I have bought my fair share of new and used vehicles and usually only post somewhere for poor service, but felt compelled to post here when I just got a voicemail to follow up on how I m doing since it s been a year since I purchased my vehicle. In the years time, I ve been in for routine maintenance and had really fast, honest service and have never been pressured to upgrade service or buy a filter I didn t need. From looking, to negotiating, purchasing to servicing I ve had amazing service. I m sure my name is on rotation to call after a year, but I like that that s one of their policies and makes me feel valued as a customer. Keep it up - am now a Toyota of Richardson customer for life.

I've bought 2 cars (2014 & 2015 Prius C) from Martin Walsh and he's always been awesome! Ben in the finance dept. has helped me with both cars and he is fantastic as well. Go see these guys if you stop in here. Give both of them raises. They are great at their jobs and deserve it!!!!!

I am going to make an effort writing a review (I usually never do) because I would not want anyone else to experience the same way I did. Their service is horrible, so why bother! Their car wash was terrible even the rain itself can do a better job. I even pointed it that it was still dirty. Nope, they dont care...

The tech did not fill out the oil and the belly pan was loosed. The owner's manual recommended 5w30 and this dealer wants to put in 0w20 to cut costs. I told the service manager I want 5w30 only. They said they can do, but I dont know.

Great customer service. Always use genuine toyaata parts. They do stand by the workmanship. I replaced breakpads on my vehicle at delearship. But had to take it back, as the vehicle was making some squeaking sound every time I used the breaks for stop.

Took the vehicle back after 3 weeks to get the issue checked out. The service advisor gave me all the information and eventually let me know, issue was a result of faulty workmanship during resurfacing of rotors. They replaced rear break pads and rotors on my vehicle at their expense.

Only complaint I have is that, they didn't compensate for the time I spent waiting at the delearship. Well, at least I am happy the car was fixed and if there are any further issues I will be covered.

I will recommend all Toyota owners to always get the vehicle serviced at the delearship. It is a little price but rest assured they will do great job.

Bought my Camry here dealing with Joe Thai and Teddy Luu. They were nice when I bought it, fast forward to 3 months later, I had some questions about my extended warranty that I bought from them. Called Teddy at 3.30P and he picked up the phone told him about my questions and he said he would look it up and get back to me. Waited until 5.30 and I got nothing so instead of waiting for him to get back to me thru the phone. I got to the dealership and when the receptionist called for him, he came out within 3min. That tells me that he could have called me any momments then but didnt because he knew he is not gaining anything from this. They were so nice and such a pleasant to deal with when we brought the big money to them, but right after that is over, Teddy avoided me as much as he can and he did not look happy to assist me when I saw him in person. I feel like I was scammed.

They had a good customer service! I got my car from Toyota of Dallas and I regret it! The folks at Toyota of Richardson take the time to explain in detail what s wrong with your car, they give you a breakdown paper so you can really understand and they price match their tires! They also give you other options (pricy, expensive, and luxury). I mean what else can you ask for? Chase and Felix were really helpful. If I was their employer I would be proud of the work they do! Thanks guys.

I made an appointment for a standard 5k mile service for 7am. I was told I only needed a tire rotation and oil change. I have been sitting in the customer lounge for over an hour and a half, and when I went to check on the status they said "about 10 more minutes." If I knew this was going to happen, I would have gone to Walmart and had the same service but would have been on my way to work in 20 minutes. The reason for even making an appointment was so I could get it done before work since that is the only time I have to do it. Now I'm late for work and still waiting on my car. Not sure why they even bother asking their customers to make appointments.

Bought a new car was lied to in the finance office. I asked about specific coverage and was told I was covered. Come to find out I do not. Plus was sold on additional coverage that it also turns out that I do not have. Lie after lie to make a sale. Stay away from this dishonest dealer. Guess it's my fault for not reading all the fine print but that does not change the fact that I was lied to. Sitting in the dealership right now canceling the warranty...will feel good once it's canceled. Well I was also told I had 60 days to cancel for full refund...turns out its only 30. The thing is I knew it was 30 and was reassured it was 60. I'm still going to cancel and will not spen another dime with these lier's.

After visiting 5 Toyota dealerships, we ended up going back to Toyota of Richardson to buy our new 2020 Camry. The primary reason we decided to buy our Camry here is Jay Siwan. Out of all the salespeople we met, he was at the top of our list. He wasn t pushy. He gave us our space. Didn t try to use any sales gimmicks. And he worked hard for us to get us an amazing price. We also loved all the personal there. As soon as we approach the building, there s someone trying to help guide you. Even if you re there to see a different salesperson, they guide you to them with enthusiasm. Even Mo Rezaei, in the finance was great. I recommend this dealership to everybody.

