How can you guys say unsuccessful delivery even not call me or come to my house, i was at home the whole day. Can't believe Apple choose this company to delivery product. Hope to give a zero point. :)

Actually, I want to rank zero instead of one start if I can. The worse express in AU ever. I am waiting for my items delivery more than one week, and the state on website was "unsuccessful delivery" and "held" for more than 5 days,and I didnt get any call from star track. What's more,when I called the customer service, they told me they would give me a call back,but nothing. I wont use this express again.
They upload FAKE tracking ID and delivery status. Bought things on amazon and they pretend to have attempted delivery a day before expected date. The tracking number is not valid, and when amazon contacted them they say they don't have it in the system. And it was PRIORITY delivery.
If I could give a negative rating of startrack I would. This is the most appalling service I have ever experienced. A delivery was supposed to be made 1 week ago. After calling up the past 3 days, no answer was given as to the location of the items I'm waiting for, just that it's "at the depot". 5 seperate calls and 5 seperate people and not one could give me a different answer. One startrack member even had the audacity to tell me that it should be the sender chasing up issues! Even though no one should have to be ringing the company to chase their parcel!! Absolutely dismal service, this company should be ashamed....
The courier that had a parcel to deliver to my apartment smashed a large pane of glass on the entry door to our apartment building. One of our neighbours witnessed this and got a confession from the courier, so we thought that StarTrack could cover the cost of replacing the glass for us. They have been less than helpful and won't have the glass replaced because we need proof? The guy confessed!! This is unacceptable as there are people including children in the building that could get badly hurt.
I was regretting the day I would have to come to Botany to pick up a parcel that I clearly paid to get delivered to my front door. No attempt to schedule a time where I would be available to receive the delivery. There needs to be an option for 0 stars Google!
RUBBISH!!!!! Next day delivery means 4 days! No communication between the drivers and the base and WORST of all when my television arrived IT WAS BROKEN!!!!!! Complete waste of time money and effort!
Supposed to deliver last Wednesday. Came this morning (Easter Saturday) and didn t knock on the door. Now I have to wait another 3 days for the Post Office to open.

2 days in a row my parcel was supposed to be delivered and I have waited all day. Then I check the online tracker and it says unsuccessful delivery and the parcel is at the depot. There was no card left either time and no driver came to the door to deliver. Apparently it is going to be redelivered today. Not holding my breath that I will get it. Not the first time this has happened. Really bad courier service.

Star Track courier pulls up and instead of using the buzzer and delivering the article he just puts a collect card in the letter box, I was home at the time because I saw the whole thing out the window. This often happens and I think it's because we're in an apartment block so he'd have to use stairs.
Rang up Star Track to ask why this had happened and that it's unacceptable, spoke to I think Tara who was dismissive, rude, uninterested and just put me on hold. So they also have extremely bad customer service at the contact centre which is supposed to resolve issues. Clearly they have a bad business structure and culture.
Was home all day, never rang, never knocked, but put a " Sorry we missed you card in the mailbox". Made me go to the post office to pick it up. I had 2 items in the delivery depot literally 2 minutes down the road, but they just dropped off 1. Also told me that 1 would be dropped off yesterday after 1pm, checked the tracker this morning said " unsuccessful delivery" that was never even attempted.
Driver could not find my apartment so he took the parcel back with him. The tracking system said my parcel was delivered. When I eventually got hold of the driver he informed me of this and said he would let the company know I needed it the next day. 3.30pm had not heard anything from the company so I rang them only to be told it was not possible to deliver today. Extremely disappointing considering my event is tonight and my parcel won't arrive until Monday.
Worst courier company. Useless couriers who can't find where they're supposed to go (even in a shopping centre) and operations who couldn't care less. Businesses who want to use an efficient fast courier service that won't aggravate their clients should look elsewhere.
Waited over a week for a call back on a missed package. Eventually AusPost put a case manager on it. Finally I was told I could pick it up. The warehouse is hard to find in a confusing industrial complex. When I got there I had to wait half an hour for them to *find* my package. Nice people but incompetent.
Courier delivery, ha what delivery what's the point of pressing an intercom when you can't wait for someone to let you inn not even 10sec must be fun travelling with all parcels in the van he chooses to dump them at the post office instead of waiting for the front door to open!!!
