Sales experience was fine and the price I paid was fair, but the finance guy that we did final negotiations with lied about the extended warranty coverage (MPP) and did not provide any of the coverage paperwork prior to signing. I get the paperwork in the mail and it turns out the very specific thing I asked about is NOT COVERED, even though I directly asked about it twice. I call the dealership and talk to the director of finance and he tells me tough cookies, I can take it as written or cancel the warranty. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they are dishonest. All I wanted was something in writing from Toyota of Richardson saying they'd cover the parts, which are unlikely to fail in the warranty period anyways (hint, that's what warranties are for...).