I know there are a lot of mixed comments about Toyota of Richardson, here on google as well as yelp. I am verified buyer of brand new Corolla and they have been just phenomenal to us. We are from Arkansas and they price matched across state. We got the lowest price vs. all dealerships in Dallas areas as well as Little Rock. We have used Sam s club auto buying program. Some dealerships even doubted that the car we want can be sold for that price. Bottom line we came couple hours before closure on Saturday, got VIP treatment by William and Hector from sales, and Mo from finance. I was in the market for a 2011 Toyota Corolla S and had found one at a local dealership that my brother worked at, while working the deal with him I noticed that Toyota of Richardson had a better deal. My own brother couldn't match what they were offering me!! My salesman Dionisio Montes was incredible. He was very professional yet not pushy and worked with me to meet all the needs and wants that I had come in with. He did an awesome job of taking care of me as well as following up with me after I had made the purchase. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Excellent service!!

You know sometimes you feel you have an idea of what car you might like, you spend so much money getting it then you realize it was just not "the one". Sam Mau opened my eyes to see that i do not need a stepping stone car but then getting that dream car is very do-able at Toyota of Richardson. I have always only had dreams about driving a Lexus but Sam Mau made me an offer I just could not refuse. I now read the reviews of this Lexus I got and I am beginning maybe Sam really gave up too much for selling the Lexus because the prices i am seeing now are over twice what I paid for. I am now a regular retail associate driving the luxurious "Lexus" Who would have thought. Go to Toyota of Richardson and Sam Mau will do it for you to. His communication skills, patience and understanding are just priceless and he knows how to get you what you how at how much you want it.

I just went to Toyota of Richardson Parts Department for an air cabin filter. They wanted $26 dollars for the filter. To yours of McKinney charges $19. Can we say price hike on the exact same filter. Service rep matched the price. This goes to show that the dealerships make up their own prices and don t practice the same charges across the board. Shame on you. I only wonder what you would have charged me to do the labor.

Had a great buying experience with Waleed Khan, Travis Uriegas from internet sales, and Ricardo Rivas from the finance department. Although this was my first time buying a vehicle myself, I've had many experiences tagging along with my dad and my uncles who will haggle for hours on end. I also shopped around the Dallas metroplex area at other Toyota dealerships as well as Toyota dealerships both north and south of Dallas to compare and see who could give me the best pricing and rate. In the end it was Toyota of Richardson who was the most patient and respectful. In addition to that they also offered the most fair price with the best interest rate. Their rates were even comparable to that of the east and west coast because I looked in that general direction as well. I would recommend buying your Toyota here. The staff here represents the top 1% of honest car salesmen.

Despite a 25 min drive from Plano I selected Toyota Richardson for servicing my 2015 Camry based on my friend s recommendation. It seems to be a very popular place and it took almost 2 hrs to get an oil change despite booking my appointment online in advance. I really appreciate Kevin the service rep for keeping me updated regularly about the service and the completion time. They had a few recommendations on urgent service but were never pushy and left the final decision to my discretion. Would definitely go back there for my needs.

I purchased a used certified vehicle and the sales people were great and willing to negotiate on the purchase price and I got the vehicle for a good price. The finance department worked with me and I got a a terrific financing rate and the extended warranty at a great price. I had the pleasure of dealing with the assistant finance director, Ben Boyd, who answered all my questions and concerns and accommodated my requests. He was simply fantastic and provided me with outstanding customer service.

Awful sales experience with even worse service. It took me almost 9 hours to purchase my vehicle because they would promise me one thing and then go back and say they couldn't do that anymore. It was ridiculous. Negotiating over and over. Finally agree to purchase the car and then finance wouldn't sell me what the sales staff had promised me. Completely ludicrous. They will tell you anything to make a sale and won't stand by it at all. I purchased a warranty that I was explicitly told would cover dents and dings to my vehicle. When I schedule a service to have them repaired, guess what, my warranty doesn't cover that at all. Another lie. I just didn't catch this one. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Even if they have the car you want, you're better off somewhere else.

I almost never write reviews but had to on this one. Also, I don't know about the showroom I didn't buy here, but the service center allows sham car glass repair guys who are there just to collect the first free no-deductble claim on your car glass to hound you into fixing a chip that is going to spread and destroy the wind shield when its really not needed at all. I had a battery installed by them that the next time I came back in a couple of months were saying I need a new one already. Same with the brakes. the brakes were good enough to go for 6 months after they said it needed to be replaced. Makes you wonder if they are lying or installed old ones in the first place. the service center is a rip off.

I moved to the area over seven years ago when my Tacoma was only about a year old. It was my first new car I ever bought. Anyways bought used. I needed a place to continue my complimentary two-year service plan (don't know if they still offer that on new vehicles). I thought that Toyota of Richardson was the closest to my home, so I chose to go there and I'm glad I did! Lee Schuster is a great service manager and had anyways been straight forward with me. The shuttle service, the complimentary rental cars, friendly people, and knowing that my maintenance is done right had kept me coming back to Toyota of Richardson even though there are other, more convenient Toyota locations for me. Thanks Lee and all the team at ToR!

