Saw a 2014 Dodge Challenger posted on line Saturday May 25th. Show interest in car and was immediately called from dealership. Made appointment to come see it on Monday 27th Memorial Day a little after 10 am. Arrived around 10:45 am. Was told the car was sent to auction minutes before i arrived. They went and retrieved it an hour later. Negotiated on vehicle but only one key was available. I asked for a 2nd key, told them i would pay for it myself. Key was made and it only unlocked doors, does not start vehicle. Car was low on gas, was told they were out of gas but have it taken and filled up. No one took car to gas it up. Spent 6 long hrs at dealership.

We unfortunately had to go purchase a new vehicle due to an accident and total loss. We walked in not knowing exactly what we would find on the pre-owned lot to fit our budget and our teenage daughters needs (soon to be commuting back and forth to college). The staff was over the top helpful and really listened to our personal needs. We did not feel pressured at any point in the entire transaction. We stated what our expectations were for the vehicle as well as the payment and interest rate we were willing to pay. Again, no hassling and no negotiations needed. The car was priced right and we were promptly shown the "car fax" to assure us we were getting a top notch used vehicle. When closing the deal with the finance department again there were no surprises and we did not even feel the additional products were pushed on us, the employee was professional and honest and listened to our needs. I would have to say no buyers remorse here. We know we got a great deal on a perfect car and did it flawlessly. Best car purchase to date!
Went into Toyota of Richardson to buy my younger brother a yaris. I would have to say one of the smoothest car purchase I have had to date. They can certainly teach a thing or to a several dealerships in the area.
cook are at finance department . get away from toyota of richasrdson . trade in my dodge for $5000 and they buy me warranty for same amount without telling me . people there are crookk so better call the toyota headquater to report them .
We were in the market for a new van and came to Toyota of Richardson. Mr Mustafiz Rahman helped us tremendously. It took us a few trips to finalize our choice and he was always very courteous and professional every time. We are very happy with our purchase and would strongly recommend Toyota of Richardson and especially Mustafiz Rahman.
Best toyota dealer in richardson texas ,had the best experience ever due to my doughter's car mr jay the service manager went above and beyond expectation to have ready and deliver my doughters car so she can have to go back to college. thanks toyota of richardson and most of all thank you jay ;best service manager ever .
Wasted my time, not courteous at all of my time. I came to view a car and told the salesman I was on my way that morning and then after I show up and wait 30 minutes he tells me they sold it yesterday. Then he starts bringing random cars for me to see. I asked for them to appraise my car and they never even did that. I ended up just walking away, one of my worst experiences at a car dealership
Omar Sherbi was so helpful. He showed great professionalism and excellent service to lead me to the perfect car. I am so happy to have come across this place. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good car.
Charges nearly double for a sway bar bashing compared to Toyota Dallas. Says they don't price match but won't even explain why the price is nearly double. Bad customer service and always seems grumpy when I come in asking to buy parts.
Horrible customer service. After making a deal, we were suppose to come to the dealership and complete the purchase. We were called that morning and told them we were coming in at 1 pm. We showed up at the dealership ready to purchase and was told that the vehicle was purchased just minutes before we walked in the door. They did not even address the issue with us or had the guts to come apologize. Instead, the sales manager went back to his desk and didn't speak a word to us and the sales person that had helped us was already working with another customer. As we left, the sales manager said "aw you were just a 3 minutes late". The nerve of these guys. That's losing a customer for life and any one I know. I will tell them to stay away from Toyota of Richardson. Especially Dana the sales person and the Hispanic sales manager sits north side of the building near the door...
My experience with Toyota finance was awesome and no hassles, Adrian Gomez was the finance person who worked my loan. Very professional, explained every detail of contract. Will buy my next car there, hope Adrian Gomez is still there.
I called ahead and made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half due to a lot of other business(which makes sense). an hour and 45 mins. into waiting on my car I got an update and was asked if I would like a carwash which I declined due to other things I needed to get done that day. They then told me my car was being brought around and they would get me when it was ready. another hour goes by and my car is still nowhere to be found. After I asked someone they told me it was being washed and it would be right out. I waited outside for it to be brought out and another 10 minutes goes by and it turns out the whole time it was sitting in the waiting area turned off and parked. No one told me it was done, and I waited on a carwash that I never got. Needless to say I will drive to McKinney or Plano for anything else I need done.
