I couldn t have found a more professional staff than I found at Toyota of Richardson. I had been looking for a specific car for some time, and had dealt with most of the Toyota dealerships in the area. I had a great on-line experience, with regard to this car and this dealership. The salesman was patient, helpful, and accommodating for all my quirks. I couldn t believe the salesman actually knew details about the car (this was not true with prior salesmen/dealerships I tried to work-with). I had been shopping for this car all year! Thank you. PS. You need new chairs in the waiting room!!
