I tried to make it clear I was not looking to make a decision that day and that I just wanted to test drive the model I had been looking at. Luis was mostly helpful but willfully ignored that I did not want to make a decision that day. Kept going back to talk to his manager, come back with more paperwork, say I m so sorry, just one last thing and disappear for another five minutes. It was 8:30 pm, we told him we were hungry, weren't deciding today and just wanted to go home but he insisted we fill out more paperwork right then. I understand he gets commission but that was a really uncomfortable experience, definitely won t be back.
On the other hand, my boyfriend has taken his 4Runner to the service place several times and they re lovely!

My family & I am are returning customers to this location. Specifically because of the honest, open, friendly, & overall exceptional service we have been given from both the sales & service departments.
Our most recent visit was on 2/21/17 to purchase a car for my younger brother. Once again this location knocked it out the ballpark. We were helped by Andrew Williams (Salesman) & Derrell Pinnock (Manager).
They answered all our questions, worked with us to ensure we got the best bang for our buck, made us feel valued, & made sure we were both confident & knowledgable in our purchase.
My family has finally accepted that we are a Toyota family now. We plan to make our future purchases at this location.
On the service side, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Maybe I am just lucky but no matter which service advisor I have gotten. My questions get answered, they often bring me into the shop to look at any issues & both the advisors & mechanics have explained to me in detail what is what. They work with me on prioritizing repairs & try thier best to give me whatever discounts I am eligible for. As many times I am on a budget.
To be very honest, this dealership puts the horrible rumors you hear about dealerships to shame. Maybe it is one of those diamond in the roughs, or maybe this location chooses to swim against the tide. But I have come to trust this location more than any auto-shop.
Great dealership. I bought a used car from here and they were easy to work with without being a typical pushy salesmen. Definitely plan to return when it's time to replace my wife's car.
Purchased a used RX350. Was told it was never in an accident. Blind spot never worked and upon further inspection i found the vehicle had been in an accident and wasnt repaired. They just painted over the bumper but left the damages to tbe quarter panel and BSM untouched. This dealership has not taken resposibiliy leaving me with a broken vehicle. They are not honest. Stay away!!
I am feeling this place is like my own home been buying cars for the last eight years from Toyota of Richardson all I can say is thank you Toyota of Richardson for your great service
Jesus provides excellent service with my car and helping me find a new tire that was damaged at another company! He went above and beyond as a customer representative! Much appreciated!
By far the best car purchasing experience ever! Draper, James and Cesar went above and beyond to listen to our needs and found us the perfect vehicle in line with our price range.
Everyone did their best to accommodate things getting done in a timely manner from the service department. Thank you Katie, Richard and Scott. The sales department was very helpful with getting the vehicle I wanted. Thank you Jake Hall.
Horrible dealership. Came in to do the buy back program and they tried to do the bait and switch. As well as lie to me over the phone and tell me something different when I get there. Extremely Unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend coming here at all.
ouss Mahmoud provided excellent service!! We could not be more appreciative and very happy with his service. Definitely would recommend him and Richardson to our family and friends. He deserves the best rating and more. Thank you!! Tong Yi
Chad Pullai was my sales guy and Chase Vaughn was my finance guy. Both were very nice, easy to talk to. Made the car buying process more pleasant. I didn't feel like either was forcing me to take options I didn't want. They were there to give me what i was x looking for. :)
*SERVICE DEPARTMENT* Had my 2007 Prius towed in after a reverse-polarity jump-start. From the time I spoke to him on the phone before my car was towed in, Kevin M. was friendly, attentive, and patient. When I finally was ready to authorize repairs, it was done quickly. I'm glad I decided to go to a dealership for service!
If you want to buy a used car, go somewhere else.. Their salesperson does not have idea of the price online vs what they tell to customers. They don't know how to deal with customers.. Worst experience.
This location is conveniently located. They have a great inventory of vehicles. I came in to look at a Land Cruiser. Unfortunately on my last two visits I was not greeted or checked on.
Overall had a good experience here at Toyota of Richardson. Chad Pilai was very cooperative and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole car buying process. The finance manager, Bayron Posas, made the closing process very smooth and was very transparent and detailed when answering our questions. Both Chad and Bayron did an excellent job and will look forward to dealing with them in the future.
