We had a truly pleasant experience at Toyota of Richardson! We worked with James Weaver and he went above and beyond our expectations. I know I will be sending friends and family to him when they are ready to purchase/lease a vehicle!

After some previous bad experience with Toyota dealer I took a chance on Richardson and am quite pleased. The deal seemed fair and they actually delivered the agreed deal. I'm always surprised when that happens. After closing I reconsidered an adjustment I wished to make and expected pushback. These folks didn't even hesitate and resolved my issue with style and professionalism.
I believe the real test is how well things are handled when the plan changes.
Richardson is well on the way to Making Car Buying Great Again..

It was one of my most pleasant experience of car purchasing, having purchased more than 10 cars in the past. The team there were professional and courteous, and considerate of my time. While they presented all the optional packages I could add on, they respected my decision when I said I didn't need it. In my past purchases at other dealers, I had to say No multiple times and threatened to walk out of the deal to make them stop.

I would definitely recommend Toyota of Richardson to my family and friends, and return for future purchase.

EDIT: I finally got in touch with a guy named Preston as well as the GM who went above and beyond and helped make all our issues resolved. I really appreciate the level of service they gave, and this helped me up my stars to reflect how hard they worked to make me a satisfied customer.

I don t give negative reviews lightly. I myself am a small business owner, and I know the impact of less than 5 star reviews. That being said, this was truly a less than 5 Star experience. I called because they have a vehicle in stock that I wanted. They gave me a great price and we negotatited all the terms. I told the sales rep that I would be driving in 5.5 hours and wanted to sign the title docs and go. I sent drafting instructions and they had them before I even arrived. I got there at 7pm, tired, and ready to get things done. The sales rep showed me the car, and we agreed everything looked good. He then took me to the lobby where I waited almost an hour for financing (which, we obviously didn t need as they already had the funds) when my husband expressed concern to the sales rep about waiting an hour for something we both thought would be finished, the sales rep gave him extreme attitude and told him I know how to do my job . After we were obviously not pleased, financing came out, I told them I had already sent drafting instructions and he apologized and had me sign two forms and I was done. THEN! I left Dallas on my way back to Lubbock, and realized they did not put in the Navigation SD card, and now my vehicle doesn t have navigation. I have called for 2 days trying to get someone (anyone!) to tell me how we can fix this, and I am just told they will have to call me back (and don t). I am so frustrated and I wish so much I had used the other dealership that seemed much more on top of things and cared less about price. If you have any other options, I d suggest you take your business elsewhere.

So, Friday 7/29/16, My car stopped on 75 because I didn't have any gas. I end up getting someone to push me off the highway and end up pulling in to the Toyota. Ceasar and Chase Were Super awesome! I asked them to help me with gas so that I can make it to the gas station, and they did not hesitate! Once they were done, I said Thank you, But Ceasar said he wasn't leaving me there until the car start, and just my luck, the battery was dead, so he said no worries, we got you covered. He immediately gave me a jump with some lil machine. I just want them to know that their Kindness didn't go unnoticed and I made it home safe because of them. It's ppl like them that makes the world a better place! I wasn't even a customer, but they didn't care. Thank you guy!! -Meme

I had a great experience purchasing my pre-owned Toyota Sienna, had done a lot of research on line and Anthony was able to answer all my questions. He worked with me on what I was looking for and what my budget was. Over all it was a very pleasant experience

Brandon Phillips and technician are always on point diagnostics and repair.

This was the first time I bought a car. After searching for months and hearing one sales pitch after the other I was exhausted. I saw a used vehicle online here at Toyota of Richardson in my price range and came in for a test drive. Turns out the car wasn't available but the salesperson, Gary Lowe, gave me some more options. He found a great deal for me and most important something in my price range. The whole experience went so smooth and I never felt pushed into something or uneasy about making the deal!

Harvey was excellent when is came to his job. He explained everything about the car, the payment options, and even went into detail about every part of the car. We got into a 2013 Toyota Corolla S that same day. I will definitely recommend Harvey and Toyota of Richardson to all my friends!!!!

He went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal and that all the little things we cared about were taken care of. As a buyer from out of town I highly recommend the dealership and Fahed as a salesman!

They raise prices which is their right if you don't finance thru their financial institutions and I find that very dishonest and shady they will mark car prices up with service fees etc so please read your fine print as you should always with CAR SALESMANS and LAWYERS !!!

If you are looking for a car dealership that actually takes care of their customers then look no further. The sales experience was low stressed and extremely fair in rating my trade. I originally thought I had paid too much for some of the service programs sold at the time of sale, but after experiencing the quality of service from that department I understand you get exactly what you paid for. Great people. Let you know up front any cost associated with the repair. Also they go above and beyond just service. Simple little things that really add up. I've never received back a dirty car, even when I took a dirty car. Had the tires rotated and noted when I got home that the air nozzles had new caps installed. Had a paint blemish (original from the factory) that disappeared on the last oil change. Little things that really make a difference.. All in all a Great Dealership.

I came into the dealership just to look at two used trucks that were on their website. I was looking at the trucks when Adam Flores came out to see if I needed any help. My wife and I sat down with him and he showed us some numbers. Adam and the entire sales team went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Adam and Toyota of Richardson will have repeat business from me for a long time.

I only come for warranty issues and the service center has always been very nice. They ask all the right questions and they are fairly on-time when they say they get work done by a certain time frame.