Absolutely incompetent in every SINGLE way. Reconsigned my parcel on a Wednesday due to an address error. For some reason they need an extra day to do that, and will deliver on Friday. Already annoying but when Friday comes, they say it'll come on Monday. No explanation. I cant organise a pick up because its "too late". They dont deliver on weekends. Just absolute idiots. If Google had the ability to give 0 stars we all know these guys would be at negative star ratings.
Absolute joke of a courier company, told them to deliver to my specified business address which is clearly marked with big signs and hard to miss but still the driver wasn't able to deliver. Called 13 23 45 and got someone in the Phillipines or something who was disinterested, useless, and was absolutely no help at all. My package was sent back to Brisbane where I had to contact the company sub contracted by the original seller in America to send it back to me.
Terrible service. You pay for a delivery that does not happen. They just bother to leave a card, with which you're supposed to go pick your item up yourself all the way to botany, near the airport, so whats the point of paying for delivery? They dont even try to find you. Even if youre at home waiting for them. I called 3 times customer service which, in itself they were fairly nice and keen to help, but despite being promised to get someone to call me back and let me know the time window for next day delivery, this didnt happen. So at the very least there is a terrible loss of communication between the people working for this company. My item got delivered at reception, but i was totally unaware as i was still waiting for a call from them (as they said it would happen) . I consider it lucky that it arrived, reading all the other experiences.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You WILL regret it! Especially there so called "Special services". Despite multiple attempts to book a large pick up, each time the staff saying "yep all booked in" they never showed up! I wasted an entire day waiting for my pick up only to phone back and be told they'd firstly cancelled the pick up without telling me, then on 2nd attempt they get the pick up date wrong!!! The worst part is they offered NO solution at all instead I got attitude from the staff. We had a huge account with them but decided to try TOLL and we couldn't be happier with their service.
Service levels have fallen off a cliff since being bought by Aus Post. I just received a call back from an investigator after a whole day of them looking for my parcel... The call got disconnected and she didn't call back, and if I call the number back it goes to their main dial in system. Pathetic.
Terrible, I cringe whenever a merchant uses these fools to 'deliver' a product to me. They need to take a few lessons from a real freight/logistics company such as FedEx or FedEx Ground.
Every time I ve used star track I have been home when they have attempted delivery . My door bell could wake a whole city there is no way I wouldn t have heard it. At least attempt to deliver the parcel by actually checking if the person is home?! Shocking service

Lost parcels because they were not scanned. Valuable parcels requiring signature just thrown on front lawn. Lying on delivery status about no access. My supplier recommended that I pick up now because they don't trust these jokers.
TERRIBLE delivery company and customer service. If I could rate zero I would. Meant to show on a Monday, never arrived. Then Tuesday, no one would tell me if it would be an AM or PM delivery. So again wait ALL day. Called company numerous times and was assured it was arriving before 5pm. Only for it to show up after 6pm. Use another company !!!
The worst service ever. First messed up twice the delivery to another state when in the address clearly says Sydney. On another ocassion instructed to left the parcel at the back door. Which they opened and left it inside which my dog destroyed it all. They had done it not once, or twice, but three times out of 6 times I used this service. USELESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
You might as well list your local post office as the delivery address... that's where it's going. You might as well also address your complaint to India... that's where it's going.
Well if the other reviews aren t enough for you to understand how awful this place is I m not sure I ll be able to convince you. With that being said, probably the worst experience I ve ever had with a courier service. I d honestly pay more just to have my parcels delivered by standard Australia post. Useless customer service and a generally terrible experience all round.
One of the most difficult courier services I have tried to deal with. The courier industry in the Sydney area is abysmal, and it is companies like this that are causing that.
I went to your website and tried to book a pickup. I was presented with a "Log In" page, but no instructions on how to sign up for an account. So I called your phone number - 131320. I sat on the phone for over minute listening to useless menu options, before finding the correct one for a courier. I was then put through to a voicemail, which talked useless information for over a minute before giving the option to leave a message. So I went back to the website, and filled in an online form, but did not receive a call back.
I then called the 132345 number, and again sat on the phone for over minute listening to useless menu options, before finding the correct one for a courier. I entered my phone number as requested by the computer. I was then put through to an operator that asked me my phone number again, and I had to repeat it 5 times because he kept getting it wrong. I was then advised that I could not book a pickup without an account. I asked to create an account, and was yet again put on hold. I eventually was able to speak to another person, who advised me that an account would take 48 HOURS to apply for, and TEN TO TWENTY BUSINESS DAYS to create. UNACCEPTABLE.