The whole experience at Toyota of Richardson was surreal, I kept waiting to be woken up from the dream. The salesman Randy Penn was extremely patinet with us and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs. While waiting to sign the final papers the manager checked on us twice and even made popcorn for us and served my wife and I. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and always dread the expereince but this was such a pleasant experience that we only wish we could afford to buy more vehicles from them. I give them 20 stars on a 10 star scale.
No complaints! They seem to try and work with you. It just sucks when you have payment history of paying on time and still need a co-signer. Never had one before not going to start now! Everyone was wonderful and friendly, very helpful. Maybe next time will do business.
I have been aToyota customer for 20 years and have always been happy with services until lately. Oil change wait time has gone up by more than double. I came on Monday and was told that the wait time will be 2,5 hours unless I had an appointment. So I made one for today, guess what, the wait time was 1.45 hrs. Really?! What was the point of making an appointment. Oh, well! My friendly neighborhood shop had me in and out in 20 minutes. Now a question will I ever bother wasting my time on the dealership? You guessed it!
I worked with Randy Penn and he found the exact car I was looking for when other dealerships said they wouldn t be able to get it, and he was responsive and quick to keep me in the loop of everything going on with the car buying purchase.
With a lease ending it was a must to stay in the Toyota family. After doing my due diligence I called up Toyota of Richardson. Could not be happier with Nick Williams and Ben Boyd who made the experience. I was happy with my lease agreement and their willingness to work with their clients. I couldn't be more satisfied with the dealer experience! I highly recommend going out and working with these men.
I had really bad experience my advise don't go there at all they try to steal your money they add about 1700$ when you buy new car and you have to pay for it even if you don't need it, also they push you to get your loan from them with very high interest even if you have your pre approved from your bank with much lower interest i bought 2 new cars this years the worst experience ever i had with toyota Richardson.
every thing is good and perfect.Every things are Excellent ,,, And Special Thanks to RODRIGO CARONE. assistant services Manager he is doing his Job in great way he's so helpful, thank you very much Toyota for this Great team work.
Best Car Buying Experience! After 2 other dealers we came by to see Fahed, a Terrific salesman! He went above and beyond is order to accommodate our budget and car needs. He also set in through the finance process to help oversee finalization. Both Jeff & Nick worked diligently with the credit lenders and Toyota of Richardson gave us their lowest price on all our car options with out hesitation. I will be coming back for my next car... 5 stars!
Walked in to the dealership to check out a 2016 Scion FR-S they had on hand. Did not expect to walk out with a car that day but we made the deal! My salesmen John Phan was awesome, really laid back and helpful. He kept in touch with me even after purchasing the car to make sure all my needs were met. Highly recommended!
Old Review: Zactac was done poorly. It still smells like mold in my car New: It's not a Zactac problem. The carpet needs to be removed because of the rain and my seals were too lose at the time.
I ve been to the dealership a few times and Nick Williams is the one person I always go to. He is very excellent at his job, I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
The people were very friendly. When they had to order a part they didn't have they explained and apologized asking me to return in a week when they called me. I think their waiting rooms need to be more welcoming with cheerful paint and wall decor since you sometimes have to wait awhile. Also creating a small corner for children to play, air freshener auto released would make it more pleasant to wait in. They need to turn off the soap operas & put on family friendly channels. What they have going for them is friendly, courteous, and an efficient team of workers. I highly recommend Toyota of Richardson.
Haven't been too happy with this dealership so far. Felt like I got kind of rushed to get the car I did. I wanted to look at some different examples, but kept having one car pushed on me. Even got told if you have bad credit the bank will only approve a loan for a higher amount? Huh?? They've taken forever to finalize the sale on the back end, kept forgetting to tell me about any documents they needed, all while saying everything was good to go at least a couple times. Now by October I will have made 2 payments on a trade-in I don't even have anymore. I guess for people in a tough spot you can throw out customer service? My advice, please be prompt and take initiative in order to settle the background stuff as quickly as possible. And let people shop a little. I've never owned a Toyota, but I know which one would of worked for my financial situation.
