Went in for a recall and was surprised with the customer service!! My part came in fast (about a week when a few months was expected) and had it replaced within one day!! My car was returned gleaming and fresh afterward. Ask for Johnny!! He's great!!

We had a great experience purchasing a used car at Toyota of Richardson. We were helped by Mr. Saad Hatouqa who was polite and professional. He made our car purchase easy and answered all our questions. Also the gentleman at the finance department, whose name was Mustafa was very nice and very helpful. He made the purchase process smooth and we finished in no time. I love our new car and was happy to go to Toyota of Richardson for our car purchase.

First time on the New Car side but it was as painless as possible. Hector was honest with us at every step. He's even reached out to make sure we were good and not having any problems. My best experience at a car dealership ever, you cannot find this type of customer service these days. Hector made sure we understood every step of the process and brought in Nick to assist us further. These two were the most upfront and honest people we have met in the business. Thank you guys so much! I love my C-HR!

One of the worst experiences of my life. They made me sign paperwork agreeing to a purchase price. Next day, they tell me they've changed the price and I have to deal with it because I already signed. When I ask for the sales manager (Derrell Pinnock), he is nothing but rude and arrogant, even bragged about how much he makes!!! Incredible--who does that? I'm filing a complaint, but it sounds as though this bait-and-switch scheme is standard operating procedure. Please be careful!

After reading some of these less than perfect revi...

After reading some of these less than perfect reviews, I felt I had to respond. I recently bought a Toyota Sequoia from Toyota of Richardson and I cannot express enough how great of an experience I had.
From the start, my Salesperson, Aaron Grimshaw showed the utmost professionalism and worked very hard to make sure all my needs were met during and after the purchasing process. I have to say, I am not the easiest person to work with, but that did not stop him one bit from working hard for me! My wife even commented to me how respectful and courteous he was to her and our children.
All of the other staff here, from management to finance, were very polite and accommodating. At no point did I ever feel pressured or SOLD. If you want the VERY BEST car buying experience, then you have to go to Toyota of Richardson! Thank you again so much, you have earned a loyal customer for life. I will recommend all of my family, friends, and co-workers to come to this dealership.

we needed a car asap, and it was a long process...However the quality of customer service made the experience all the more better and worth the wait. I appreciate the patience of Charles the Pre-Owned Sales Person we worked with! He was ready to get us the best deal he could pull, If one of the sales people can be as kind as he was and still keep his professionalism it says well for the rest of the staff. I would recommend any one buying a car, to come to Toyota of Richardson!

This is my fifth Toyota purchase and I can say wit...

This is my fifth Toyota purchase and I can say without equivocation my best experience yet. Christina Soto is knowledgeable, welcoming, kind and genuine. She worked very hard to put me in the *exact* vehicle I wanted (Hybrid Camry SE!), knowing my budget, without trying to steer me to another vehicle without the features I wanted.

I would send anybody I know to purchase their Toyota from Christina and cannot say enough about how wonderful she made this experience. She called me the next day just to see how I was enjoying my beautiful car even though she knew how thrilled I was when I drove it off the lot.

Also must mention that Mark Anderson, sales manager, is unlike any other with whom I have dealt. You know how you typically never even see the sales manager except maybe through the glass of their booth? Mark was hands-on and spent time chatting with me after I signed paperwork while I was waiting on my new vehicle. Asked about my daughter and other details which showed he was paying attention and truly cared about me and my family, I was not just a number.

Do not hesitate to visit Toyota of Richardson. First class operation, start to finish.

Purchased a 2013 Highlander today from Josh and I have to say it was THE best car buying experience I've had. Josh was very relaxed and easy going. No pressure at all. He made the entire process quick and painless. He worked everything out for us without us having to do a single thing or go back and forth. He deserves 5star rating all the way. If 10 star was a choice, I would give it to him! He is on top of his game and then some! I have never bought a car so fast and easy!! Will definately go back to Josh when it's time to do it again!
That was the most stress free car buying experience ever!!!