I should have waited to write my initial review. I complimented the sales team for their efforts but that's about as far as it goes with Toyota of Richardson. Once they have the sale, customer service goes out the window. The 2018 Camry was given to us with no floor mats, no front license plate holder and only 1 key fob. When we inquired about getting these other items, we were basically told that it was not their problem and that they did not have to provide those. Wish they would have said something about that before I purchased. In my opinion, this is an outfit without any integrity.
I just came here to get a quote on Camry SE and met Harvey Wilson and i bought the car on the same day..its unbelievable...It was pretty good buying experience with Harvey and he gave an excellent customer service and i am pretty happy with the car and the customer service provided here. He is a nice guy to talk to and if i need to buy a car in future i would buy it here again.
I've been a Toyota of Richardson Service Department client for well over a decade. In fact, I even take my non-Toyota vehicles there because the experience is so great. The team is friendly, well-educated on their vehicles, and extremely quick to get my vehicles in for maintenance. I highly recommend Toyota of Richardson.
My vehicle was towed to this location to get repairs done by the service department. I followed up the arrival of my vehicle with a call to verify whether anything else was needed from myself. I was directed to Alan Bosely, the service representative assigned to assess the repairs (Minor Electrical Work). Alan was seemingly prompt and even extended his personal phone number. I informed him of the insurance claim and agent information.
I waited two weeks and heard nothing regarding the status of my vehicle. I called Alan only to hear that he had the flu and thereby was unable to get started on any repairs. He mentions that since his absence they are now behind schedule on several orders. I patiently waited another week although I thought to myself, surely there is more than one technician available that would have been able to work on the repairs.
Another week goes by, Alan no longer is answering the phone. I call the front service advisor who tells me that after 4 weeks the vehicle is still untouched as they claim to be waiting for approval from my insurance company. I receive confirmation from my insurance agent who states that they have placed approval on the work needing to be done the day the vehicle arrived to the dealership.
The insurance agent also states that he has been attempting to contact Alan who has neglected to answer any calls to his "personal number". Hand written notes for Alan where also left on his desk. Myself and the insurance agent are now at a loss for what further information is needed as approval has already been given.
Approval for the work was received upon arrival of the vehicle which was 4 weeks ago. I contact the dealership and ask to speak to a manager. I am then directed to Johnathon who deceptively assures me that he will take care of this issue. He further states that he reports directly to the partner of the shop. I forward Johnathon my insurance contact.
Johnathon now states that Alan claimed that he only received approval the previous day for the repairs. Johnathon then follows with why was the work not started. I wait a few days and follow up to Johnathon's number who responds with, "Who might this be. I no longer have the contacts I had saved in my phone." I send my name and information and am told that the service representative has yet to get around to my vehicle. I decide that I am towing the vehicle to another location to have the work done in a timely manner.
Johnathon, then sides with the service representative claiming that he insurance agent has not yet contacted them. Even though I have a text message proving the alleged statement Alan provided (Claiming that the insurance agent approved teh work the previous day). He also claims that when my insurance agent contacted them he only provided them with a 4 digit contact number.
Given that I personally sent both Johnathon and Alan the information for the insurance agent, I find that excuse unacceptable. Not to mention, the ongoing blame shift being placed on the insurance agent's negligence is faulty. I will be towing my vehicle to a different location. If disorganization, deceptive head of staff and poor interdepartment and outerdepartment communication is a priority to you then this is the place for you. I fully anticipate that this review will be followed by their typical go to method of shifting blame instead of holding themselves accountable and improving service.
this is the second time i bought from Toyota of Richardson. both experiences have been very positive. first buy was dealt over the phone and prices agreed over the phone before i show up. it went smooth. second time was walking in and haggling...either way was fine but dealt over the phone saved some time...everyone were friendly and the process went smooth. i feel like every salesman will serve you well and the managers will take care of you.... strongly recommended!!!!!! Avoid Friendly Chevrolet as I went there 2 hours before and was lied to, they told me they paid $31978 for a traded in 2017 20k miles xle premium Sienna while it was only worth $26k trade in value.
Anyway, the manager was very polite in explaining the finance numbers and the salesman was very patient and friendly.
Made an appointment and took time off work to have them look at a trim piece on a new Tundra I had just bought. When I came in, "Alan" told me he would order the piece rather than send me wait and call when it came in. I got a call the next week asking why I never showed up for my service appointment. I called the dealership and left a message for "Alan" but did not get a call back that day. I called again and left a message, still no return phone call. I called the front desk and explained the situation, and they transferred me to a different service manager. I left a message. Again, no return call. My take--they don't want to do service work and they gave me the run-around. What good is a Toyota warranty if they won't honor it?!
