I have always had great service from really good people. Efficient, friendly and time aware.
I choose to come here to get my car serviced. From the time I arrive I am greeted with a smile. The employees are all very professional and friendly! Brandon always takes care of my Camry!
Would not buy from Toyota of Richardson again, They sold me a pre owned car and told me that everything was great on it, I decided to purchase it with cash and they said I can pick it up in a few days once it gets done being serviced and what not. What I did not know is that they day I picked up the vehicle while I was driving the transmission went out!!!!. They fixed it and fast forward 4 months they did not take care of the alignment, oil change, checking the mechanical parts. Now I am here with another $500 dollar repair on top of the $700 repair I have done simply because they did not do their job. Also the extended warranty I purchased when calling they told me only covers the power train not the engine and transmission problems. Calling was also a chore, when they asked for my name and vehicle no records came up that I had purchased a vehicle from them... Seems that I bought LEMON!!!
4 days back I took my car for oil change and state inspection to TOR Service Center. When I got car I did notice that one of my rear tire air cap was new and different color plus wheel rim was scratched. Seems they changed my TPMS for that tire. And it was right within 4 days begin having flashing TPMS sign on dash board. Why you guys screwed my TPMS? I took car back to TOR Service Center, service adviser was denying to check and accepting it is TOR fault plus asking I have to pay to replace TPMS. I will never go back to TOR service center and I will never ever recommend TOR to anyone. Stay away from them.
I came in for the vehicle 3rd light not coming on. Beth Anne Rose advisor didn t allow me to speak to the technician and was speaking as if she had the experience the Certify Techs have. Then the technician said someone had been messing with the wires and that they needed to rewire. The cost was going to be $482.89. I had a problem with that because they both lied to me. The advisor said at first that the tech said it only needed a lightbulb and the cost for that was $119.00 (for a lightbulb?) Wao. No, I argued this out and walked away. Do not let them bully you into paying them for what they don t know what they talk about. Worse service other than Toyota of Dallas.
Excellent service once again as my car was taken back immediately to test the battery. It was beyond dead. Under warranty, a new battery was installed and I was on my way in about 35 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased.
They are geat at helping people, especially Mr. Willie Pugh and Glenn. Thanks again.
Unlimited spam from this dealership even after unsubscribing. Seems like those options are ignored. It's been over 6 months after doing one of those online inquiries and I still get those emails from Internet Manager Nikki Marven about whether I'm in the market or not.
I have used the Toyota Service Center for years and have always had a pleasant experience. The customer service is excellent. Employees are friendly and anticipate what you need and offer help if you need it.

Friendly staff and willing to work with you. Just be careful with finance managers. Try to arrange own finance with local credit union or try online to see what options for financing are available. Better go prepared when you go. They will to sell unnecessary add ons.
I had an up and down experience here but in the end I am very satisfied with the end result. I worked with Yony and Michael in preowned sales and both were extremely helpful and worked very hard to figure out how to make the numbers work to get me into the truck I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.
Then we went over to finance and things didn't go very well since I wasn't interested in the mpp coverage. Dealt with Chase and he was very condescending and was extremely pushy about getting the extra coverage. When I again said I was not interested he seemed to get upset and there went the customer service and the lower interest rate he quoted us. Hardly said anything else the rest of the time and just told us where to sign the papers.
So then, a couple days after driving the truck I find damage to the top of the cab of the truck I bought that none of us had seen, not me, my wife, Yony or Michael. So I take it back being very upset that I just bought a damaged truck. Well no worries, Yony, Michael and Brian worked with me and ended up getting me into another Tacoma, same year and fewer miles.
I am very pleased with the way they handled this with me. They could've left me in the truck I had already signed papers on and drove off the lot but they made things right with me when they didn't have to and made me a very very satisfied repeat customer.
Cesar Rodriguez is the Best Person to talk to at this dealership!!!! He told me what the drive out price was and when I came that is exactly what I got. Not only that but the total process took half the time I had expected.