I was at this car lot for 3 hours and still left without a car. The dealership took my down payment this pass Saturday and then told me, "wait until Monday to get your car" The salesman name was Abid and he was not nice. This car dealership wasted my time and now I have to wait 3-5 business days before my 1,000.00 is refunded. These car salesman are shady. I do not recommend this car dealship to anyone. I have told my co workers about this horrible experience.

I came in for an oil change and made an appointment ahead of time. It still almost took 3 hours. My service advisor had no idea what was going on with my car, the shuttle, etc. he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I m not sure if it s because I don t have a Toyota, am a female or if he was just having a bad day but I didn t appreciate being yelled at in the lobby as I was trying to leave to get on the shuttle. I m giving them two stars (instead of one) because their shuttle driver is awesome!!!

Maintenance was initially done and I'm starting to find little things that are starting to break seals around the door our coming undone when they did the last oil change they never reset the signals so I had to come back in on a special return visit to get them to fix that and then I have to come back to get the tire repaired because they didn't have the tires which wasn't as big a deal The car doesn't seem to have very much power especially getting on the highway and getting to the max speed limit doesn't get the miles per gallon as I was told it should And after basically a month I still don't have my license plate Just found out the front it s missing a piece of the front guard and I don t think we were ever given a Complete Carfax the Carfax hardly had any maintenance reported and the dealership did not give us a complete history of what they ve done to it since I ve gotten it between some of the dings in the front and the missing guard by the front license plate it s concerning especially how the Carfax never shows hardly any maintenance ever being done on itAnd the fact that there was a 2016 turned in with only 8000 miles on it and all those things and missing guards and seals around the doors coming off it s starting to become suspicious

Worst Customer Service experience ever. Kudos to Mr. Rodrigo for this. I went there to check my corolla for some wind noise that I was hearing in the font seats. It's been more than 4 weeks now and I've not received any updates. Tried calling multiple times, left messages but the mechanic just wouldn't call back. All I'm asking for is an update, I understand that this is a new issue and might take time to solve, but blatantly ignoring a customer is not the way to solve any issue. Do you guys think, the customer's problem will magically vanish if you don't respond?

Good place to buy a car which is gonna last long for you. Liked the environment. But be careful of the finance department. They try to push you into something that might change the APR and eventually you may feel you lost. I dont wanna say they do shady things but lets put it this way: they are subtle and you gotta ask them to clarify what they are selling you . Overall experience of buying a car from this place is gonna be edited after my car is passed its first periodic check at this place. Stay tuned

Possibly the rudest, most condescending dealership I've ever dealt with in my history of buying cars. Sent a simple yes or no question on a truck inquiry, only to receive a belittling response. The response suggested they dont need new business. Good thing, because I'll never set foot in this place.

This is the second time that I have bought a brand new vehicle at Toyota of Richardson. I want to tell you that from the minute I walked through that door, I was treated to the most awesome service ever. All of the salesman and sales managers are very polite and very welcoming especially my car salesperson Shervin Razmgir he is first class and a true gentleman and also want to give Joe Zambardino a shout out for helping me out in the beginning. Miguel Alvarez in the finance dept has to be one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Miguel is very kind and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are the best. If you visit this dealership you won't regret it.

Very disappointed with this dealership! I purchased a used Toyota Prius cash on Friday afternoon, today is Tusday and I still don t have a car! The car had a broken tail light the need it to be replaced and need it to get some services done. They tried to sale me a pre purchase service for $1,000!! I refused.. They said it was half way through and they can t eat the money.. we settle for $100 more on the final price to cover some of the services .. Now the car is in the service department and they are finding stuff twrong with the car..Door accutuator $1k to get it fix... Sound like they wanted to recover the $1K pre purchase service fee I declined...But, before I purchased the car they showed me a car fax report and talked about how great this car was. All the services were done at Toyota. Bla bla bla...Now we are waiting on a tail light/part from Houston to get here..I guess we don t have any part in Dallas. They dropped the ball communicating with the with the service department on what need it to be done and now are using the tail light as an excuse! The sales manager threw the sales man under the bus! Blaming him for not talking to the service department! What a manager.. I don t know what to think anymore! Definitely this place left me with no car and a very bad taste in my mouth.. I won t refer anyone to this place!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! My son bought a car here and we had numerous mechanical issues with the car from day one and even the front bumper was held on with zip ties! We were told the lies and when we tried to get the recording from finance to prove it, we were told it was already destroyed. We tried to address these issues and were met with intimidation and hostility. Derrell Pinnock, the new car sales manager was the person we were dealing with along with several others including the General Manager Brad Clark. They were horrible! Never buy a car from this place!