Good exprince.you will be happy with the nice and hounset satfs and costumer service. Espcially TERRY TORBET is a best seller. He is awesom. If you want a good deal I offer this place to everybody.
Randall Van-Ess thank you for helping me get a car yesterday! If anyone is looking for a car I would recommend reaching out to him! He is professional, patient, honest, and doesn t pressure you! He wanted me to be happy with my purchase and I am! Thank you for everything once again!
My husband and I have purchased several cars from this dealership. A shout out to Sam the Man for always finding us the perfect vehicle! Toyota of Richardson is a friendly, trustworthy place that will keep us coming back!
Very bad customer care and attitude, one of the manager Khan was dealing us like boss, God knows what make them think that they will earn customer satisfaction like this. This place also won't even have best price in Dallas neighborhood.
Terrible used car buying experience. They don't value your time, and communication is extremely poor. A small used car dealer will give you a better experience.
Very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I purchased a pre-owned car and they gave me only one key so I had to spend $100 to make another one. After 3 months they gave me the other 2. They had no patience to explain to you and they tried to play game with you. Grade "F" for their customer service and I would never go there again. I have visited Toyota of Plano and Toyota of McKinney and they are very professional and courteous. The management of Toyota of Richardson needs to re-train their employees about honesty and courteous to their customers.
EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service at this stealership. I spent almost $40k on a truck buying from out of state and I was pulled around like a pony every step of the way. It wasn't until I spoke with the dealership owner(after 3 weeks of getting the run around from sales associates) and informed him I was calling the DMV of TX if my situation was not resolved that everything was cleared up. I cannot believe they are still in business. Every other word they told me was a lie and they only wanted me to sign the paperwork. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST. I love my Toyota truck but Richardson Toyota absolutely gave me the worst auto buying experience of my life.
Only one star because of the way finance department works at Toyota of Richardson. They did not return calls, did not pay attention to faxes that I had sent.
Thomas Pablo was quick to set my appointment and he was very informative. He greeted me quickly at my arrival this next morning for my appointment and he took action right away to get my vehicle repaired. Plus I was able to wait for my new 2019 4Runner.
Worst Toyota dealer in DFW. Beware of finance managers.
UPDATE: it has now been over a month and a half and these slimy finance guys STILL have not refunded my tire and wheel package that they snuck into my contract during signing.
I wanted to give a shout out to some great service from Toyota of Richardson's used car dealership. Neal Pascoe helped me get back into a Prius after mine was hit and totaled about a month ago. I was trying to find a particularly hard model and trim to locate and these guys had it on their lot. I reached out through the AutoTrader web site and Neal contacted me within about an hour. He sounded easy going and he was the same in person. I made an appointment for a little later and we go down to shopping.
We took a look at the car for a while and did a short test drive so I could see if there were any squirrly bits about it and shake it out. I had a 2005 Prius before and this felt like a more refined version, but still felt like an old glove. Satisfied with the real live car, we went inside to see if we could make the numbers work for everyone. I expected more issues over the negotiation, but they added some items to the package and I was able to get them take off where they didn't add value to me. It helps to do your research ahead and have a non emotional attachment to the value the car brings. (So you can walk if it doesn't work for everyone) I had already stalked the handful of cars in the metroplex and this one looked like the best feature / milage / price point.
They were also able to beat my pre-approval loan though their financing and even the financing / paperwork went well (kudos to Chris and his help in the finance room)
So the best part of the evening was as we had finished the closing and I was getting ready to drive my rental car home (was going to get a co-worker to bring me over in the morning) Neal asked if I was rented from Enterprise, which I had. There apparently is one next door and he offered to check the rental in for me in the morning. That was a blessing! I didn't realize what a weight the whole thing was until I showed up at my house with the whole accident thing closed and the details taken care of. Thanks again Neal!
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Tracy brown was super friendly and helpful and mustafa in finance couldn t have been more detailed oriented with the finance process and paperwork. He worked really hard to find me the best interest rate and Tracy answered all of my questions and had me in and out in a timely manner with no haggle issues and still got me a great deal on my dream car. Going into a dealship alone as a female can be intimidating, but not this time. I will def go back and I ll be sending family and friends there. It s a bit of a drive from where I live, but so worth it for the kindness I was given from everyone there. O and more inventory then any dealership I have ever seen.