We bought a preowned 2020 Prius & were short one key fob & was promised it in a few days. It has been 3 weeks, many telephone calls with no responses or a key fob. Before we closed the deal the sales manager & sales person were constantly calling us. Once we paid for the car there was NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware of this dealership!

Poor sales experience with overly aggressive salesmen. Wanted to test drive a new vehicle, then view an older model to compare the two. I was promised after the test drive that seeing the used model would take only 10 minutes and was instead cornered into a sales pitch. I was explicit that I was not interested in buying that day throughout the whole process with multiple salesman. At one point a salesman suddenly put papers in front of me and asked me to "sign here." I asked what it was for and he said it's to agree to buy this car. I said no. He laughed, got up, and went to get his manager so he could try the same thing.
The sales man talks WAY too much. We learned his entire life story while spending all day there. We were exhausted from listening to him. He's extremely scattered. We came back at night to get our new car and he hadn't even gotten us a lender. We referred by a friend and that makes it even worse. The sales manager (young guy, very coy) was very rude and referred to us as a "situation" when finding a lender. We sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting on The salesman to finalize the sale. He comes to us after losing the paperwork and my husbands driver license and says well we can't do it, no one is here to sign off on it. The sales manager came out and said "there's nothing we can do, due to your situation, it needs special approval". They made us feel undesirable as a customer after filling our heads with BS all day. We would NEVER go back here and I will share it with everyone. Terrible service and they only care about making a sale. This morning I have found the same exact vehicle for about 2000 cheaper.
I disappointed with the service; it was the first time and it would be the last time to do the service at this location. The main reason for the visit was to replace the front brake pads for my Camry. I was told that the service would take 2 hours, but I waited 3 hours; that was not a problem. However, the problem is when I tested the brakes, it was the same efficiency as before as if no service was performed. Honestly, I usually go to Toyota of Plano whenever I need to do any service for my car. Unfortunately, this time I got a coupon to this location and that is why I went.
I will not recommend this location at all.

I went to 10+ dealerships got treated like trash because I'm 22 years old, was not taken seriously about the prices I wanted to work with. When I got to Toyota Richardson Waleed khan came up to me and instantly started working with me and was completely respectful. After the whole process I really thought "it can't be that easy". Great salesman, very respectful if I have anyone who wants a car, Waleed is the man!!
The good: Took vehicle here for body work (insurance claim), the paint and body work looks nice, appears to be good quality.
The bad: Passenger side headlight was not plugged into wiring harness at all. Had to remove all hardware for windshield wiper fluid tank and headlight assembly in order to get enough room to plug in the harness for the turn signal / high beam / low beam and the running lights.
I should submit an invoice for my time and labor. Easier to do it right my self than to take time off work to get them to fix their own errors.

OK experience with sales...after I got my vehicle, the small scratches should of been touched up, not done, the breaks began to squeal, supposedly they were looked at, nothing done. I had always heard good things about this dealership but it really is upsetting. Even spoke with a Manager and he was no help either, said he did not know what to do about the matter. Even financing was a pain, very aggressive until I complained. I've had better experiences
I had a terrific experience at Toyota of Richardson. I went in looking to trade the vehicle I had with one that would allow me to have lower payments. I spoke with the the new and used car sales staff and ended up working with the Sam Mau and Megan Montgomery in the Used Sales department. They worked very hard in getting me into another Toyota vehicle with lower payments. They were excellent. The entire process was seamless. Even when I met the Finance Manager, Mo Sherbi, he was thorough in explaining the entire process and every piece of paper I signed.
As I was sitting there waiting for Sam and Megan to work magic, I had the opportunity to listen to other sales personnel and their interactions with their respective clients. I was impressed with the professionalism and the genuine concern expressed in their meeting the needs of the customer. I was truly impressed.
If you are looking for an automobile and hate the thought of dealing with car salespersons, put that behind you and head to Toyota of Richardson. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Just traded in my old Tundra and purchased a used 2012 Platinum Tundra 4x4. Hands down best service I have experienced in my 6 year history of being a Toyota owner. Was using my local dealership, but their new management seem to forget the customer comes first, so decided to branch out.
Just ask for Jordan, RC or Gary. All stand up guys. Even though I had to drive an extra 20 min from my local dealership to get to them, it was well worth it.

