership ever.
Johnny Nickels gave me some great customer service and insight into what I was needing to get done. I'll keep coming back.
Excellent dealership and it was a pleasure working with Randy Penn and Greg in Finance. First time Toyota owner and after a day of driving around my new 4Runner, I am extremely happy.
First time to this location. Took my car in for service. Appreciate the advise the service agent gave me regarding my vehicle needing more frequent alignments which I was not aware of before. Interestingly, a friend of mine took in a similar vehicle to a different service center and needed the same service i needed. Will definitely bring my vehicle in the future.
I got a great deal on a new Highlander XLE and it was hassle free. Nick Williams (sales) and Ben Boyd (finance) did a great job. No games and just straight down to business. That is a huge plus in my book. Thanks guys!
Spoke with Randy Penn about leasing a car. Was extremely rude and discourteous. Just assumed that I had bad credit and made it feel like he was completely disinterested in finding a deal for me.
Salesperson was very good st balancing what I want and what I could afford. Kept my eyes on what was realistic and then highlighted the positives of the purchase.
Worst experience ever ! I wish they were more polite with customers!
I had a wonderful experience! Everyone is so friendly and I really felt like they were trying to give me the best deal possible and work with my budget and needs! No tricks, just honest and straightforward deal! I already recommended that dealer to two of my friends!
I took my highlander car to Toyota Richardson yesterday for 15k maintenance they did a good job special mr John or Jonny.
This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I could not have had a better experience.
I love Toyota of Richardson! Their knowledgable and friendly staff explain your options up front before work begins. They quote prices for parts and for labor. There are no surprises. They tell you up front what time you can expect the work to be completed, giving you the option to wait or return when your car is ready. Their waiting areas are nice and are very comfortable. One waiting room is for lap tops and two waiting rooms have TVs and lounge chairs to relax in while you wait. It is a pleasure when you see a smiling face approaching to walk you to check out and explain the work completed and things that will need to be done on your next visit. Again, up front and no surprises. I trust Toyota of Richardson to keep my car operating safely and at it s optimum performance. I highly recommend Toyota of Richardson for all of your service and maintenance needs.
Make an appointment before you arrive. You can't just show up. It gets very busy. The people are nice.
Easy to schedule appointment on line. Greeted promptly and professionally. Work done efficiently and we ll taken care of by Jeremy Harper.
I received amazing service. The staff was wonderful! I will definitely return.
Neal and Syed are the best. Best experience of buying a car.
Syed was excellent salesman and helped us find the car we needed.
My car leasing experience went extremely well. Everyone from my salesperson (Hector) to the General Manager (Brad Clark) was super easy to work with. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that all of my expectations were met. I could tell this dealership was very well managed and organized. They really care about the customer, and are willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable. I would highly recommend Toyota of Richardson to anyone looking for a new Toyota. I am a very satisfied customer!
Very nice people good experience
I can't wait to buy another car
Well now I want a truck
Corday Sullivan is an awesome saleman! He made our car buying experience very easy and hassle free. We will highly recommend him to family , friends and collegues.
We went there and there was this guy Tracy he was talking while sitting on chair like he owns the place he didn't bother himself to ask me to sit and listen to what I need . I feel really sorry for other people who are more smart but they don't have same job , Tracy need to step down from your royal chair
My experience was fantastic, I had the best service advisor. Safayet Ahmed seemed very experienced and was very friendly.
Always a great experience to deal with the people at Toyota of Richardson
Went to purchase a car from Toyota of Richardson. From the start they immediately added $1000 to the price of the car from 16,897 to 17,897 for car floor mats and detailing oh and another 650 for key fob. Which was ok because the car met most of my criteria for purchase. They then proceeded to add $4500 to the car and asked me to sign before reading. I said no. I read the document and my calculations didnt add up to theirs. They did remove the extra charges. I paid $2700 which was immediately taken out of my account. I signed all paperwork and was ready to take the car. It was late and they said come back in the morning so they could prep the car. I called the next day to see if the car was ready, and they said they wanted another $1,300. Which at that time I figured it was just a money grab for them and decided to take my business elsewhere. I was sent a paper receipt stating that the funds for my down payment had been returned to my account. I called same day since funds had not been put in my account and was on a 3 way call with their accounting and my bank. They stated my funds would be returned from their batch because I stated I only had time to purchase a vehicle that weekend. They hemmed hawed around so much that while on the phone, the bank said that there was no recourse. That's fine I understood. What I dont understand that it is a week later and they still have not submitted my return to my bank for processing which at this point seems malicious because of the request made that they did not want to do. They had no problem in charging my account the same day but have taken an absurd amount of time to process my refund which I paid in good faith. This is a named dealership and I should not have to call my bank and have them help to process a refund like they have never done so before. Literally the words from M.R.'s mouth was he had never done anything g like this before. He did call accounting and the lady stated the same thing and MY bank assistant had to walk them through it
Really??? This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is something you would expect from a fly by night operation not a supposedly reputable dealer with the name Toyota on it. Lonnie the sales man did a good job. Durrell/ Darrell the sales mgr. and M.R. the financing guy left a lot to be desired. I didnt trust the sales
Mgr. but that was neither here nor there. Oh I had my own financing and they didnt even bother to contact them or work with them, they immediately denied my outside financing and wanted me to go with theirs. Upon asking other dealerships in the area would they accept outside financing during covid-19 and they said yes and weren't sure why this dealership would say no. I would like to purchase from another dealer but have not received my return in a timely fashion due to what I believe is a vindictive motive because I may have made them uncomfortable some how.