We came to Toyota of richardson extremely great experience......syed is a great salesperson without him this car deal wont be possible...please come see Syed for great deals.
They achieved their reputation for great customer service honestly - they work for it. I ve been dealing with Toyota of Richardson a long time. Happy with my new ride I got yesterday!
They went out of their way : The Tech and Sales Lady to make sure services were necessary and possible to be taken care of today. The tech expert took his time to not only respect my wishes with wanting me to examine the car while the lights needed to be replace but he took me to view and so and explain things about my vehicle from my breaks and the debri around the brake pad opens to the inside of my engine and the expectations of the transmission fluid and the requirements and showed me. It was amazing! He gave me an in scope of how it is inside as a mechanic and from a mechanic view point. He was knowledgeable orderly timely and through. Perfect! I also didn't feel like he was trying to get by with me needing to pay any additional expense. This was fantastic!! Makes me feel appreciated and content.
The Sales Lady was great and was polite and nice. She was through orderly and was open to suggestions and my request. She even suggest to have mr. ray sit in the car and drive with me to do a test drive to hear specifically what I was hearing with my brakes. She printed out all my previous history to make sure my vehicle was up to date with any older request since earlier this year that needed to be taken care of. She was willing to educate and inform me on things such as brake related concerns (that fortunately I didn't have ) that I didn't realize it was unaware at the time. She and Tech were through and patient with me the whole time threw and were timely and order. It made me feel appreciative. And valued. She and Tech where also nice enough to fit me in and follow up with me for future services! This was great customer services. Give them bonus raises and promotions for doing an outstanding job. I hope this helps them out.
their network was down when i needed to pay for my state inspection. they were writing people's credit card numbers, expiration dates, and 3-digit security codes on post-its and were going to process the transactions the next day. I refused to do this, it's hugely insecure, obviously. They refused to return my car to me. I can't remember being treated so shabbily by a business where I've spent AT LEAST $26,000. My bill was THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS, they wouldn't let me drive to an atm, they wouldn't drive me to an atm, they simply held my car hostage. If you've ever had your CC info stolen, you know what a pain it can be. I'll never step foot there again.
The team was amazing. I went to other Toyota dealers and I didn't get the same great experience that I got at Toyota of Richardson. Hands down the sales guys, finance guy, the sales manager, and the even the GM all made us feel welcome. It also felt great to drive off with such a great ride and to get it at such a great price. I will be back soon for a second car and I will make sure to let all my friends know about the great experience I had.
This is the best dealership I've visited where every staff member were awesome! The manager Derrell was extremely friendly. He was so helpful and made the process so easy for me as a first time buyer. I definitely recommend this specific location. I'm a happy buyer Naresh the customer relations manager was very friendly and helpful. He is great with people and made sure all my questions were answered. Everyone on that location are great!
They only care about making a sale. We were sold a truck with bald tires and one of them has wire showing (after being told they would fix it) we have two babies and they had the nerve to let us drive off like that. We got home and noticed it and called we were then told to bring it up there so they can look at it and when we got there we were told there is nothing they can do. our sales man was Ryan Boyd (he is the one who told us they would replace the bad tires) and needless to say we will NEVER refer anyone or go back here. I would put 0 stars but had to put at least one to post.
- Just to add to this post. we were told we were approved and good to go after test driving the truck we were then taken to the finance department where we sat for another 2 1/2 hours waiting to sign paperwork. My husband finally got upset and said something about walking out and then they decided to pull us into Adam Flores office to explain in all actuality we were not approved and they have convinced the owner and manager to do in house financing but we had to provide things and add a phone number to my fraud alert. At this point that was fine we just wanted to get our 1 and 4 year old out of there so they could nap. So we filled out paperwork and were told we could pick it up or they would drop the copies in the mail when the phone number was added. Then that is when we went back to Ryan and were ready to get the truck little did we know we were not going to go home in the truck that day we actually were being put in a loaner until the truck was fully inspected and safe for us to go home (WHAT A JOKE).
We finally get to go get the truck and take it home that is when everything happened with the tire issue, however I STILL HAVE NO PAPERWORK and was laughed at on the phone by Adam when i got upset about this i was then told this just got approved and that is why our paperwork is taking so long so now my question is WHY IS OUR DUE DATE STILL THE SAME?
