I love Toyota of Richardson! Their knowledgable and friendly staff explain your options up front before work begins. They quote prices for parts and for labor. There are no surprises. They tell you up front what time you can expect the work to be completed, giving you the option to wait or return when your car is ready. Their waiting areas are nice and are very comfortable. One waiting room is for lap tops and two waiting rooms have TVs and lounge chairs to relax in while you wait. It is a pleasure when you see a smiling face approaching to walk you to check out and explain the work completed and things that will need to be done on your next visit. Again, up front and no surprises. I trust Toyota of Richardson to keep my car operating safely and at it s optimum performance.