1st client July 2019, great understanding my busy work schedule worked with me extending the rental car, nice complimentary car wash coupon, knowledgable team, quick to correct their mistakes and make everything perfect! Happy to have chosen a reliable Toyota Scion XB cute cars
They are a ball of pickpockets, the sellers grab a year I bought a new 4runner and when they delivered it to me it had already been used it had 4000 miles and I bought it 0 miles the seller's name is Omar rodriguez I want to know if I can sue him and he returns me, pay 42,000 dollars for that truck used without control or mats without gear lever sleeve pay more than 1200 dollars for those parts
I have purchased 4 cars now from Toyota and love my 2018 Camry. I used to go to Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney, they had a big change in staff. I realized I could get the same service closer to home so now I use Toyota of Richardson. Crystal Maldonado is my advisor and she is very pleasant & professional.
I would love if Toyota would add the additional things we need on our cars to maintain them properly in our extended warranty that we purchased from them for piece of mind. I had to do an alignment and it was an extra $100 I was not planning on spending.
I would definitely recommend going to Toyota of Richardson, from the sales team to the managers (specifically David) I've never been more impressed. They make car buying enjoyable. We will come to Toyota of Richardson from Colorado for all of our purchases from now on!
I was looking to buy a used Toyota Sienna. I looked on the Internet. They had a nice selection of both used and new vehicles. I called and spoke to Nathan Deneau. I told hIm what I was looking for. He said he would make it worth my time to come out and look. I looked at the used and new Sienna's just for comparison. Nathan was extremely helpful. He offered us a deal on a new Sienna we couldn't pass on. I honestly can say this was the best experience I have had buying a car. Nathan was so helpful and nice. If you need a great salesman ask for Nathan Deneau. If you are in the market for a Toyota, go to Richardson Toyota and ask for Nathan.
I am very happy with my experience at Toyota of Richardson. Manny Hameed Is our go to guy who helps me and my husband Understand about our forerunner. He is Fantastic and helps us understand just what our vehicle needs. We are very grateful to this Toyota dealership for having such A brilliant and caring communicator such as Manny. Robert & Karen Nickell
I went there on 03/16/13 to look at a Tacoma I saw online. I had called ahead and Sam Mau answered the phone and followed up with me so when I went in, I asked for him. He was helpful right from the start. I was able to quickly test drive the truck and then negotiated a good price. They gave me a decent amount for my trade in. Sam got Mo Sherbi, the fianance manager, involved and he was great to work with. He got me a great rate that I was very happy with and was easy to work with. I would definately do business with them again.
Very horrible experience. Came in to inquire about a used Lexus. Told them I was also interested in another Lexus as well to keep my options open. Ryan our sales person was very aggressive and almost trying to force me to run my credit even after we said no. Constantly asking about the other car and why we should not buy it. At one point he snatched a piece of paper off of the table just because we asked for our keys back. Don t understand why he was so forceful and aggressive about a car! Went on a test drive and didn t tell me anything about the car. It was my first time driving and I at least wanted to know about the freaking car. Just overall felt like they were forcing me to buy and then had the audacity to get an attitude when I said I m keeping my options open. I suggest you go to another dealership where they care about your feelings and not just your money.
I've bought my last 2 cars at this dealership and have had my cars serviced at Toyota of Richardson for the past 10+ years. I've always been treated fairly and received excellent service.
I went to Toyota of Richardson because I was referred by John Gongre at Grapevine Ford, my Ford man. Aaron Grimshaw, Tracy Brown and Jordan Allen, thank you again. It was a wonderful experience.
I purchased a Tacoma recently at Toyota of Richardson, and had an excellent experience. My sales person was Don King who was very plesant to work with. The general sales manager Cesar Sotelo stopped by to check in on me and make sure I had an exceptional experience. He even gave me his card and welcomed me to contact him personally if I ever need anything. Everyone I met was sincere and helpful from the smiling receptionist who greeted me when I first walked in to the gentelman who did my finance paperwork. I will certainly recommend this dealership to my friends and family!
I did a down payment of 1500$ 2 weeks ago but at the end i got a better deal somewhere else and they said they were gonna return my money back in my card and it passed two weeks already and nothing yet and they told me it would only take a couple of days to receive it.....this is the worst dealership ever
Terrible experience, they made me wait for hours saying sales director is trying to negotiate a deal. I just stepped out after 2 hours. Cesar is just so rude, he wont even bother talking to you. I started with my salesperson and when he realized that we will not be able to afford the car shown to us, he started screaming at us instead of giving us more options. Terrible experience, not going back, plain ripoff.
Spectacular customer service! I have had bad experiences with finance at other dealers. But Ryan Siegel is completely unlike them. I'm sending all of my friends and family here from now on.