I said that I just wanted to send a parcel within Sydney. I was AGAIN put on hold, and eventually spoke to another person (person number 3). I informed the person that I wanted to send a parcel within Sydney. He offered me two convoluted options to send the parcel, without any explanation of what the options entailed. I said to him that I didn't mind, and I just wanted to send a parcel within Sydney. I WAS THEN PUT ON HOLD AGAIN, to be transferred to yet another person!
I gave up as you obviously don't want business. You want to make it as difficult as possible to send a simple package. Another courier company that I won't deal with ever again.

I hate this service. I was meant to receive a package on Thursday so I asked my company to work from home but the driver didn t come. I got told that I could be redelivered on Tuesday so I asked my company again to work from home that day. Guess what ? Driver never came and the delivery got declined at 5:30 without any reason. I have choice than asking a delivery for a piano at my working place now ... and even more funny, a change of address even if this is next door will take up to 48hours so the delivery will (probably) happen on Monday. Support is terrible. What a bad experience for a simple delivery..
Quite simply put the worst courier company there is. If I could give a zero I certainly would. Their signature MO is to say no-one was home (when in all of my dealings there has been) and to then proceed to drop off at the local post office. If you must use them just give them your local post office address, that's where the parcel will end up. DO NOT USE, AVOID. DEMAND ANOTHER COURIER FROM SUPPLIER/RETAILER.

After several delays & wasted time, ended up going to their depot myself to pick up, as gave up any trust on them delivring. Entire experience was unpleasant, a lot of the staff don't know or care about their roles, as I was often told conflicting delivery info by different departments which further protracted the already negative experience.
One of the worst courier companies. Customer service was unhelpful. They didn't even deliver to my local post office and when I called them they said they don't deliver to my local PO. I've picked up items from StarTrack before from my local PO. Very bad customer service and delivery.
I'd like to give Star Track a Zero star rating. Star Track simply doesn't deliver. I now avoid any online business that uses Star Track. Australia Post should go back to the old local parcel franchisees who ALWAYS delivered. These guys won't climb a flight of stairs to deliver an item so stick a notification card in the letter box instead. This is not a one off problem, it is probably now one out of ten parcels that get delivered.
It's one of the most useless courier services around. Lying about leaving delivery cards, sent back parcel to the sender even gave me information that I can redeliver it just a day before, not taking any responsibility for their mistake. Was in my apartment all day and when I checked the track & trace later in the afternoon it showed attempted delivery - unsuccessful . Buzzer didn t ring once, no sorry we missed you card and contact phone number on the order wasn t called. Terrible service, however it appears that I m not the only and won t be the last person to deal with it...
I heard the bell rang and I ran to the door. The delivery guy just left the card after waiting for a few seconds only. I even saw him in his van making a U turn in front of my house. I chased him and he didn't see me. Do you expect us to open the door after 1 second you press the bell? This is a joke! I called StarTrack and she hung up before we finish talking. I will tell the company I order the items from about your bad service. I No wonder StarTrack has a bad Google review.
Ordered something online who used Startrack as their couriers. Was able to keep up to date with my delivery through their website. It said there was an unsuccessful delivery late Wednesday afternoon but I was home at that time. I called first thing in the morning and the call centre told me it had been put on an afternoon truck but the driver ran out of time and didn't deliver it. That was not an unsuccessful delivery, they never tried. Call centre agent was polite and helpful though. Item was delivered the next day but the driver left it at my door without an authority to leave. I was home anyway but he knocked and left the package at my doorstep. I live in a unit block so if I wasn't home this would have been sitting at my door for 3+ hours until I got home from work. All in all I didn't have a bad experience but not exactly a great one either.
NO STARS - driver "attempted" delivery twice to my address. Unfortunately he was only able to find the letterbox and leave a card, but unable to find the doorbell immediately adjacent. "Customer Service" escalation resulted in me being told that "all security buildings aren't the same - there are over 400 different types of front doors" and drivers can't be expected to know how to work a security door.