I had my son's truck towed to Toyota of Richardson with a broken tire stud and ruined rim. They quoted $2,000 for a bunch of services I didn't need and even told me the truck required an oil change when it had been changes two weeks prior. Be careful what they are quoting. Replacement Rim and stud replacement cost me less than $300.

Somebody mentioned in the reviews but the African American used sales guy named Corey is a most horrible rude sale clerk I never encountered in any of other dealer shops. He hesitated printing out car fax reports upon my request. He said "we are trying to save papers". Whatever the basic questions I asked about some particular cars in their inventory, such as mileage, listed price, year, he goes "I don't know." It was so weird to see all the used cars in their inventory with not a single piece of information printed up front on the glass shield. And their web page showing their used car inventory is so large. But it was totally fake. It was only for attention getter to drag customers and sell different cars. No respect, no sincere attitude, no honesty, no professional manner. That's what you get there. My advice is before you start visiting dealerships, take a look at dealer rate websites. This shop got the lowest rate among all other Toyota with all negative comments of bad experience from customers who visited or purchased there.
I came in with a goal of the amount of a car payment that I could afford and your guys got me within $25 of my goal. Talai (spelling?) was very informed and well spoken (great accent). He and his boss, the father of five boys, did a wonderful job of crunching the numbers and therefore a deal was reached. This was the first time I ever bought a new car. Great first experience at the age of 60. I am blessed beyond measure. Thank you Toyota.

Terrible experience and a complete waste of time.. After receiving 3 or 4 calls regarding the season's deals, I decided to go over there because I've been planning to change my vehicle.. After more than 40mins wasted, they denied to provide me at least an idea of how much was going to be the price of any vehicle I liked.
I was interested in a rav4 or 4runner.
We filled a form with some information including the car and features I wanted. I Also mentioned that I have a good toyota vehicle that could use for trade.
He took my keys because the manager was going to "evaluate" my vehicle for the trade and offered me to try the "only 4 runner available". After that ride I took a look at the rav4s in the parking lot.
Afterwards, we went back to the office and started discussing the details and how much I was willing to pay. I said 600$, with a good credit score, and could give my car for trade or cash. After several times that "he went to talk with the manager" and tried to push me into saying yes to a vehicle, I said that was needing to have more information before making a decision.
Basically, he stated that these cars were in high demand and they only provide numbers or an idea to those who already decided buying.. He gave my keys back without any trade in value and refused to provide more information regarding the vehicles costs.
What's wrong with you? How am I purchasing something without knowing or having an idea of the price? You make people waste their time to tell that? I don't know if it is a company policy or just the sales guy trying to take advantage, but it was really crooked and wrong.. If this is the way they treat customers before having your money, don't want to know what happens after..
By the way, there are some specials deals on the vehicles which were not even mentioned by the sales guy. I guess they didn't want me to use any..
Today I received a called from one of their agents and explained the situation; shortly after, the manager called me without even apologizing and trying to fix things.