Pre and post buy processes were amazing. Mike Plazek was our salesman. He was very friendly, yet professional. He was right on with everything he said. He let us know what our payments were before we even went to financing. The price never changed throughout the process. Danny and Mo in financing made everything seamless and easy. Toyota of Richardson has the best crew around. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for best dealership experience we have ever had.
There literally was/is a line of Toyota's reaching into the street waiting for svc. My appointment was for 12:30pm. I was completely ignored by their svc advisors to the point I finally had to walk inside and ask for a manager. The excuse I received was sorry we are really busy. Well no kidding but someone could at least greet me instead of ignoring me. I've written positive reviews for the svc received from other Toyota stores I've done business in the past however unfortunately this was not my experience today.
Don't go there. I scheduled my 5000 mile service for 0945 on 07 April 2016 and expected Richardson Toyota to honor that time. First, the service department is way behind the dealership on a separate road; that would have been nice to know. We pulled into the dealership and thought the service department may have been in the back. Upon driving towards the back, where there were plenty of cars, their lot had huge chunks of concrete missing which created at least a 6 inch pot hole. When I arrived on time for my appointment, there was a line at service department which wasn't moving. I saw employees standing around, talking, but not moving the line. Although it may be a longer drive to another dealer, that is exactly what I will do for all future service needed for my Toyota. Unfortunately, this will be a huge loss for Richardson Toyota as I tend to keep cars for a very long time. I've owned my second car for 18 years and it's still going strong. Richardson Toyota receives one star simply for existing as that requires some effort.
Presales and financing were great, but after sales services was a bit lacking.
When I ve purchased vehicles in the past, the dealer usually gets in the vehicle with me and goes through basic controls and setup. That s an important step today, especially with so many additional electronic hookups.
I got my car play all hooked up, and to be honest it s really simple once you know what to do, but it took me 3 hours and a lot of frustration to figure out what the dealer could have done with me in less than 5 minutes.
Be sure to ask for a basic post sale walkthrough.
Also, why do car dealerships still use dot-matrix printers? The rest of the world has moved on already.
I just bought two new cars for my wife and myself and Lonnie was our salesman. He was great it was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle from start to finish. He was able to get us a rate that was amazing and also get us good value on our trade in s.
We bought a 2020 Toyota Camry XLE and a Toyota Camry LE 2020.
I would highly recommend Toyota Richardson and Lonnie.
I just purchased another vehicle from Toyota of Richardson. I have been buying and maintaining my Toyota vehicles here for over 12 years. When I walked into the showroom I was met by James Wang who is polite and professional salesmen. James asked me what I was looking for and found two vehicles for me right away which met my criteria. He had both keys delivered, and then we took two test drives. I decided on a 2014 Toyota Tacoma TSS. I bought my 2002 Toyota Tacoma from and have had it serviced at Toyota of Richardson. I was trading in my 02 Tacoma for a brand new 2014 Tacoma. When it came time to talk number with Toyota of Richardson they came in with a very competitive trade in offer which I couldn t refuse and a great price for my 2014 Tacoma. At no time did I feel pressured by James or anyone else during the buying process. Toyota of Richardson also set up financing with 2014 Tacoma with Toyota Financial Services which they match my low pre-qualifying interest offer I got from my credit union. The financial representative was just as professional and courteous as James Wang. I was in and out of finance with only the products I wanted to purchase in no time. I had another pleasant buying experience at Toyota of Richardson which has been and continues to be a top notch dealership in sales and service. I highly recommend Toyota of Richardson.
I had the pleasure of having Anthony Sabu work with me to find the right pre-owned vehicle for me. I was completely satisfied with the experience and recommend that you visit Anthony for the purchase of your next vehicle.
It was the worst car delearship expierence in my life. They are not there to sell cars but to insult people.KB is the worst salesman and he ripped our paper. That are not professional salesman. They sit for nothing but just to insult. Im calling Berkshire Hathaway corp. Office on them. Dont go there its my suggestion to everyone.
We just been there and their sales representative was such a rude guy and no any customer service skills We came to get a car but because of such representative we get out
I recently bought a car from Toyota of Richardson. It was an nice experience. My Salesman name was Tracey Brown. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase here.
Wonderful car buying experience with Rahman at Toyota of Richardson ...... He Is really a very nice guy. Very helpful, polite and understanding. We enjoyed our car buying experience with him..... Thank you so much Rahman.
