This courier company is literally the worst out there. The drivers aren't supplied with phones, so zero contact with the customer can be made. The online system isn't checked/uploaded prior to trucks loading in the morning. Delivery schedules are locked down, they expect the receiver to bend to their availability and I'd like to point out they are THE ONLY ones like that.
Have never, ever had a smooth booking with these guys and it pains me when companies use Star Track for delivery services.