Very disappointed in Toyota of Richardson. Cici with the service department quoted me a tire rotation, oil change and replace front break pads. Went in to pick up my car and other things were added to my invoice the total charges were over 500.00. Her explantion she told me about the other repairs and all she could do is provide me with a 50.00 discount. Will never bring my car back to them.
By far the sorriest I have ever been treated by a dealership. I had been in contact with a salesman for week about a vehicle they had come to somewhat of an agreement on a vehicle and was told that if I give them a deposit that they would hold the vehicle until I could make it there as I was out of town working. I gave salesman my debit card Info and okayed the deposit to hold the vehicle. 4 days later salesman calls and say hey man they sold that truck last night and my deposit was only good for holding the numbers we agreed on. Not happy at all the truck that I was making the deal on was one that I had Been looking for with the options it had for months. Now all I m being told was oh we can probably find you another one by a sales manager I have called numerous times today left messages and no returned calls. I dont think that this is the proper way to do business.
If I could I would give this place a -1000 rating I would. My family and I got our Prius V, got flooded, fixed here with our insurance company and they would tell us one thing and do the complete opposite. They "fixed" our car and said we had 100 days warranty on the car. When we went to pick it up the car was not fixed, it was shaking and was making a weird sound, so we had to leave it there so that they could fix it again. The lady that we were working with Crystal was so nice, she said because they did not have any loaner cars that she would make it so we did not have to pay for our rental while they were fixing our car for the second time, thinking it would only take a day or two.
However, it took much longer and there were many more problems with the car then they thought. Now about 2 and a half weeks later. We had to continuously call every everyday asking about our car. They told us it would be done yesterday and that someone would call us but no call. Now today we call asking about our car and they said they were finishing up and it would be ready to pick up today.
When we asked about our rental, Kenny who took over working with us because Crystal went on vacation, told us that they were not going to cover the rental like Crystal had said. He said he would cover that one day but it would be between us and our insurance to cover it, even though Crystal had already set everything up with the rental company and our adjuster so that they would pay for the rental. When we told him what Crystal had told us he refused to accept this and said they would hold our car until the rental was paid in full, when we said we wanted to talk with our insurance adjuster to fix this problem with them. He hung up on us and then called the rental car company telling them Toyota of Richardson would only cover one day. When we received a call from the rental car company letting us know that Kenny from Toyota of Richardson called them to let them know what he was covering and to charge the rest to us we said we did not approve this but they told us they had already charged us and there was nothing they could do about it.
So not only did Kenny from Toyota of Richardson not try to work with us to resolve the problem with us he also gave permission that he did not have for them to charge us which I believe is a crime.
So thank you so much Kenny from Toyota of Richardson for not only making our experience with your company horrible and unforgettable in the worse way possible but Thank you for also ruining our Thanksgiving holiday because now my family has a negative balance and we have no money until this issue can get resoved, which you will not even try to work with or help us.
Oh and also they are not going to release our car unless we pay our deductible again even though this was under the same claim that they did not fix properly in the first place.
Will not ever do business with this Toyota ever again and the worst thing is I am and have always been a huge Toyota fan.
My eleven-year-old Tundra has been a great truck but as it approaches 90,000 miles there was a great deal of scheduled maintenance to be done if I wanted it to stay as totally reliable as I had come to expect it to be. Most particularly, one has needs to replace the timing belt (potentially a $1300 job). Many people don't bother but decide to just buy a new vehicle.
I chose to get the work done as I want to keep this truck many more years. I checked with three different shops including Toyota of Richardson. The three bids were $1300 (the Toyota bid), $1050, and $850. I chose the Toyota shop, even though higher, because past experience has given me great confidence in their shop. As it turned out the final bill came to be less than $900. Better work for a better price!!
We were treated very well. I thought Patrick did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The finance department thoroughly walked us through our options. I felt as though everyone we worked with took the time to talk to us, made real connections, and tried to make the car buying experience as enjoyable as possible. Can't complain.

Body shop has the worst customer services, after 3 weeks nobody knew that when my car will be ready. I received a call from Toyota body shop and the lady said that car will be ready on the week end, on Monday I called to check the status the car was not ready and no body knew that when car will be ready.
I have a bad experience in this location the 2guy i ment pretend they want to help me and make me happy but they are not they only want there pucket interest the way the things is going when I get there was fine but later I get there message I was pregnant and I was there since 10am and I left there 5pm with nothing and the finance doesn't work because of there self interest all what I will see in my emails is congratulations that I have taking a car home and my next bill pay by January imagine that
Had a great experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable and they take the time to make sure you are educated as well. We dealt with Anthony and Megan while purchasing a Honda Civic. They were both very professional and personable, and seem to enjoy what they do. Everything went very smoothly. I will say, however, the person who took care of us in finance might need to brush up a little on appropriate conversation. I don't remember his name. He just kept telling weird stories about his recent trip to San Francisco, which would have been fine had it not consisted of inappropriate stories about the homeless population defecating on the streets, topped with an anti-gay slur that just made me very uncomfortable. Other than that last part, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good deal on a car and a nice (Sales) staff to accommodate.
Just purchased a new car on 8/25/12 My Sales Team was Stephanie Robinson & Martin Mata, both are extremely pleasant and very easy going, I really dislike pushy and cliched car salespeople and they were not like that.
Stephanie was very knowledgeable on Toyota Camry and answered all my questions without hesitance. I learned New Impressive Details, so she did her homework.
Martin really stuck through with me to get me the best deal and he Did. When I mentioned that I was getting hungry he hooked me up with a burger. Real nice.

