Eva Esser Review of Toyota of Richardson

Having just moved from Virginia (a very cold cultured state) to Texas, my family and I went to the Richardson dealership to look at Rav 4 s. We were sought out by the nearest salesman and told to come in the dealership to look at the sight for offers. Immediately, I could tell that we were not taken as seriously by appearance. Firstly, I feel that it is an incredibly unpleasant experience to walk in, about to spend ridiculous amounts of money, and be given glares by a group of middle aged men. Our previous car seller became a close family friend, and to be treated as less than a person was very off-putting to say the least. I feel that I am a well respected human who advocates for the things that need to be recognized. Because my family and I had been what I would assume these men had seen as passive women , we were treated with the least amount of effort, passion, or incentives needed to tempt us to want any hunk of metal on the lot.