Not happy! The same driver has driven into and out of our driveway way too fast leaving burnout marks on the gravel! We have young kids and dogs walking around and we nearly lost one due to his reckless driving. I'll be making a formal complaint
This courier company is very stressful to deal with. Firstly, they really lack in communication, people don't pass on information properly to the head. Rather than delivering my 3 packages on the same day, they spread out onto a week or so, really frustrating when everything could have been delivered all at once. I didn't choose this company, but I was working for a part-time job that chose this company to deliver the items, pretty sure they won't be choosing this company again
They always delivered it straight to my door with friendly service , although it may take a little time to process the order and deliver but I can be patient and it is still very good service
Every bad review on here is true. StarTrack are quite simply the worst courier company I have had the misfortune to use in nearly 25 years in business. Their customer service personnel are totally unaccountable and do not seem to care one iota about customer service. Their drivers appear to have an arbitrary approach to whether parcels get delivered or not, and when. If you need a reliable, accountable courier service DO NOT choose StarTrack.
This company is by the far the worst delivery company. I was at work everyday and did not receive my post. I got updates saying delivery failed everyday. Really disappointed I ended up having to pay for my parcel to be sent again from the company I purchased my items. I ended up going to the star track depot and picking up from there.
Basically what everyone has said! Rubbish service! Been trying to talk to someone for the last 4 days to find out where I can collect the parcel from. But it s fully automated and just goes around in circles. Extremely frustrating!!! Harley
Tracker say's parcel delivery today but no one has shown up at all my parcel arrived in dubbo courier driver at 9:55AM and my town is only about 30 minutes away and 1 hour the most depending on traffic. I should have got my parcel at least 2pm today but its now 5:43pm and no parcel has arrived. My first experience was early this year or last year when I brought a couple of expensive makeup products for my kit only to find out about 1 or 2 days later that they dumped the box into the bushes, too lazy to knock on the door. Too bad if someone had stolen the box, it was only sheer luck that we found it in our front yard. Lazy service and they better hope I don't lose my phone because optus won't be very happy either.
We ran a small test: On the day the item was out for delivery , we sat outside for a few hours drinking coffee, having breakfast and working. Then we received a text saying that StarTrack attempted to deliver the item, and left a card.
Truth is, no one came and no card was left. It s a lazy scheme to simplify delivery by dropping items directly to the post office rather than our homes. This is the quality we re dealing with here.
Paying for express postage and being told your package has been delivered,only to WATCH the security footage of where it should be delivered and seeing star track courier not even try come in the venue. Also then having to call every day for 5 days to get ANY answer to where my package is and being told it s gone back to the iconic and it s not their problem. COMPLETELY USELESS

Should have picked up directly from the store. They don't attempt delivery and neither do they leave "missed delivery" card. I believe they work on the principal of let customer do all the hard work to get to the expected delivery.
Star track is the worst courier company ever. their service is extremely bad, no responsibility, poor communication skill, rude, and hard to deal. I had to call more than 4 times just want to arrange re delivery. Their staff is very irresponsibility in handle this simple case and keep hold the case without solving. Name of the staff is Gale.

Stated delivery on the 2nd of November 2018. I checked the online tracking system at 12 Minutes to Midnight on the 2nd of November 2018 and it stated that the item is still on board for delivery. Upon checking the online tracking system the following day on the 3rd of November 2018 I received notification that a attempt for delivery was made at approx 9:50 am on the 2nd of November 2018. So I called Star Track and I queried why it would state it is on board for delivery at such a late hour and Star Trek refused to explain as to why. Then I explained to Star Track that no attempt of delivery had been made and I have CCTV footage to support this. To of which I was informed they would need to speak with Australia post however I was told that I may not hear back. So I requested to speak to a manager. Upon speaking with the manager I was informed that he could not hear myself. So I explained to him that the last represents you've had no issues in hearing myself and spoke about no issues and that this entire conversation was being recorded. The manager continue to pretend as if he couldn't hear myself. So I said out loud well isn't it strange on how this manager cannot hear myself but miraculously managed to only reply after I had finished what I needed to say. It was at this point the manager realised that pretending that he couldn't hear a customer wasn't going to work and instead informed myself that I wasn't allowed to record the conversation. I queried and asked the manager then are you recording this conversation. The manager replied back by stating yes sir the conversation is being recorded as per the prompt that you were given at the commencement of this call. However upon reviewing the call it is clearly evident that no such prompt or any notification of the call being recorded was relayed to myself as alledged by this manager. It was at this point the manager hung up the phone. So now I am without a delivery and been given the biggest load of hog wash. Little wonder so many other poor reviews.
