Congratulations StarTrack! You get 1 star, because Google won't let me give you any less.
Currently still trying to locate and have delivered 13 CARTONS of stock. After 6 phone calls over two days, telling us you don't know where our delivery is, you now tell us that you gave it to another company, but they also won't be delivering it today, they MIGHT do it tomorrow. This other company has had their phone engaged for the last 20+ minutes. Why would you give a delivery to another company and then not tell anyone?
And your lack of concern for other people's deliveries is beyond a joke. Which must be a requirement for working there because your staff seem to know absolutely nothing about their job. Their only response seems to be that they will get someone to call you back. Has the English language failed me? Has my interpretation of that statement been wrong all these years? I had always believed that when someone assures you they will call you back, it means you will receive a call from someone concerning your problem. At the insufferable StarTrack it obviously means the exact opposite.
How is this company still functioning? The level of incompetence resembles that of a dog trying to surgically remove a kidney.
It's time to shape up, or ship out. Your customers deserve more respect that what you are showing them.