Tried to get a oil and filter change along with st...

Tried to get a oil and filter change along with state inspection. Asked about a known bug with my 2015 Tundra computer where the entertainment system will just shut down and reboot. Was pleasantly suprised when the service advisor told me no problem...it's a known bug and we'll do the update during the service. Got up super early to drop off at first appt, rent a car and get to work. That's when Easy met me on the service drive. He told me it would be an additional $125. I explained that's not what I was quoted and his response was it didn't matter and that advisor was no longer working there. Really poor service choice to lose a customer this easily and petty. I took my business elsewhere.

I m at your service department as I write this review. This is the worst service and customer customer service of any car I ve had. They pretty much do not acknowledge you. No one ask questions and when I attempted to stop one of the men leading the cars in queue to the service building he pretty much brushed me off. I advise anyone that appreciate great customer service not to waste their time here. I m actually thinking of incurring a loss and going back to BMW. What a joke! Just plain rude.

I own a Nissan Quest but I think my mini-van days are over thanks to Omar Sherbi who personally assisted me in finding the car I never knew I always wanted. Thanks to him I will be able to own a 2015 Corolla on my next visit. Customer service was wonderful, very helpful, and comfortable. Never been so confident and sure about a car until Omar was there to help me out.

After being jerked around by one of the salesmen at McKinney Dodge/RAM, it was very refreshing to work with Jonathan Glasscock at Toyota of Richardson. I got a great deal and literally only spent 45 minutes in total at the dealership and I drove off in a brand new Tundra CrewMax!

JOHN GLASCOCK brings the whole brand of Toyota to all time low for customer service. The Toyota brand has been apart of my family for more than 15 years. I have experienced the brand as a "family" brand that caters to families. However, while my new vehicle was being prepared, which would take an estimated 3 hours. I asked someone if there was a courtesy computer I could use as I needed to check e-mails and watch a meeting. The person directed me to a set of computers( not being utilized by anyone) with the ability to browse online via Microsoft Edge. However the person (a showroom dealer) didn't know the password. He offered his computer which I used to check e-mails discovering I had a meeting to watch. The dealer needed his desk back at which point I asked if I could try one of the sets of computers again. I tried and was successful with locating the browser where I proceeded to pull up my meeting. A gentlemen (GLASCOCK) walked by several times looking, then appearing to clean, then making his way next to me to clean the other computer. He asked me a series of questions like was I being helped, who was helping me, I responded the dealer's name and then finally.....he told me what he intended to all along....the computers were for "customers" getting their vehicles serviced for service needs. My vehicle was getting serviced for me to take off the lot as again I trade in my vehicle for another vehicle from their lot. GLASCOCK's undertone was very RUDE, DISMISSIVE and UNWARRANTED. He didn't care that I was a single mother of a child with a disability-- which means my schedule is tight and I have to complete tasks as they come. Children are out of school children with disabilities have virtual therapies which means when I get home from this unexpected 3 hour wait I have to jump into mommy mode.No one was in line for the computer I was not doing anything inappropriate(Social media) as he observed while he stood beside me glancing over my shoulder "pretending" to clean. The showroom dealer represents the Toyota brand I am accustomed to which is going out of his way to accommodate the customer. When I informed GLASCOCK that my experience with the Toyota brand was the availability of a courtesy computer he told me, the computers were for "customers". Sometimes it's the little things that count I waited patiently, didn't cause an uproar, but felt very insignificant as a customer.

Neal was my sales associate and he was just amazin...

Neal was my sales associate and he was just amazing. From the moment I walked in he was upbeat and ready to help. At first we thought I couldn t get the car, but he didn t give up. I was surprised by a call the next morning to come back for my new corolla. If he wasn t so dedicated that never would ve happened for me. Him and his team made me feel at home and like I was priority. I highly recommend asking for neal when going to search a car at Toyota, and to be honest I wouldn t bother going anywhere else. They definitely have my business for the duration. Thank you guys! Especially Neal

Had a great experience a purchasing a pre-owned Lexus here at Toyota of Richardson. Compared to several other dealerships I've bought from in the past, the experience here was better from A-Z. The only suggestion I could make is to have a greeter at the door to the pre-owned department office.