Although I had let my regular maintenance lapse for my Toyota Sienna and had done my annual State inspection at a neighborhood service place instead, when the 'maintenance required' light lit up on my dashboard I knew it was time to camp out at Toyota of Richardson Service Center. I drove up to the garage entrance and got in one of the two lines of cars. Due to the efficiency of their response time only three cars were already in line ahead of my arrival, and very soon I was first on deck. The attendant soon called my regular service representative, Lee S., to come do the paperwork and get me going. Although I elected to wait in one of the comfortable waiting rooms for the extensive work that needed to be done, I knew I had the option of a complementary drive to wherever I needed to go. There are cookies and doughnuts for the customers, and complimentary water bottles, charging stations for devices, a small business center for those who want to work on their laptops, and clean and spacious restrooms. The staff is efficient, respectful, and friendly. They do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner and go the extra mile in service. It's only been my own tight schedule that kept me away for two years, but my car's records of service we're still there and still complete. I won't wait so long the next time State inspection rolls around.
Went to buy a car. We couldn't make a deal, but these guys (Aaron Grimshaw specifically) went out of their way to try to make the deal work for me and treated me and my trade-in with respect throughout the process. Will be back next time we're in the market.
Went to get an oil change service, got it back with a tpm light on the cluster and dirty...
The service is very good and the sales agents do a very good job. Contact Bayron Posas the used car manager and Cristian Garcia if you are looking for a new car. They are highly recommended!
Compare to other Toyota dealerships this is an O.K. location. I will probably use them again.
This is our 3rd vehicle we bought from Toyota of Richardson. Sales rep Lonnie Anderson is who we work with each time. We have bought many vehicles during our 45 year marriage plus for our business and Lonnie is the best by far!!!! Honest, friendly and service oriented. As long as Lonnie is there, we'll be back again.
Sisi was very professional and informative about the entire process... she made a strong enough impression for me to continue coming back for more services without pressuring me on my car maintenance and giving me more of a suggestion on what I should be doing at curtain mileage... Thank You Sisi...
Awesome customer service very timely and very polite
Always have a good experience at Toyota of Richardson. Johnny Nickel in the service area is fantastic!
My daughter bought a pre-owned car from Toyota of Richardson and almost immediately went out of state to a job in Maine. She discovered a problem that required repair but which would not be covered by the warranty offered by Toyota and she could not return the car to Toyota of Richardson for repair as she was 2400 miles away. I brought the receipt from the repair she had done in Maine to Toyota of Richardson. Although not technically required to cover this repair cost, within a very short time and with no disagreement, I had a check from them covering the full cost of the repair. That kind of commitment to their customers, especially a first time customer with an issue that technically was beyond their obligation, is both rare and exceptional. I would heartily recommend these folks when considering the purchase of a vehicle.
I couldn t have found a more professional staff than I found at Toyota of Richardson. I had been looking for a specific car for some time, and had dealt with most of the Toyota dealerships in the area. I had a great on-line experience, with regard to this car and this dealership. The salesman was patient, helpful, and accommodating for all my quirks. I couldn t believe the salesman actually knew details about the car (this was not true with prior salesmen/dealerships I tried to work-with). I had been shopping for this car all year! Thank you. PS. You need new chairs in the waiting room!!
Having just moved from Virginia (a very cold cultured state) to Texas, my family and I went to the Richardson dealership to look at Rav 4 s. We were sought out by the nearest salesman and told to come in the dealership to look at the sight for offers. Immediately, I could tell that we were not taken as seriously by appearance. Firstly, I feel that it is an incredibly unpleasant experience to walk in, about to spend ridiculous amounts of money, and be given glares by a group of middle aged men. Our previous car seller became a close family friend, and to be treated as less than a person was very off-putting to say the least. I feel that I am a well respected human who advocates for the things that need to be recognized. Because my family and I had been what I would assume these men had seen as passive women , we were treated with the least amount of effort, passion, or incentives needed to tempt us to want any hunk of metal on the lot.
Bad experience, no one would guide you where is the actual location of the service department! When I finally Got there gave me a paper and I kept waiting in the car and no one came to check on me, then when I asked someone told me oh you can turn off the car the one who should see you is when another customer! I just came out of the car and had to guide my way through to see where is any waiting area!!! Definitely not coming back to this dealership.
Robert made the deal easy. Competitive price, very cut and dry. No sales pressure, but I'd done my research and knew it was the truck we wanted. If the MPP service package is really what they say it is, I'll be even happier. Thanks for a great buying experience!
Mark the GM knows what s he s doing. Very personable. He paired us with Yaseen, one of the nicest and most accommodating salesman I ve ever dealt with. I ll be recommending both of these gentlemen to friends and family.
Great customer service provided by Lee Schuster at Richardson Toyota. Lee has earned my trust and respect and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Lee and Richardson Toyota!!