I went to check what's the resale value for my Toyota Prius 2014 (less than two years old) and with low miles. They made me wait few minutes....not a problem..,but they came back and told me they can offer a maximum of $9000 for a car they sell for $17000 in their store.
They couldn't justify how they come up with $9000 There was no room for negotiation as well. Sell or leave. So I left. I can easily sell the car around $16000 outside easily.
The experience at Toyota of Richardson for buying my car was incredible! Fast, easy and the salesman, Chris Webb was very personable. I will always go to Toyota of Richardson for all my cars, always!
Drew Clark was an AMAZING sales person and very knowledgeable! He made my car buying experience so much easier that it has been in the past! Great staff and a great experience.
I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism with the associates at Toyota Richardson. They are all very friendly, informative, and patient. They answered every question I had and were very forthcoming and did not keep me guessing. I look forward to working with them in the future and I am proud I own a Toyota. I highly recommend them for all of your car needs!! Thanks Toyota Richardson!!
I went here Oct 4 and left satisfied!! I dont know much about vehicles tbh but John Phan from the pre-owned department really knows what hes talking about.
Horrible service! I'm beyond disappointed. My parents have bought 2 brand new cars from here, but their pre-owned sales people are definitely behind the game. My dad and I came here on a Saturday and found a Toyota Corolla S we really liked, we test drove it and no problems. The engine however was filthy and the car hadn't been cleaned. The salesman (his name was Avery Bush) claimed it had just been serviced and they hadn't had a chance to clean it, but ensured it would be clean when we bought it. My dad and I decided to hold off on the decision cause we wanted to consult with my mom first.
We returned on Monday and the salesman bought the car up, nice and clean -- so we assumed he'd taken care of it. However, the moment I rolled the car out of the driveway, a sign turned on in the car indicating it had tire issues (so much for servicing!) The engine was also still filthy. I returned a day later to follow up, and the salesperson said it was just a "tire pressure issue" and an easy fix. He told me to return two days later and gave me an appointment. Two days later, we dropped the car off and he promised he'd get the job done. But we returned after FIVE hours, and it still hadn't been fixed! He claimed that the service line at Toyota was extremely long, even though it was a Monday and we had made an appointment with him earlier! On TOP of that, the car had small paint chips across the front that were originally never there!! When we followed up with him about that, he DENIED that it was Toyota (even though they were not there when I bought the car and when I dropped it off that morning) and said that we would have to pay to get it fixed! I could not believe it! I was extremely upset and decided right then and there that I was never buying from Toyota at Richardson EVER again. And despite his terrible service, my dad and I decided to just let it go and fill the tire pressure ourselves as well. Should have been an easy fix, right? NOPE! Even after filling up the pressure, the sign was still there. I did not go to Toyota this time (best decision I made) and went to Discount Tire instead, where they showed impeccable and amazing service - they fixed the tire and got me out of there within 45 minutes at great price. I am extremely disappointed with the overall service of the salesperson (Avery Bush) and the department in general. He was all butterflies and smiles till I bought the car, but after I handed the check over and he made his buck, it was obvious he didn't care about the fact that he didn't fix or service the car as properly as he should have. This car is a Toyota CERTIFIED model by the way...which obviously didn't stand for much in this case.
I returned yesterday for the sole reason of picking up my license plates -- I had a long day at work and left early just to avoid traffic hour. When I arrived, Avery told me he had a "surprise" for me and gave me a spare key for the car (which he had originally said did not exist). I was pretty happy, but then I went outside and tried to use the key and it DIDN'T WORK. I went back inside and asked him why it wasn't working and he claimed it was probably just the battery - an easy fix. I actually went to Toyota service and bought a battery just so the salesperson could put it in, and after he did that, I went to go check and it STILL wasn't working on my car. Turns out, the key had never been programmed to my car...which meant he had lied to me once again. I had gone into Toyota the first time for a tire pressure issue, and left with a flat tire, car paint chips, and a pounding headache. I came in to Toyota again yesterday, and left after an hour in traffic again, with a key that didn't work and another pounding headache.
I have been to Toyota more times in a month for a 2012 Toyota Corolla than I had ever been for my 1999 Honda CRV. This is my very first car purchase, and the car was full of minor problems that were never attended to, which kept me stressed as I had a full-time job and dropping off at Toyota every other day wasn't exactly on my agenda. Worse experience ever!
