Congratulations StarTrack! You get 1 star, because Google won't let me give you any less.
Currently still trying to locate and have delivered 13 CARTONS of stock. After 6 phone calls over two days, telling us you don't know where our delivery is, you now tell us that you gave it to another company, but they also won't be delivering it today, they MIGHT do it tomorrow. This other company has had their phone engaged for the last 20+ minutes. Why would you give a delivery to another company and then not tell anyone?
And your lack of concern for other people's deliveries is beyond a joke. Which must be a requirement for working there because your staff seem to know absolutely nothing about their job. Their only response seems to be that they will get someone to call you back. Has the English language failed me? Has my interpretation of that statement been wrong all these years? I had always believed that when someone assures you they will call you back, it means you will receive a call from someone concerning your problem. At the insufferable StarTrack it obviously means the exact opposite.
How is this company still functioning? The level of incompetence resembles that of a dog trying to surgically remove a kidney.
It's time to shape up, or ship out. Your customers deserve more respect that what you are showing them.
Shame on you.

I paid for an express delivery...
I ended going to pickup the delivery more than a week later. The drivers never call you if they can find the address and the people in the phoneline seem to be ignorant about what happens with packages. By the way, I never got my money back.

Too many valuable parcels lately just chucked over the unlocked gate, left in the rain or in plain sight for a passer-by to steal. One was stolen recently.

We have had good Star Track drivers in the past. But some new ones servicing our area are cutting too many corners. Eight steps to the carport to leave the parcel safely are clearly too many for some drivers to bother.

I've set up a Parcel Collect address at the local Post Office.

Bye-bye Star Track.

I must have had the same Star Track Driver as Ivan S McNeill. I ordered a parcel delivery and instructions ATL. An apparent attempt was made at 2pm HOWEVER I work from home for a living and my office is right to the front door. Also no calling card was left. The only 5 stars I would give was the awesome customer service at Star Track who handled my phone call. She couldn't really do much but at least she was empathetic

Shockingly bad. As many others here, you can literally wait all day for a delivery and the drivers won't even attempt to ring your door bell and mark your parcel as "Unsuccessful Delivery". I actually ran after the truck. Driver saw me and ignored me. Waste of time. Terrible CX. Never again.

Without a doubt one of the worst customer experiences I have ver had. Five (5) failed delivery attempts for one item. There was no attempt by Startrack to contact me, only on two (2) occasions were missed delivery cards left behind. I could under no circumstances recommend them.

Everything goes to the post office creating a trip for the recipient at a difficult time. EVERY other courier is efficient, polite and courteous. ALWAYS waiting for you to come to the door. Waited at home all day for a delivery, all they did was leave a "sorry we missed you slip" in my letterbox even though I was home (they didn't even bother checking). Slip explains that I can pick up parcel next day from their warehouse which is a 2 hour round trip by car. Ring customer service and complain, they tell me a driver will come out and deliver later that afternoon but fails to show up. Absolute joke, 0 out of 10 for service, get lied to on the phone. They don't just care!

I've been told by StarTrack they are unable to deliver my parcel because my address do not exist. As this was happening, a StarTrack truck pulled into our driveway. It was only resolved because the driver was kind enough to speak to the person on the call center side and resolve it for me. parcel was two weeks overdue, but thankfully received it at the end.

Worst couriers I have ever experienced. Reps on the 132345 number having the attitude of "I hate my job" and simply hiding behind policies which they are not familiar with. I was expecting an express item to be sent to postal locker. 3 days later still sitting in the depot and no one does anything to the parcel nor notify me that they won't deliver to postal locker. Every time I rang different reps told me different stories. And the last rep told me that I either make my way to the depot to collect it before 5pm or it will be sent back to sender. She said 'there is nothing I can do about it', 'we are very busy'. And to top that, after I asked to arrange to pick up, she will not tell me where the depot address, and the person to pick up the parcel must have the same surname.

Worst experience, left a card in my mailbox without leaving consignment number on it, the tracking number that I got from a international sender is not working in their system, call their customer service, worst system ever! Like everyone else on here my review is about waiting in for a Star Track driver to deliver my packages on multiple occasions over the last month or so, each time as (I ve been working from home) apparently the driver tried to make contact but failed so packages taken to the post office and I ve had to pick them up!