The Sales Manager Rachid took great care of me. If you are looking for a Toyota, go see Rachid, he will make sure you get a great deal and will treat you like family.
I have always had great service at Toyota of Richardson until my last visit. My 4-runner had a recall and I brought it in. They took over a month to complete the recall which they did warn me about. I was in a rental (dodge journey) until it was repaired. They did not provide updates I had to call to follow up. Finally they called me on a Saturday to pick the car up. I came within two hours of them calling. Everything was fine until I saw a $50 charge from enterprise plus the fees for tolls. Enterprise let me know Toyota charged me for a days rental. I have called Toyota three time to get this resolved with no reply! Over it and next I will drive to Toyota Frisco. Disappointed by the entire experience.
I'm sorry to say that I had a bad experience with the salesman Omar, at Toyota Richardson. When we were buying our van,he explained to us what the price would be. Unfortunately, my family is not the best when it comes to reading so we put our trust into him and signed the papers. After 1 year, we wanted to pay off the car, they said we had to pay way more then what Omar had told us on that day. I hate how your dealership played us like a game. I just wish dealerships were more true and morally correct
Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. This was the eadiest and best car buying experience we have ever had. We told them what we wanted and that s exactly what we got. We Love Toyota of Richardson.
Don't buy car from them especially Omar. They will tell you one thing and don't keep to their words. They don't give a F about their customers the moment you buy a car and drive off. I, my friends, my family and everyone I know will NEVER do business with Toyota of Richardson again.
I had gone to other dealerships trying to get a car and had no luck because I didn't have credit. I'm so glad I came here, Waleed was very helpful during the whole process. The staff was awesome and I had a wonderful experience
Excellent experience working with Bruce Donnelly. Made a reasonable offer and accepted a reasonable counter. Bruce took care of everything else and got my 4Runner in ahead of schedule. 10/10 would buy again.
Working with Terry was a quick easy process if every salesperson were like him they would probably sell a ton more cars. He's straight to the point no BS bottom line pricing. Pleasure to work with
The service here was amazing. They gave me an amazing deal on a new car!! Omar Sherbi was my seals man who did an awesome job. Ben Boyd also helped me with the finances and getting a low APR. These men were very prompt and helpful. Thank you Omar for all the hard work!!
First of all, you should know that "Toyota of Richardson" is a fully owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway - a multinational Insurance conglomerate. At best, you'll pay slightly more than at other dealerships for your vehicle here, but then you'll get screwed over by the Finance Mgrs. who are incentivised to stick things like "Paint lusterizing" (Wax) or "ZakTek" (Armorall) treatments. These idiots will wipe down your leather seats with Armorall and charge you $750 for it. I had to have the contract re-done 4 times because the slippery Finance Mgr. kept putting in a Service Contract that added $3000 to the price.
These people are very slippery. The dealership itself is dirty, small, congested. The free coffee and soda is always empty.
I felt like I had to post this review. I literally saw a salesperson on a laptop when I was waiting for my car to be serviced - he was posing as a customer and writing a review on this site and on Yelp.
I'd strongly encourage anybody to buy their car somewhere else.
Btw, as I read most of the positively glowing reviews that mention somebody or so-and-so by name, I see that nearly all of these reviews have been made by people whose only review is for Toyota of Richardson. Hmmm, coincidental? C'mon Employees at Toyota - if you're gonna pat yourselves on the back with fake reviews, you might consider writing more than just one review, for anything else at all, to establish some credibility.
Excellent buying experience. Joe Thai (salesperson) is honest and willing to provide me with the best possible price. I purchased a new Sienna XLE on 12/20/2018 from Toyota of Richardson
Went in for an oil change while back. Needless to say my advisor didn t know what she was doing. I even mentioned to her I was an advisor before so I know what to look for. An hour later oil change is finished and she says car is ready and walks me to my car. I asked her about the MPI her response-umm umm yeah umm I ll email it to you. I said why don t you have it here right now? And she just shrugged and wanted me to leave. Anyhow I got the MPI about couple of hours later with some recommendations. I went over to look at the recommendations and not being surprised they didn t check anything. They just made up stuff. My advice to the advisor if you don t know what s going on or this is your first time being an advisor. It s ok to say let me look into it for you or something in that nature. Please see below on the recs. That they gave me.