Recently purchased a Mercedes that was a trade in on their lot. In negotiations, they said they would fix a spot on the bumper that was discolored and a few other cosmetic details. Later when I went to pick up, the spot on the bumper was untouched and they claimed that was never discussed. On the way home from the dealership, the check engine light came on and we checked the oil level to find out it was bone dry. Two weeks after taking the car home, the battery had to be replaced. I really liked the salesman we did business with, he was very friendly and willing to accomodate our budget. However I'm still disappointed they didn't stick to their promises in negotiations.
My second lease experience at Toyota of Richardson was EXCELLENT in every aspect. As I drive to this dealership I pass three others because of the PEOPLE who work here. It was a busy Saturday but Ben Boyd, Russ and Mustapha made it another great experience. Even Dexter Tchen took the time to say, Hello as he always does. A great dealership and a great team! Thanks again!
I had the absolute worst car buying experience with this company ever. So much so, I simply returned the vehicle after having it 4 days.
I even called corporate to express frustration with how I was being treated. Toyota Customer Service then took a hands off approach stating something to the effect of "not getting involved with consumer problems with the dealer" and that they're a franchise. Toyota CS created a ticket, but I was NEVER called about it, they just spoke to the managers who said I refused to pay them and closed it out. All of this, led me to merely returning the car due to the anxiety I felt everytime my phone rang.
20 years of great customer service..... yeah, that's a lie.
The sales process was good, no pressures. The price was more than I expected. Everyone, especially Charles was very friendly. I am not happy about the noise I hear while driving the car. No one seems to know where the noise is coming from. I have been trying to schedule appointment to have chech and fixed with Bob Bostley, but it has not worked.
We had our second great experience with Toyota of Richardson last weekend. We bought our daughter her first car . The sales thru the financing went smoothly and we were treated with great respect. We'd been to a nearby Toyota dealer and did not have a good experience there so I highly recommend Richardson to buy your next Toyota. Hopefully, Mom and Dad will be buying ourselves new Toyotas soon, too!
I just bought my 2019 RAV4 Limited at Toyota of Richardson, and I am very happy with the transaction. Miguel Alvarez, New Car Internet Sales Manager, met me at the door when I first walked in the showroom two weeks ago. He ordered me the trim with exactly all the options that I asked for. He kept his promises and delivered. I strong suggested that you asked for him if you want a pleasant experience with buying a new car. Also, Aaron Morgan, New Car Sales, was so wonderful taking the time to answer all of my questions and showing me how the high-tech features work when we picked up my new car.
Syed Ali is one of the best finance managers I have ever meet. Mustafct also provide me good service. I will highly recomanded these two good empolyees.
I bought a car online and contacted a sales representative, Saad Hatkwa, and I am grateful to him that he is really a good man, and we made a great deal. Thank you. It was an excellent experience. Muslat from saudi arabia
well we came here for service and Mr. ashiq did well done he took us to the service center and walked us back to the lobby, every employee should greet customers like him. he is great his attitude was great and it was nice to have him as a consultant. Thank you.,,,,
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this dealership! They were awesome when I bought my Camry and even though we've moved to another state--we would come buy from them again!!!
Salesmen Terry Torbet and Sean Russell are the BEST!!! :)
Honestly I have never been to the place but over the phone I had the worst experience that I ever had, very rude customer service the guy that I talked to, Johnny was very pushi and not very helpful I really wish I could give it more stars but with employees like this I can't. This company should review their employees. If Toyota of Richardson is reading this, remember is not vehicles or buildings that make a company, your company is your employees, bad employees equals bad company.
Y all go see Shervin Razmgir at Toyota of Richardson!! He is very persistent on helping you get exactly what you are looking for as far as vehicle type and works around your price range. He is so reasonable and very understanding!!
I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Travis Uriegas. He spent hours--literally, hours--entertaining my questions and adjusting his offers to suit my needs. Buying a car is a painfully uncomfortable experience, and I definitely found myself at the receiving end of some manipulative sales tactics, but my experience at Toyota of Richardson was probably as good as it gets. I intend to go back there next time I have to buy a car, which, I hope, will be a long, long time from now.
Sean Russell and Steven Malcolm helped us trade in our Prius V for a new Camry. They were helpful, friendly and accommodating. It was no-pressure and overall positive car-buying experience.
Toyota has always been very professional. My service experience is good. I enjoy the hospitality for customers, coffee & cookie served in their locations.