I find it highly unusual that all the other people who try to make contact with me manage to press the buzzer and actually make contact with me, but Star Track can t do this.

If I could give Star Track minus 1 Star I would, having to actually give them 1 Star makes me nearly as angry as having to go all the way to the post office to pick up my parcel even though I ve paid for DELIVERY!!!!!

I would give zero star if that was an option. The delivery guy was aggressive and viciously rude at our door. He yelled at us and refused to give us our parcel. We showed him our drivers license. He had terribly sweaty hands so we said we can show it to him but he tried to snatch it of me. In the end we had to ask him to leave our property or we would call the police. Shocking behaviour. Worst couriers ever - received 2 x SMS my parcel would be delivered so stayed home all day. Never turned up and then the lazy delivery driver dropped it off at the post office with the notice I was not at home. The parcel didnt turn up and will be delivered tomorrow. 2 days to deliver a package - I am 8km from the depot. Terrible terrible service

The drivers don't carry mobile phones!!! What ? How incredibly modern and efficient . To redirect a parcel it takes 24 hours and needs to go through "a process" LOL. Oh and if you need to find a driver they have whats called the "investigations"team. Surely that device called a mobile phone thats been around about 3 decades would make the INVESTIGATIONS team redundant. Tracking the Stars seems easier than getting a parcel from Startrack , unless its lost in the dinosaur age.

So, I ordered two parcels which got delivered at two totally different locations. Alright, fine. That happens. I call them up and they tell me i'm going to have to drive 20 minutes to get my second parcel. Alright, that's kinda annoying but it's still not the end of the world.

I arrive at 2:10pm and I am forced to wait 2 hours for them to find my parcel and deliver it so I can pick it up.

Don't use this service. I ordered a phone through eBay and it was delivered by star track. was yelled and abused at by the driver because my car was at the bottom of my driveway had my parcel thrown at me. Also notice leaving for work he smashed into the back of my car

So beyond useless, there are just not enough words. Goods that should have arrived 2 days ago (after being told they were on-board for delivery yesterday, and again today) - just found out that the equipment is still in their Melbourne Warehouse. If it was the first time, wouldn't be writing this post..... but seems to be just standard business. I cringe every time my distributors tell me "Its with StarTack". Use someone else, when its critical.... they cannot be relied upon.

They once lied about a box having the wrong address and went to far to cover their tracks they ripped off the label to cover their mess up and sent fake photos. They then refused to airflight it. Stayed home all day to wait for my parcel since I got a text that it would arrive on the day. Kept refreshing the unuseful tracking page and suddenly it said "missed delivery" which was a complete lie. They never even rang my doorbell and just left the card in my postbox without even trying. Rang them and they said "it is at the post office". I paid for a door to door delivery. Horrible service provider and cannot believe companies and organisations are still using them.

I can't believe the lack of service this shipping company has. Can't call me before delivery or even give me a even idea of a rough time when my package will be delivered. For an express service this has been a nightmare! Worst shipping company I have dealt with while in Australia. All they can tell me is between 9 and 5 and their Depot is an hour away from where I live in Sydney which means it's a two hour drive if traffic is good which it won't be. I have lost a whole day of work waiting on this company. Use a different shipping company!

One of worst experiences ever. When I saw all these bad reviews, I thought that "it can't be that bad", "people are so difficult" and "it's so cheap, why shouldn't I try?". Well, it was THAT bad!! The driver, the customer service, everything was awful. For the sake of your mental well-being, don't spend any of your time dealing with this company, just choose another one. It might be a bit more expensive, but they will be money well spent!

Absolutely hopeless. The reason for non-deliveries is that the delivery drivers finish as quickly as possible and do other contract jobs. So they card all the items and return to the depot. I had a delivery this morning from Apple. My daughter saw the van drive pass our house she called me and said he " I was waiting for the delivery & saw him drive past din't stop" His manifest comment was wrong address. ( we are the only house in the street). You complaint to the customer service they just don't wan to know about all they say is "we will arrange a re-delivery. I hunted around in the dark at 11.00pm trying to find it before I ended up calling them and was promptly informed that the driver had broken down and gone back to base! Not one text, call or email informing me of this in the 2 hours between his so called delivery and me having to call them panicking about a lost delivery. I paid a premium for fast delivery and there now saying I might have to wait till Monday. I understand that vans can break down but quite honestly after reading the all the 1 star reviews on here he probably just couldn't be bothered to deliver it at 10.00pm at night on the outer suburbs of Sydney. Bloody awful service. I probably won't buy from The ICONIC anymore either which is a shame as I can't be bothered to deal with this apathetic and useless service.