Great Customer Service. Great finance group as well. Everyone was very helpful to me and my family (especially my kids). Answered all our questions and helped us get in the truck that we wanted and worked with us to get the payments and price we wanted.
I bought my car back in July. All was great and I just had to wait on my license plates and registration. I have waited almost 5 months and have not received them. I have had to ask for two temp tags. I asked for another one yesterday since the current one expires on the 5th. They emailed me the SAME temp tag that I have now. I didn t think to check because the other temp tag came in fine.
I have my temp tags emailed since I live an hour away and my work and school schedule don t give me time to go to the dealership. No one can tell me why I haven t received my temp tags and I m really fed up. If you buy here, get ready for a run around since no one seems to know what s going on.
Have them immediately send an email with their promises because once the paperwork is signed, they won't remember

We bought our new car on 11/15/12 and love it. Harvey Wilson was the salesman and we had a positive experience with him. We especially appreciated the fact that he is so knowledgeable of the Toyota and gave us a good education on the product. Another plus is that he didn't make us feel pressured and worked until he found the car that we wanted. Even after the sale he has continued to be very willing to help us with miscellaneous items such as setting up our phones.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on April 13th and May 1st I had to buy 2 new tires bc they were warped and bulging from the inside after being stranded at Toyota dealership in Mississippi $368 later I was able to get back home. I was told by 2 mechanics that it was impossible that I caused this damage in 2 weeks of having the car so now I m fighting to be reimbursed. Very unhappy customer.
I went to the pre owned section of this dealer and was treated very disrespectfully. The sales manager was the most rude and unprofessional salesperson I have ever dealt with in my life. The whole place is very dirty and old. This place needs another manger because with the attitude he had, he doesn t qualify to be a sales manager.

This dealership lies to you. They told me I needed to have all these add on items to my car because I could not get approved for a loan, which is a lie. Then they said they would mail me my paperwork, when its illegal to not give me a copy of the paperwork at the time of sales. Two weeks goes by and I still did not have a copy, called in and they kept saying it would be in the mail. They are a bunch of con artist.

This dealership used to be 5 stars but has progressively gone downhill due to their service department. Since 2008, I've made 10 purchases here as well as have my maintenance done. Yesterday I took in my 4Runner to have the running board looked at. My normal service guy was out to lunch and no one bothered to tell me that until 30 minutes later. Another 10 minutes go by and still no other service adviser bothered to help me. While I understand not having an appointment slows things down, the very least another service adviser could have taken my information down and I would have been on my way. After 40 minutes, I finally gave up.
Oh, their was one lady that talked to me but acted like I was a burden due to me not having an appointment. I saw quiet a few people just standing around or walking by me that didn't even bother to ask me if I've been helped.
Toyota of Richardson has lost my business.
Went to Toyota McKinney today. In less than 10 minutes, they had me taken care of. Toyota of Richardson really needs to get their service department in order.

Great attitude from Harvey and Ben helped me decide on getting a new car from this dealership.
They make you promises then they go back it. The company who financed me at first fell through then the dealer found a new finance company and changed our deal and raised the price on my car by 1000$ then when I called them on their bs they lied and said they would give me the difference and its been over two month's and still no check for the difference beware this dealer they are liers and theives
Chose to buy a car here because I figured they were more reliable than buying it off a stranger or Craigslist but I was totally wrong. Was promised the car checks out and that if i experience any trouble I could come back and thet would helo me out. I was dumb enough to believe them. Came back with the car because I was experiencing loss of power they checked it out and confirmed the problem but did NOTHING about it and the warranty they give you is bs. Would not recommend, they are willing to say anything to sell cars but DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD.