Our salesman was named Tracy and he is great at what he does. Low pressure and polite, but also very willing to work and engage with us. The management and finance people were also great. Very efficient, flexible, and patient, yet respectful of our time.

I highly recommend this dealership to others.

Extremely bad service.

Extremely bad service.
1. Cheated my by not detailing the car, made everything difficult as soon as I signed the documents.
2. Above all, they added extended warrant and some service plan on my car without my knowledge and cunningly made me sign those documents (by adding them between my car agreement) saying it's a normal car buying procedure.
3. I called them at least 15 times and nobody bothered to help. They always say they will call back but never do.
4. I got my car documents 13 days after buying the car when I walked in their shop. They had promised me that they will mail me.
5. They misguide you a lot making up stories that are not true at all. Wells fargo told me I was pre-approved for a loan, but these guys told me they lowered my interest rate by adding warranty which is not even related.

I would not recommend going here at all as a first time buyer.

Horrible used car salesmen. Was told through email and phone that they would be able to price competitively with another Toyota dealership. Once I got there I went for a test drive and the dealer- Chad rarely talked and took a long phone call with another customer without asking. This added to the fact that I was new to the area didn't help. Once we came back I was offered a quote for the car with excess fees. After I showed them the advertisement for the competing dealership the sales manager came out, told me that the price was final despite being nearly 2000 above a fair price of surrounding dealerships. I just walked out after that.

I've only ever come here for service on my 2013 Prius and they always do an EXCELLENT job. I typically see Lee and he is always in an upbeat mood and provides amazing customer service. Toyota of Richardson is a little out of my way (I'm in Addison and there are probably several places over here that could help me out) but I go there every time I need help with service on my Pri. Thanks, guys!!

The service at this shop is fine. They get the job done but frequently are overwhelmed with customers and don't always have the time to discuss your car's needs. If you plan on dropping your car off after 2:00, expect to not get your car back within the day. They also recently canceled their shuttle service which used to run all day but now ends at 3:00.

After being in a car accident I was asked to bring my car in for an estimate so they can order parts and then have my car in for repairs. I took my car in and Bill immediately said my car was not safe to drive and immediately put me in a car rental. Although my car had quite a bit of damage, they were very quick, professional and attentive. My car was finished within a week even though they were getting a lot of work in due to storms and hail. I was very pleased with the way they handled my claim and would recommend them to anyone. They are definitely top notch and know how to take care of their customers. BIG Thanks to Bill for looking out for my safety first!!!

My girlfriend went to the service center for an oil change and an alignment. They charged her an extra $300 for simple things (air filters, fuel injection, etc.) without even telling her. As a mechanic, and a decent human being this bothers me. I'll be there with her next time and it won't be at this location.

Ps. The mechanics name is Lee Schuster. Be weary, people.

First time leasing a new vehicle (2019 Highlander) and I am extremely satisfied. I had been shopping around for a deal for quite some time and Toyota of Richardson gave me exactly what I was looking for. Patrick (fairly new salesman) was amazing! He was very attentive, very friendly, and really down to earth - he wasn t pressuring and trying to be salesy which was awesome! The fact that he put up with me means a lot! I am recommending him to anyone looking for a new Toyota. Also, Nick from finance was just as great, very informative and friendly. I felt like I was old friends with Patrick and Nick, which I have never ever felt with other salesmen/finance advisors ever before. Thank you Toyota of Richardson!

Bought a certified pre-owned 2017 RAV4 SE this past weekend. Working with JP and Aaron was great! Would highly recommend them as they were very helpful, friendly, and genuine guys to work with on my first car purchase. I had done my research and knew which car I was wanting to look at before I came in. They were unbelievably helpful, listened to the things I had questions and concerns about, and helped me to find an agreeable solution to each of them. Also, they were very willing to work with my schedule and considerately answer the questions of the friends I had brought with me to get a second opinion. Both JP and Aaron were approachable, men of their word, and made me feel like they had my back throughout the entire process. Personally, I would not recommend Robert, as his approach did not match my more laid back personality. But JP and Aaron, 5/5 would recommend for their customer service and integrity. Especially to any other first time car buyers!