The parts department at this dealer ship refuses to stand behind their parts. 77k on a 2015 Tundra, rack & pinion needs replacement. Purchased the new rack and pinion from Toyota of Richardson, after 2629 miles an inner tie rod is defective and they refuse to warranty it. Four calls have been made to resolve this issue and they have failed to return phone calls. Their refusal to remedy this issue dictates further action.
Bayron took care of my new Camrys paperwork, the process was very quick and easy, thank you for the great customer service Toyota of Richardson. Also our salesperson Shivam Patel was very helpful.
This is the best Toyota dealership to do business with in town. From sales to parts to service. Sales and parts is who I d like to commend the most ! The parts dept I ve been doing business with for over ten years. They are the busiest and best in town. They will help you in any way possible. Matter of fact they will go out of there way to help you in any way they can. Sales dept they try hard lol. Service could definitely use a little improvement on customer service ... sometimes they are just so packed they forget to focus on one person. I understand the frustration so I m not gonna change the 5 star review for the whole dealership because of one person but yeah
I bought the car at 2018 , they sold it to me as clean never had any accident, and when I'm trying to add parking sensors to my car I found out that there was old damage and the fixed it and hide it, do not trust the sales and check the car carefully . I suppose to change my car but after this I will mot change and deal with them.
I've never had anyone that was so genuine and trustworthy to actually help me and my vehicle to get back up and running as fast as possible and not break the bank!! So glad I got a 2nd opinion (knock sensor failure) and highly recommend service advisor Allan..I will be saving up for some other repairs (battery, rear wiper, shocks & struts) and returning to have them fixed here!!
My husband and I took time to visit Toyota of Richardson for the first time Thursday, December 13, 2018, at 6:30pm, directly after long days at work. When we walked in the door we were greeted by Yuesef, and taken to his desk. He asked me the basic questions about the kind of vehicle I was looking for, then of course, proceeded to run my credit. After running my credit, and going over the car note I would be paying on a new car versus a used car, I decided that I would be okay with a used car. Yuesef then escorted my husband and I to the side of the dealership where the used car salesman were set up. There was a completely different vibe there, from the atmosphere, to the noticeable attitudes. It was like a totally different world! Yuesef went to the main office, I assume to inform someone that we were there. When he came out, he asked us to have a seat, and told us that someone would get with us in a few minutes. He shook our hands, thank us for our business, and he left. Well, a few minutes turned into 20 minutes of 5 different salesmen walking pass us and staring. No one asked if we needed assistance; they just continued walking pass us like we didn't exist. Eventually, I begin to feel very uncomfortable and begin to silently complain to my husband due to irritation. I had an immediate thought that our wait time may have been due to the color of our skin. My husband finally grabbed the attention of one of the salesmen walking by, and informed him of our wait time, and that no one had assisted us yet. Of course the guy says, "Oh, we thought someone had helped you already, that's why none of us said anything." Well common sense says, even if you thought someone helped us already, stop and make sure, right?? Anyway, a different salesman finally came to assist us, the one I had hoped we didn't get, due to him looking like he didn't want to work anyway. He comes over, doesn't introduce himself, makes another excuse as to why it took so long for someone to notice us, asked me what kind of vehicle I want, asks for my identification, writes my information down on a form, asks me to sign it, then walks off into another office where he stayed for about 10 minutes. I know he wasn't running my credit again, because he said that there was no need to run the credit again, due to Yuesef already running it on the first side of the dealership. So now we've been in their department for over 30 minutes, and still haven't gotten anywhere! When he comes back, he says in the slowest, mono-toned, nonchalant voice, "We're not going to be able to help you with the trade-in. I don't want to waste you guys time." HOW SWAY, you mean you don't want to waste ANYMORE of our time. So as not to lose my cool, my husband quickly said thank you and we left. The guy didn't even TRY; he obviously didn't mind giving us the vibe of not wanting to assist us, and not wanting to be there. So my question to you Toyota is, should you hire employees who want to assist someone no matter the time of day, or should you continue to hire employees who only want to assist customers when it's convenient for them? Because, in all honesty, we truly felt like we were an inconvenience. If our money is an inconvenience, then maybe we shouldn't do business with Toyota, and just go to Volkswagon. As a matter of fact, if I didn't have to give a star to post this review, I wouldn't.
I've been going here for all things maintenance for my 2012 Corolla. The folks here are always friendly and transparent. My vehicle continues to run smoothly thanks to their good work.