unbelievably rude and incredibly resistant to admitting they are wrong - the star trek website lists our address as in their area however the local franchise will not come down our street as it is out of area - when contacting head office they say it is the local franchise problem however they say it is head office - they take our $$ for door to door delivery and it does not happen - ends up costing us more $$ to go and pick up from them -- Fair Trading should be onto this ...again not worth one star but have to give it to get this published
Utterly terrible service, I just got home and the Startrack delivery guy handed an important package to my next door neighbour, he saw me and said "Hang on, I gave it to your next door neighbour". Then when he gave me it, he didn't ask for a signature. What the f**k!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't use FedEx as they use Trackstar inside Australia!
My Experience: I Changed the delivery date for a delivery via the automated online system and received a confirmation of that. Then I get an sms on that day that it was due to be delivered (although, I had changed that, and received a confirmation of that), and thus found a card saying they had missed the delivery (Because of course they would, that's why I had changed the delivery date!!).
Now (a day later) they have not delivered my package at my house (Myself and family members were home all day) and have instead delivered it straight to the post office - Without leaving a card or notifying me via sms. I have had to call the support line to find out that it was in-fact delivered to the post office as the fed-ex tracker just has the label "Delivered to address other than recipient" ~ Which just fills you with confidence!
No communication skills, broken automated processes which are ignored by drivers, useless drivers which deliver straight to the post office, this was a FedEx International Priority postage too.
At least the Auspost support staff were helpful and understanding.
This courier company is literally the worst out there. The drivers aren't supplied with phones, so zero contact with the customer can be made. The online system isn't checked/uploaded prior to trucks loading in the morning. Delivery schedules are locked down, they expect the receiver to bend to their availability and I'd like to point out they are THE ONLY ones like that. Have never, ever had a smooth booking with these guys and it pains me when companies use Star Track for delivery services.
Do not use Star Track for deliveries. They claim to have delivered something to me while I wasn't home but what appears to have happened is that the driver just left the package on my doorstep despite me not being home, and someone stole it or he gave it to some random on the street who doesn't live at the address. Star Track is refusing to take responsibility. Truly appalling customer service.
yeah these guys are useless :( just lost a 500k job because they lost it for 2 weeks after about 50 phone calls and emails it was finally found at the wrong depot but it was to late for my customer by then as he had gone elsewhere... thanks star track :) wheres the 0 Stars option!
Abominable. I needed business items to arrive before the long weekend so I spent the day waiting as the goods were listed onboard with driver. 5pm I called customer service who advised me there were delays but that my goods would definitely arrive this evening. I asked if he was absolutely sure as I had dinner plans but he reassured me they would so I cancelled. No delivery. A complete waste of a day.
Very difficult to deal with & unhelpful. Bringing Aust Post and Qantas together is like dumb and dumber. There were astronomers in the 17th century that could track stars better than they can track a package from A to B. Wish you could put zero stars
Do Not EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I was waiting on my phone to arrive from telstra and the delivery man put his hand in my face and refused to give my parcel over due to a punctual error on the delivery address! They then again tried to redeliver my phone after Telstra had to place a whole new order with this mob, who then came to our NEW business address and because our signage was not up on the wall just yet (being a new premise),they refused to hand over the package AGAIN as the delivery driver said the address did not MATCH! I have been waiting for 2 weeks for this phone! and all star track can tell me is "Sorry there is nothing we can do" - People do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!!
Really bad service. Rude costumer service that hanged up on me. I had to deal them just two times and that was enough to do not but from places they use this shipping service. Waited two extra weeks for the items to arrive just because they seem to have a lack of communication between areas and never received them. Every time I called to check the status the curtomer service person said 'Oh I can see your requests but it looks like it is still in the depot but I'll arrange it to be delivered ASAP" then again nothing happened and nobody contacted me regarding that so ended up calling the sender and asked them for a refund because my items never arrived after two weeks. The second time I didn't wait that long but after 5 days I had contact them, my item had an attempted delivery when I wasn't home and I requested a redirection, been told I would receive it two days after, nothing happened again, called three days after and they said the redirection was requested but was still in process and waiting for an answer and they couldn't say when that would be completed or estimated delivery date and hanged up on me. Worst service ever.