They called me, I made an appointment. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Everything was efficient and hassle free.

I also asked them to give me an estimate on bodyshop repairs, which they did as well.

I would recommend that they commission a client experience mapping. It would be invaluable information on what the client sees, and might incrementally improve an already great business.

Place is filled with thieves. They try to deceive people, they discriminate. They tried to scam us in our earlier visit. We could ve report to the police since they took our signed papers and switched it behind our backs with an unsigned one. They tried to rob us; a fraudulent act. Cheap act for a well known big company. I will make sure to tell this story to everyone one I meet and how disgraceful you all are.

we bought a used truck in April 2018 for our sons ...

we bought a used truck in April 2018 for our sons first vehicle. we ve had nothing but issues. we looked and agreed to buy the truck before the paper was taken off and we drove it home in the dark. we had three people in the truck and my husband was driving it. well as soon as we get home and the paper was removed, my 14 yr old son noticed when the light was on the crack in the windshield exactly where the sales paper had been on. my husband brings it to the salesman s, Garry s attention and he was really nice about it and acted like it wouldn t be a problem to fix especially when the paper was right over it. he also said his manager would be able to pull up the original photos when they get vehicles before the paper covers it to see if the crack was there. he seemed very confident that they would have the photos of when they first recieved the truck and we were very confident the crack would be there because we knew he didn t hit anything. we went back and forth and the main problem was that the manager would say he would get back with us and not once has he. when i went in to ask to look at the photos all the manager pulled up was the photos they put up on the website that already had the sales paper covering up the crack. when you zoom in it s blurry but if you look close enough you can almost see the shadow of the crack from the sun but again it s too blurry to actually prove that. either way we had the truck one day, most managers wouldn t question it especially when they can t prove whether it was there or not so because he couldn t prove it and (chances are it was there since the paper covered it and we had the truck less than one day when we discovered it) he kept making up excuses saying he would ask his boss and get back with us and he never did. my husband even had an email where the manager stated he will let us know what they decide and still nothing. several messages on voicemails and still nothing.
the biggest problem was that we realized the a/c wasnt working as we test drove it so the salesman took it to service and they fixed it. got home and a few days later we realized the a/c wasn t blowing cold air again. so we took it back up there, left it a few days and they fixed it , a few weeks go buy and a/c again wasn t working so we took it back and left it a few days and when we went and picked it up, they tried to charge us for fixing it, even though we ve had problems with it since the day we bought it. now our truck is up there because again had an a/c problem. the a/c only turns on high and if you try anything lower it doesn t work at all. again we seem to keep having different problems after they ve fixed it this time the man calls and tells my husband they had to replace the truck blower motor and that it s going to cost $350 and coincidentally it s not related to the other and not under warranty, even though the a/c hasn t been truly fixed since we got it.
the horn also didn t work but they fixed that just fine. but if the horn wasn t working on a truck they sold then chances are they didn t actually check the truck out so they also most likely never noticed the crack on the right side of the windshield.
if you buy from these people, make sure all the things that belong in the truck are there also. we realized a few weeks after buying the truck that every one of the back seats headrests are gone. which is weird. but of course we can t say anything now.
we still have the texts from the salesman and my husband still has the email that the manager never replied back to. i m pretty sure his name was Aaron Grimshaw.
Common sense tells me if the horn wasn t working, there s a crack in the windshield, and the fact that no one noticed something wrong with the ac/blower and it still hasn t been fixed and seeing other reviews on true used sales side that they re not checking these used cars and trucks out. i feel like they re getting them traded in or out of auction and literally slapping a paper on it.

Our experience is one of the best we've ever had at any dealership.
