Terrible service. You pay for a delivery that does not happen. They just bother to leave a card, with which you're supposed to go pick your item up yourself all the way to botany, near the airport, so whats the point of paying for delivery? They dont even try to find you. Even if youre at home waiting for them.
I called 3 times customer service which, in itself they were fairly nice and keen to help, but despite being promised to get someone to call me back and let me know the time window for next day delivery, this didnt happen. So at the very least there is a terrible loss of communication between the people working for this company. My item got delivered at reception, but i was totally unaware as i was still waiting for a call from them (as they said it would happen) . I consider it lucky that it arrived, reading all the other experiences.
