Worst couriers I have had the displeasure of dealing with (or not dealing with, as they never delivered my package to my house).
Don't use FedEx as they use Trackstar inside Australia!
My Experience:
I Changed the delivery date for a delivery via the automated online system and received a confirmation of that.
Then I get an sms on that day that it was due to be delivered (although, I had changed that, and received a confirmation of that), and thus found a card saying they had missed the delivery (Because of course they would, that's why I had changed the delivery date!!).
Now (a day later) they have not delivered my package at my house (Myself and family members were home all day) and have instead delivered it straight to the post office - Without leaving a card or notifying me via sms.
I have had to call the support line to find out that it was in-fact delivered to the post office as the fed-ex tracker just has the label "Delivered to address other than recipient" ~ Which just fills you with confidence!
No communication skills, broken automated processes which are ignored by drivers, useless drivers which deliver straight to the post office, this was a FedEx International Priority postage too.
At least the Auspost support staff were helpful and understanding.