Best customer service experience!! Rose from the Botany Depot is so so helpful. I wasn't home to receive my parcel, so I went to the Botany Depot to pick it up, unfortunately it was still on the truck and being delivered to the Minchinbury Depot due to my area. Rose went above and beyond and ensure that I received my parcel before New Years. I couldn't be more happier, she is a gem!!

I really wish I could give a 0 star rating. I have never experienced such shocking service. Our company had moved from mail call to Star track (not out of choice) and we have had an issue with them everyday. They have picked stuff up in the morning from us and not delivered it until the next day. The drivers have taken the wrong packages to the wrong addresses and so much more. This is causing so many issues for our clients. The worst part of everything is when you call Star track they take forever to answer and they are not one single bit apologetic on the phone. They do not care about their customers and don't care about doing a good job. We are now having to pay to rectify their mistakes. Whatever you do, do not use this company there are plenty more couriers in Sydney which are far more reliable. Looking forward to not having to deal with this company again it has been nothing but stress.

This on top of the many times they dropped a card off instead of ringing. Claimed delivery to a post office that no longer exists.

Waiting for my iphone at home for a whole day, no one knocked the door, no card left. Then I received the email "no one at home". I called the customer service to arrange a redelivery and talked to a lady after holding the line for 20 minutes. The lady said she could not do anything and I need to wait for a further notice after 48 hrs. I gave up and said I could pick it up by myself. She said she could not do anything as well and I still need to wait 48 hrs for the pickup address. The lady knew nothing, she didn't even know where is their depot. What a shame !. I would never order iPhone online if apple continue to use this courier.

I have just received a parcel from one of your couriers I just want to say he is the most rudest man. I have ever met. My dog was barking so I went out side to see what was happening. It was your delivery man at the gate my doorbell does not work so I went outside and told him that my door bell does not work as when he delivers my parcel he ring the bell and then just leaves a note. Tried to tell my bell at the gate does not work and he was very rude and said how can I get in I said open the gate he was very obnoxious and very defensiveness. Worst courier ever. Scheduled to deliver on Thursday and it delivered on a Wednesday. I took a Thursday off just to be at home and wait for it. This courier is the worst. Totally waisted my time, I called after my first drop off as I wasn't home to receive my package and asked for my package to be delivered to the Alexandria depot. My instructions didn't get passed on then they delivered the package a 2nd time to my home and I was not home again. I then called to ensure it was delivered to Alexandria. On day 3 I hadn't heard back so I called a 3rd time to be told it was at the Hitchenbury depot which is an hour away from me. I was advised it would be sent to Alexandria and on day 4 I called to find it hadn't move. I'm at Hitchenbury now and 2 hours later they are still looking for my package.

I've been asked to pay the delivery fee again, and they are not able to take care of my parcel before one to two business days. Cross fingers that the delivery guy reach my place this time (most obvious building ever with enlighten address at the front gate, street side...) and at least leave a note for me to pick up the parcel myself at the post office!

I've been warned, now I know. What a waste of time, money and patience

Terrible service !!! First delivery attempt was missed as we were not at home on Friday. Notice left says consignment returned to depot. Nothing else written on what I have to do or what Startrack will do. Will the item be returned to the sender or will Startrack attempt another delivery? Startrack should at least advise what is next and not just keep people in the dark. Their system needs to be improved. Tried to call but I did not get to a real person and instead was talking to a machine that could not even understand the tracking number I spelled out over the phone, despite repeated attempts. The Tracking Trace Service definitely needs to be taken out completely as it is not serving its purpose, if it can not be improved to add an option to key in the consignment number on the keypad and an option to direct the caller to a real person if that is what is desired. As it is, the Startrack system leaves out a lot that an excellent should have. Definitely it needs improvement, otherwise, junk it !!!
